I've been playing around with some remakes of the old Toy Biz 5" figures. Here my reimagining of the Fantastic Four and their nemesis Doctor Doom. Most use McFarlane Super Powers bodies with The Thing being a complete repaint with added fists from the Marvel Legends figure. Doctor Doom is a mash up of the first two releases from Toy Biz with some added paint apps. Hope you enjoy and as always more to come

This weekend, in London, The Fantastic Four: First Steps premiere brought more than just red carpet glamour: it also brought an unexpected reveal for Marvel Legends collectors! Attendees and eagle-eyed fans noticed something peculiar during interviews with the cast: a Marvel Legends Mister Fantastic figure (from the movie) was being used to hold a microphone. And just like that, Hasbro may have stumbled upon the stretchiest new accessory of 2025. ToyFarce investigated... Soon after the footage surfaced online, Hasbro posted a cryptic image on social media with the caption: "COMING SOON: The Marvel Legends Mr. Fantastic Microphone Stand - for when you need a flexible solution!" Sources close to the premiere say the move was entirely planned, with one crew member simply grabbing a figure from the display table and wedging a mic into Reed Richards' hand. "Honestly, it just worked," said a production assistant. "The guy stretches. That's literally his whole thing." By the end of the evening, the "Mr. Fantastic Mic Stand" had become a sensation, with journalists and influencers taking turns posing with it. Several cast members, including Pedro Pascal himself, even joked about using it at all future press junkets: "He's finally being useful in interviews" quipped the actor. ToyFarce reached out to Hasbro for comment, and a spokesperson hinted that this might actually become a real product: "We've always looked for ways to merge function with fandom. If people want it, we'll make it. We're even looking into a Doctor Octopus phone holder and/or a Groot coat rack." Collectors have already taken to online forums to discuss the possibilities. "Do I need it? No. Will I buy five of them? Absolutely." wrote one user. Another added: "Finally, a microphone stand that shows my love for those figures!" Stay tuned for pricing, release dates, and whether this counts as an accessory or a prop replica. Either way, you heard it here first! More news at 11:00... "It's the most flexible mic stand ever created!"

Next up for my women of the Secret Wars, is the sometimes transparent heart of the Fantastic Four, Mrs. Sue Storm Richard's, otherwise known as the Invisible Woman. Same recipe as the rest of my ladies, the BBTS exclusive Amazing Heroes "Blank Slate". (Love that I can add some female representation to the Secret Wars line.) I hope you enjoy this, please leave feedback if you do, and as always more to come.
