  1. McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Figure Dark Nights Death Metal Robin King Darkfather CTB Wave Unboxing Review
  2. McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Figure Dark Nights Death Metal Batman Darkfather Collect To Build Unboxing & Review If you already purchased the version of this figure with the axe/scythe, DO NOT buy this unless you are trying to build the Darkfather...or if you have a plastic addiction like me, LOL. 3. Mcfarlane Toys Mortal Kombat 11 Action Figure Kabal Hooked Up Skin Unboxing & Review Although the Mcfarlane MK11 is waaaaaaaay cheaper than the Storm Collectible versions, we get a (mostly) consistently high-quality line of MK figures that look awesome on the shelf. Luckily, Kabal falls into the category of the great ones. A lot of detail and a spot-on likeliness to the in-game model make this one a must-buy. 4. Great rendition of recent comic book Loki, but loose joints and a gripping hand that's too big to properly hold his accessories hold him back from greatness. My figure has loosy-goosy joints, but that may be isolated to to individual figures. A statue of boyhood Loki is included, but with 0 articulation it's a "why bother. On the good side, adult Loki looks absolutely incredible. The sculpt, paint, and outfit choice are all top-notch, he WILL look good on the shelf. 5. TODD MCFARLANE ANNOUNCES FOR 2021, HIS NEW ATTEMPT AT CREATING A SHARED UNIVERSE OF COMIC BOOK CHARACTERS THAT WILL GROW INTO A GLOBAL BRAND BY RECRUITING AN ALL-STAR LINE-UP OF CREATORS AND EXPANDING HIS SPAWN EMPIRE. While there is no word about a dedicated Spawn action figure line in this announcement to go along with this new Spawn comic book Universe, we have been several indications such a thing is in the works. First when an image leaked out earlier in the month for what looked like some kind of Zoom call possibly with retailers showing off new Spawn figures like 7" figures of Cowb
  6. NECA around midnight last night came out of left field with a surprise announcement that they would be doing 7" figures based on the classic 90's Disney Gargoyles animated series. For those not familiar with the series, despite being a Disney property was known at the time for having a fairly dark tone and told the story of ancient nocturnal creatures who were living in modern New York City. By day they would be stone statues and by night would come alive. While technically made for kids, the stories often would be based on Shakespearean themes. The show ran for 3 seasons and contain a total o
  7. Wizkids has issued a new press release about them doing products for Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering from Wizards of the Coast. In the press release it mentions them doing action figures for these properties. If you aren't familiar, Wizkids is part of NECA Toys and Wizards of the Coast is owned by Hasbro. In recent weeks we have been seeing Hasbro licensing many of their brands like Transformers, G.I. Joe and Power Rangers out to other toy companies such as Super7, Threezero, Icon Heroes, Diamond Select Toys and Mezco. Now it looks like we can add Wizkids/NECA to that grou
  8. The folks over at Yakface are reporting that in light of the news earlier this week about LucasFilm and The Mandalorian actress Gina Carano going their seperate ways, Hasbro is canceling most of their upcoming planned Cara Dune figures. According to the report, the planned reissues of the 6″ Black Series and Vintage Collection figures have been cancelled. The previously announced 3 3/4" Retro figure which was probably to far along in the production process to cancel is apparently still coming. It should come as no surprise to folks, but in light of all this recent news this week, sec
  9. Ever since Hasbro announced doing their first 6" action figure based on the hit role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons back in September, the number 1 question I have seen pop up from fans is will they do figures based on the Dungeons & Dragons animated series the originally aired on CBS from 1983-1985. The series which was co-produced by Marvel Productions and had the animation done by Toei Animation ran for a total of 27 episodes. The premise of the show was pretty basic as it focused on six kids who while on a funhouse carnival ride were mysteriously transported into the

  11. Between Mattel and Super7 we are very close to finally being able to complete the original ThunderCats team as well as Mumm-Ra and the original mutants with modern sculpted figures. Before I go over my wish list of figures I would love to see Super7 do next, lets recap everything we know has come or coming fairly soon. First back in 2016 when Mattel first grabbed the license to do ThunderCats Classic figures, we got Wily Kit & Wily Kat in the forum of a SDCC exclusive 2-pack. I am sure at some point Super7 will get around to re-releasing these two in some way, but hopefully if you are
  12. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has started to see its home release with digital downloads this weekend, and I couldn’t help notice that there are still quit a few characters from the movie that have yet to get any kind of action figure treatment for either 6” or 3 3/4”. So I have developed a list featuring 28 characters from the movie I hope to see action figures made of by Hasbro in the next year or so. If you have yet to see the movie, this list does contain SPOILERS. Young Leia (Jedi Training) Young Luke (Jedi Training) Spirit Luke and Leia
  13. For you wrestling fans, look for Wicked Cool Toys/Jazwares to premiere its first line of toys and figures inspired by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at this month's New York Toy Fair which kicks off on February 22. For those not familiar, AEW is a new global wrestling league that features a world-class roster of diverse male and female wrestlers, giving fans a new wrestling experience for the first time in 20 years. AEW is about more than wrestling. It's a movement fueled by fans. Focused on fast-paced, high-impact competitions, AEW offers fans more athleticism along with real sports analytics
  14. From the visionary team behind Batman: The Animated Series come all-new stories set in this seminal animated world! Batman: The Adventures Continue, DC’s new, digital-first six-issue mini-series, launching in print on May 6, 2020, is co-written by Paul Dini and Alan Burnett, both producers of the original animated series, and illustrated by Ty Templeton, who has brought the world of B:TAS to comic books since 1992’s Batman Adventures #1. Inspired by the beloved and Emmy Award-winning Batman: The Animated Series, these new comics reflect a new era of the long-running DC Collectibles action
  15. The newest DC Comics based movie has hit theaters with Birds of Prey, which features actress ‎Margot Robbie reprising her Suicide Squad role of Harley Quinn. While I have yet to see the film, initial reviews and reactions overall seem to be pretty positive. Even before the movies release, I have gotten a lot of questions from folks asking about action figures??? While the rated R movie does not seem to be getting a full fledged dedicated action figure line, a number of companies are releasing product for the film based primarily on the lead character of Harley. Here is a rundown of all th
