  1. Robin looks pretty decent but giving him Batman body seems weird, it would make more sense to reuse Nightwing/Beast boy body.
  2. Figure looks pretty seamless for Amazing Yamaguchi, I do wonder if we gonna get "the more open variant" version of this figure.
  3. These look way more organic and premium than their Marvel Rivals Spidey, I suppose these figures one 1-2 tiers higher and price wise as well.
  4. They all look great. Jada is slow to release, but they're putting real effort into their figures and evolving as a company, which is exciting for their future. However, I'm not entirely excited about the new import style double-jointed elbows and knees being introduced in the Invincible figures/becoming the standard going forward. In my opinion, the older style pinless jada joints were perfect, it blended seamlessly with the sculpts, even if the joints did tend to get stuck occasionally. That said, this is a minor complaint, and I may change my mind once I have the Invincible figures in hand.
  5. This looks excellent but judging by early reviews of the OG figure they went way too big with the scale, which might explain why there's no 1/12 scale mention anywhere.
  6. Yeah, I had the chance to play with that figure thanks to my friend, and while there were certain things to appreciate about it, overall it felt really disappointing to me, so I never went ahead with her. It's like they release early alpha prototypes when it comes to female figures...
  7. Felicia getting a figure is awesome news for sure. Morrigan looks pretty good for a prototype, I'm definitely getting both of them. I'm still on the fence about this version of Chun-Li, though, and I'm really curious to see how R. Mika will turn out. While I'm generally happy with the lineup, looking at the male figures, it seems like Storm has put more extra effort into male figures compared to the female ones.
  8. Chun Li has to be the most disappointing figure in a while, yes her body does look great and I'm sure articulates amazingly well but that head is all kind of wrong, it seems incredibly small for that body, when in general anime/comic/gaming characters from that era used to have pretty oversized heads, here they went other way around.
  9. I'm still waiting for TNBA versions of Harley and Ivy from Mondo, I get they want to do more vinyl staction figures but I think it would help the line if these figures were 11-10 inches in height like their other 1/6 scale Batman figures imo.
  10. Deeper purple really makes that figure look way better, pink was just too toyish. And I gotta say that sculpt still holds up, from what I understand it was sculpted by Toybiz and then released in first Hasbro Legends wave.
  11. That looks great! Made me remember how Batman and Grendel crossover comics are underrated.
  12. It make sense to be careful + this line is well known for selling heads and armors add ons, so they can easily make separate head pack.
  13. If I collected 1:18 I would be super excited for this line. While Hiya's 1/12 Judge Dredd does look awesome with cloth body suit and it indeed seems like very premium figure, I still wanna see them make fully plastic version that is closer to 1:18 sculpts, imo fully plastic sculpts do better job at conveying comic book art into figure form.
  14. It's in fact the same torso, it even has that super dated static ball for the head, they could at least give her ball jointed neck, I suppose I will attempt surgery I did for my Rogue and Dremel hole inside her neck and insert ball peg, which in case of mu Rogue gave her impressive range.
  15. That's a really impressive figure in my opinion. The sculpt and articulation are both decent, and based on this figure, it seems like they're learning and improving. This isn't even close to the shameful quality we had from Mattel in 2016-18. Now I wonder if the Chronicles line will be like Hasbro's G.I. Joe line, with better articulation and tooling than Marvel and Star Wars due to He-Man being in-house brand to Mattel, just like G.I. Joe is to Hasbro. Perhaps future collector DC lines from Mattel will be slightly less articulated, just like Legends are compared to the G.I. Joe line.
