About This Club

An area from a galaxy far far away where fans of Star Wars can come to share their passion for the hobby with others.

  1. What's new in this club
  2. Already got Mace, so don't need him. Qui-Gon is a must, specially if they are going to include a new face paint that's more accurate.
  3. 2021 marks the 5th anniversary of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and, as you may have seen, there are rumors of a themed wave of Black Series figures in the works, possibly including Bodhi Rook. Which other figures would you like to see included in such an assortment, either rereleased or newly produced? The Death Trooper, Hover Tank Driver, and Shore Trooper will be repacked in the Archive line, so, I don't see them being included, but, maybe variations of the figures possibly could. And while Cassian Andor, Director Krenic, Jyn Erso, among others, seem to still be readily available on the sec
  4. Nice set of stamps, you don't see things like that these days, IMO BB-8 and D-O should be kicked out.
  5. These droids from the Star Wars universe will help your mail get to its destination with this new series of U.S. postage stamps.. Designed by Greg Breeding with William Gicker serving as art director, these stamps will be available in spring 2021. "These droids are a nod to Lucasfilm’s, as well as its parent company, Disney’s, commitment to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) learning and the continued collaboration between Star Wars: Force for Change and global pre-K-12 nonprofit organization FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology).
  6. Wow, funny thing I never noticed they had released a force ghost Yoda. The two Walmart closer to me only had a lot of Darth Revans and a few figures from the ESB anniversary wave.
  7. If you've been wanting to get that Walmart exclusive 6" Black Series Spirit Yoda figure, now is your chance to get it cheap. It's currently available on Walmart's website for $14.99. Thanks to kylocollector for the heads up.
  8. I don't think any one doubts Hasbro sooner or later get around to completing the members of the Bad Batch Clones for their 6" Black Series line. Besides getting their own animated series later this year on Disney+, Hasbro already announced figures of Hunter and Crosshair last year that will be shipping in a wave along with Bo Katan and Asajj Ventress in April. But when might we see the final two members Tech and Wrecker? Well the before mentioned wave with Hunter and Crosshair has one more mystery figure in it which I believe will end up being Tech. I think we might even see an official a
  9. Hoping Qui-Gon has the updated face style. Really like the idea of getting him. Also already have Mace and easy pass on Jar jar unless he comes with a silly face, like when he shocks his tongue before the pod race. I was young when I first saw it and that cracked me up
  10. I’m pretty sure Obi-Wan will be an essential buy for me but have to wait to the box art for the Jawa and Greedo. But I do like the retro packaging they are doing
  11. Hmm, I can't tell the difference from previous versions. It would be a good opportunity to get them at reasonable prices for those who missed them
  12. The folks at Yakface are reporting that we can soon expect to see Amazon selling as exclusives Kenner redeco versions of the Black Series Episode IV Obi-Wan, Greedo and Jawa figures similar to what we saw with Boba Fett and the Zuckuss and 4-Lom 2-Pack. Of course we will treat this as rumor until Hasbro officially confirms it.
  13. I missed out on the first Qui Gon so this one is a sure purchase for me, hopefully they'll include the Jedi Robe this time. They announced a Mace Windu reissue a few months back and I preordered it, so far I'm not really interested on the others.
  14. Overseas etailer Damingtoys has opened pre-order for what they are listing as 6" Black Series 50th Anniversary figures from Hasbro. The figures listed are all re-issues and I guess at least with the Episode 1 based ones we could see on cardbacks that pay tribute to the original line of Episode 1 action figures. They wave seems to breakdown as follows: -The Phantom Menace – Jar-Jar Binks -The Phantom Menace – Mace Windu -The Phantom Menace – Qui-Gon Jin -A New Hope – Obi-Wan Kenobi -Count Dooku -Jawa Hasbro last week announced they would be doing a Fan-Friday live-Stream
  15. Hi All, Vader and Tarkin 1:12 scale. This was done a while ago but due to bad weather I haven't been able to take my usual outdoor pics until now. Recipe. Vader and Tarkin - are both Hasbro BS 6" figures and have had their joints glued and sealed and then repainted using Vallejo paints. Tarkin's chair is made of plastic card and plastic rod. Base - is a picture frame and plastic used for the floor and the walls were printed by a friend we did a trade for. I used clear resin with a few drops of white paint and then poured into the
  16. Depending on the timeline I guess it makes sense for them not to have K-2SO show up at least not yet anyway.
  17. Hmm, interesting character choice, since the Jaina Solo figure wasn't a total bestseller, AFAIK, I didn't think another character from "Legends" would be possible, something that would be great is a 2-pack that also includes Kir Kanos, dude, a lot of characters that I'd like to see saved from the black hole that's now Legends.
  18. Carnor Jax figure, now that interests me. I'm not sure I need another Darth Maul, my money is on either version from the Star Wars Tales comic where he came back and had the big robot legs and tracked Obi-Wan to Tatooine or the Darth Maul Son of Dathomir version. For Luke, it would have to depend which version, I'm hoping for the version from the comic where he fought Lumiya using the shoto lightsaber like that Comic 2 pack from years ago. For the record, I would love a figure of Lumiya.
  19. As we await Hasbro's next batch of official Star Wars reveals set to come next Friday, I have a new Rumor Report to share with you. Based on intel I have seen we can expect to see a 6" Black Series Carnor Jax figure released in 2021. This should be a fan-channel exclusive release which seems to be part of a theme of comic book based figures Hasbro is doing. I already told you about the rumored Jaxxon figure as well as a new Darth Maul figure also slated for the Fan-Channel treatment. Originally I thought the Maul coming was going to be from the Clone Wars Animated series, but now it's looking
  20. This one and the Book of Boba Fett, are the live action projects for which I have most interest, maybe Visions will also be interesting.
  21. While Lucasfilm announced K-2SO to be part of the upcoming Andor series, Alan Tudyk, the actor who helped bring him to life in Rogue One reveals he is not currently involved with the series. "They're shooting it right now, I'm not in it. But, if it stays on the air, stories keep getting told, I'll end up in there.". Depending on how far they are into filming, is K-SO being introduced later in the season, or are there plans for a second season? Due to the challenges of preforming his character using stilts, Tudyk hopes to be included soon. "...I turn 50 in March. So I hope they get to it soon,
