  1. This was the costume she wore when she finally separated with the phoenix and showed her raw power, proving she is also powerful without it. Am really hoping Hasbro would make X-men red figures! Follow me on IG for more action figure photography! https://www.instagram.com/santuyokent/p/CZER8rlJFR8/?utm_medium=copy_link Body sculpted by @ashcustoms While head was repainted by @Phoenixforcecreations
  2. Ol' Saint Sith is coming to your galaxy. Have you been naughty or nice? Doesn't matter cause he's Sith! Thanks for viewing! Created by NoFunction
  3. This custom is an Original Character, and she was recently completed as part of a team I'm building, which I hope to finish someday. Her name is Agent Condor and she is a super soldier, an Entradan gal with light-blue skin [per her real face, which isn't included]. The base body was Marvel Legends Lady Deadpool. And I had to do a total repaint and a host of mods to the original toy's sculpt, to get the body that I wanted. Her body armor parts were all hand sculpted from putty and some fodder was added to some parts, like the gun holster on her right thigh. Her helmet and sword came from GI Joe Classified Snake Eyes, while her guns came from ebay. And she was hand-painted with Tamiya paints. And she is riding a custom painted Cobra COIL motorcycle, which came from the Classified Cobra Baroness toy. And 10 more pics of her are in my DSNG Blog, just search for it! Thanks for looking! Enjoy and Share!
  4. Custom Scareglow, I used a Neca base with glow in the dark paint.
  5. I used a select Beast for the base and the origins for the head

  9. HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boy this one was something. It took months to figure out what I wanted too do with this figure at first it started as a simple ab crunch modification, then it got outta hand which meant I needed to sculpt armor around the ab crunch which also didn't look to great then, just earlier this week it hit me. Make the shredder I wanted almost like my drawings and here it is! I used the tmnt target shredder as the base and took of the rubber shirt he had and sculpted the armor painted it black then silver did the same for the armor on the legs and arms. Then I used the dc collectibles shredder's head drilled in the peg hole then put plati-make in the hole so it could fit on the peg then painted black then silver. Then for the hands I used the closed fist from the odin baf iron fist and cut the blades off the dc collectibles shredder and glued them on top. then I sculpted around the upper biceps to make them look like the end of sleeves and painted those silver. Then the front loincloth is from the gi joe classified storm shadow. Then finally for the sword just painted the black and bottom silver and cut the circle around the blade. So that was my custom shredder he is my favorite TMNT character and one of my favorite villains of all time and im happy I finally finished him, thank you for taking your time to read and look at my custom!

  12. New to the forums but been a longtime browser of TNI--love this site! I wanted to share a couple of custom painted vintage Masters of the Universe playsets: Grayskull and Snake Mountain. I absolutely love MOTU and as I was gearing up my anticipation to collect the Origins line, I wanted to revisit Grayskull and Snake Mountain with an updated paint application. I normally don't like the idea of touching a vintage toy, however, I believed there was a killer playset waiting to come alive from behind the subpar and uneven factory paint job given to both sets. After priming and dry-brushing applications using acrylics (standard colors and vibrant neons for SM). The only portion sprayed on is the primer I used as the rest was hand brushed. I only amplified the amazing details that were already there. Grayskull's interior was painted with purples and blues (with stars added) to give off a mystical effect of universal power emanating from the Castle. I was inspired by the colors and themes from the original mini comics. I left the accessories alone as their vibrant, flat colors was a nice contrast that actually made it feel (for me) as though this scene popped directly from the comic pages. For Snake Mountain, the interior paint work was highly influenced by Youtuber "Count Stankus" who gave his custom a Monster Golf /fun-house 'glow' vibe--a great 80s look for a great 80s toy! I took notes off his work because he really nailed the effect. Either way...displayed is my love for ALL things MOTU and my process leading to the final product....hope you enjoy and thank you for letting me share!
  13. I wanted it to resemble the ghost rider from the 1970's run cause I thought it was pretty enjoyable so i used some ave's epoxy sculpt and painted the head black at first then white then dry brushed it black
  14. I stole this idea of a Custom years ago. It's a Juggernaut Select with Apocalypse BAF pieces for the head and neck. Sculpted the Arm, belt and hand bands I THINK. Painted Black and metallic blue. Also some metallic silver. What I needed to do was add some tubes for his arms, but too cheap to finish it off. Head fully moves around, I think I dremeled to fit and then used hot glue gun to get it to fit and rotate/swivel. Probably did a couple more things to it, but cannot remember. Been a few years since "completed" it.
  15. This it's one of 100s of spidey customs. Simple repaint of Tobey with a casted head. Think snapshot spidey. Cheap apple barrel paints but the blue it's from a paint marker. I tried to do bright paints and really enjoy sculpted weblines over painted. Painted lines just look awful on plastic figures imo and almost always bent in someway. Hence I use this Tobey Spidey Buck as they are the most jointed, Spidey like, well sculpted, proportioned figure of Spidey out there. Will post more as I like JC and like Toy Newsi. Pics are a bit underwhelming, but it's still an incredible buck for Spidey. Lines were done with Black paint on a dried fine point marker and then sealed with matte sealer. Later will do better pics of my custom spideys. Almost all are repaints with interchanged pieces and almost no sculpt work. Looking at the pics, their is some dust on the head....been displayed for years. Again, sorry for the poor pics. This wasn't really planned, it was just like, I enjoy JC and want to help TNI thrive so, will post lots the coming weeks/days.

  18. I’ve been working on this since the show came out! here is my custom Black Series Mandalorian with interchangeable shoulder pauldrons (beskar and sandtrooper) which attach via magnets I loved the Hasbro figure but wanted a more show accurate helmet so I made a new one. I did this by 3d printing a combination of various 1:1 scale 3d prints that I mashed together, sanded, smoothed, sculpted on top of, then painted and coated with vrious acrylics and sprays for the Beskar material look. Beskar pauldron was also 3d printed for the base shape then resculpted to finish. The shoretrooper shoulder piece also has magnets and can be re-attached! custom cape cloth with carefully poked and cut holes for weathered look 3d printed model of the child (baby yoda for now as we know it) scaled down, sanded and painted with custom clear stand Scaled to print at 1:12 for the Diorama then weathered and printed Thank you to Damaskprops, TheBrokenNerd83, Multiverse3DDesigns, Freddy1990 and Papasrecreations for their 3d models i used as bases! Hope you all like it! I have spoken
  19. This is a simple custom I made for the Marvel Select Carnage. I made a new headsculpt and alternate hands with apoxie sculpt. I didn't add any paint to the chest or alternate feet, since I didn't want to damage the figure (Because I love it!). So this is my Ultimate Carnage custom; thanks for checking it out!
  20. Repaint of the Black Series Mandalorian. The figure is great and I wanted to make the paint apps more realistic! Did a black acrylic wash on top of his helmet and armor pieces, then gun metal dry brush and chrome drybrush to get that “beskar” material look. Finish off with a wetbrush of brown for minor rust on the helmet. The armor pieces I wanted a little bit more vivid since the show has the color in a slightly more red hue. Blackwash, then drybrush layers of the mixed brown/burgundyish color and silver for scratch marks. Painted in some red details on his belt and right wrist gauntlet to fill in on the lights on his right arm. Topped off with a clear finish to seal the paint! also... the Mandalorian is a great show... I have spoken

  22. This week's custom is a 3 3/4" The Force Awakens General Leia Organa figure by Customs For The Kid Here's the story behind it: "This figure was a team effort to bring to life. Dad modified the head and body of the figure, while I sculpted on her collar and painted her face and vest. The body we used to make her was from the Star Wars "Dark Horse: Infinites" Action Figure Comic 2-Pack, with the "White Vader and Princess Leia (Sniper)". After we sanded off the pockets below the shoulders on the Sniper body, we cut the circular braid off of the figure and fused it to the head of the Black Series - "Princess Leia Organa" action figure. The soft plastic part of the dress from the Black Series figure was then modified with scissors to make the vest for the new figure. After some minor sculpting and a fresh coat of paint, we added a very much desired figure to the collection and we just love the way she looks."Check out the image(s) of their custom below in our GALLERY!Click here if you would like to submit your own custom figure(s) to be displayed on JediInsider.com, and be sure to check out our Custom Forum section, where you can discuss and show off your work among other customizers.
  23. This week's custom is Tobias Beckett (Imperial Mimban Disguise) by Darth Daddy"Dad made me this Tobias Beckett figure as a Christmas present to accompany the Val figure that he gave me. He used the chest of a Black Series Stormtrooper Commander action figure that he modified with a Dremel to include the blast marks, and some spare random Imperial body parts we had in fodder. The head of course is from the Force Link 2.0 Tobias Beckett figure that was modified to accept the hat and the holsters were also from that figure. The goggles were modified goggles from the Hoth Han Solo. The jacket was a modified one from the Vintage Endor Han Solo. The collar on his shirt, rank insignia, and jacket were all hand sculpted with ProCreate." Check out the image(s) of their custom below in our GALLERY!Click here if you would like to submit your own custom figure(s) to be displayed on JediInsider.com, and be sure to check out our Custom Forum section, where you can discuss and show off your work among other customizers.
