  1. At long last, Mondo has revealed their highly anticipated Masters of the Universe 200X figures, a line fans have been looking forward to since the announcement. Collectors rejoiced, cheered, and immediately started screaming in anguish once they saw the price: over $100 each. That didn't stop most from getting them anyway, though. ToyFarce investigated... "They're way too expensive! Outrageous! Highway robbery!" said one collector while furiously typing his credit card number into the checkout page. The MOTU200X He-Man regular figure has been revealed to be $95, while the Timed Edition He-Man with extra head (or 'portrait') and base is sold for $115. The humongous Clawful figure is only available as a Timed Edition for $125. "I can't believe they're asking that much! I had to sell some of my vintage MOTU figures… to make room for these new ones" another collector added. Despite the uproar, many collectors admitted that, after years of asking for really good MOTU200X 1/12 scale action figures, they didn't really have a choice. "We wanted 200X figures, not 200X the price!" joked one fan, right before clicking on "Place Order". In the end, the response to the announcement has been overwhelmingly consistent: fans are simultaneously outraged and elated, broke and fulfilled. Or, as one collector summed it up: "We might not be able to afford groceries this week, but at least our shelves will look amazing!" More news at 11:00: "Mondo makes me mad... and then they make me poor." *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  2. For a quick custom, I decided to spruce up my retail version of the 200x He-Man figure. I muted the bright yellow hair color down, painted the red ribbons on the armor, and also added some chrome accents to said armor, lastly I added the vac metalized sword that was included with the 200x Castle Grayskull. Hope you enjoy this version. More to come.
