  1. This week, Mattel Creations will hold their REVEALED virtual event, a "new event that gives you insider access to Mattel's designers and creators. Join for concept-to-reality deep dives on all-new collectibles from your favorite brands"... which sounds like fun! Collectors worldwide are speculating that Mattel might announce their next Mattel Creations crowdfunded item. Here are some items that *might* be announced at the event! WWE ULTIMATE EDITION THE BLOODLINE ISLAND OF RELEVANCY ENTRANCE STAGE Relive the dominance of the Bloodline in WWE with this 20" tall WWE Ultimate Edition The Bloodline Island of Relevancy Entrance Stage! An entrance big enough for the head of the table, the tribal chief, Roman Reigns and his bloodline. Includes a WWE themed car, and members of the Bloodline as various stretch goals. Also, maybe a T-Rex. MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE BATTLE ARENA ENTRANCE TUNNEL He-man and his friends have been teleported to a battle arena, where they will have a tournament against Skeletor's evil warriors! To get to the arena, our heroes have to walk through the battle arena gates, which includes 100 LEDs with 6 pre-programmed animated sequences, controlled by remote! Watch as our heroes walk down the entrance ramp to get to the battle! What would you love to see revealed at Mattel Creations... Revealed? Let us know in the comments! More news at 11:00... Two Days of Never-Before-Seen Content (as opposed to Already-Leaked-Weeks-Ago Content)! *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  2. Sources have informed Deadline that Travis Knight is currently in the final stages of negotiations to direct the long-awaited Masters of the Universe reimagining from Mattel. Although his deal has not yet been finalized, all indications suggest that Knight is the leading candidate for the directorial role. Additionally, Chris Butler is set to rewrite the script, which was initially penned by David Callaham, Aaron Nee, and Adam Nee. Furthermore, Amazon MGM Studios is currently in final negotiations to secure the rights to the project, with Robbie Brenner from Mattel and Todd Black and Jason Blumenthal from Escape Artists set to produce.
  3. THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER! As you might have seen all over social media the last few days, collectors are starting to receive their Mattel Creations Master of the Universe Origins Eternia playsets! One thing is for sure: We're gonna need a bigger shelf! Eternia is a BIIIIG playset, and the only thing bigger than it is the shipping box it came in. To save money on rent, a collector already turned his into a modest condo! ToyFarce investigated. "On Saturday, I saw a huge moving truck stop in front of my building." said Adam, a collector from NY. "I was waiting for a package, so I just thought they went a little overboard with the truck, but it turns out it was for my Mattel Creations Master of the Universe Origins Eternia playset. The box was HUGE! As soon as I saw it, I knew I didn't need to pay rent anymore, because I now owned a very nice place to live." Photos courtesy of @luchajohnny and @preternia. "I moved all my stuff during the weekend, and gave a notice to the landlord. The Eternia playset shipping box is really nice and spacious. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a decent sized living room. We're going to do some renovation work in the kitchen area next week, and it should be perfect!" More news at 11:00... "I just hope it's not gonna rain the next few weeks..." *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  4. I used a select Beast for the base and the origins for the head
  5. By the Power of Grayskull! It seems that lately, toy makers are going for bigger and bigger things: With the various big Haslab offerings, the huge McFarlane Toys vehicles, the different TMNT Turtle Vans and the upcoming Super7 Ultimates Thundercats Cat's Lair, it seems that the only thing that collectors will need will now be space to display them all! Mondo, who's famous for the amazing 1/6 scale Masters of the Universe figures (and Batman: The Animated Series, X-Men,...) might soon want to have a word with us as well... First off, Mondo has recently teased the laughing Adam figure as a San Diego Comic Con exclusive, and that is amazing. They had already ventured into meme versions of figures with the 1/6 Wolverine looking at his picture frame in the packaging in 2021, and now they're back at it with the laughing Adam. Words cannot express how much I love this. But another item that might come out soon after that could very well be a 1/6 version of the Castle Grayskull! Since all the other brands are doing gigantic items that end up being very popular, why not? The 1/6 Castle Grayskull would be about 46" (3ft8!), and I won't even tell you the size of the box (You will fit in it!). Worried about space? Well, you can always live in it: Just open the castle and install your bed inside! See? It had even been teased in the pictures with the latest He-Man figure! Look at it! Would you be interested in a 1/6 Castle Grayskull? Let us know in the comments! More news at 11:00... I have the POWER! *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  6. This week, Toyfarce has got a treat for you! We have found a huge He-Man and the Masters of the Universe collector and super fan that has the ability to name at least half of the characters! That's right! This fan can name several MOTU characters other than the main ones! Insane! "A lot of people ask me what my secret is, and unfortunately, I do not have a good answer for it." said Daniel, the walking MOTU encyclopedia. "I'm just really good with faces, so it's easy for me to remember their names. Also, I used to have them MOC (mint on card) in my collection room, so I could just read the names on the cards. It's only when I started opening my figures, due to lack of space, that I realized that I still remembered most of their names! I was arranging them on my shelves and thinking 'This one is Stinkor, and that one is Man-E-Faces'... That's when I knew something special was happening." An application to the Guinness World Records has been sent, but Daniel did not get a reply at the time of writing. More news at 11:00... "What is that one's name again? I always forget... Ah yes! Skeletor!" *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  7. Here's my custom MOTU Origins Lord Gr'asp. I made this with a resin cast of the MOTU Classics head, that I bought at Plastic Curves MOTU, hand is from the vintage Clawful, MOTU Origins Prince Adam body, with a Ricky Steamboat left arm, and finally the fabric cape was bought from the Capemaster Michael Marquez. Hope you enjoy this and leave feedback, if you do. More MOTU Origins customs to come.
  8. This week, the Mattel Creations Masters of the Universe Origins Eternia Playset campaign ended after reaching the goal and the first unlockable tier early on, but it came up short of reaching the final goal of 10k backers to unlock Keclar, the leader of the Elders, as well as having King Grayskull available for everyone, as opposed to being a bonus only to the early backers. It came really close, though, with 9,291 backers when time ran out. One person wasn't satisfied with this result, as King Grayskull was reportedly furious backstage that his name didn't bring more backers to the campaign. "Well, let me tell you something, ToyFarce..." said King Grayskull. "I should have been the final unlockable tier, Jack! I am clearly the biggest draw of this playset, and they put me as the early backer bonus, right at the opening. That's not how you book a campaign, brother!" he added. "The bottom line is, when they saw that they were losing steam, they added me in the final tier with Keclar, so they knew that I'm the bigger draw than Keclar. No offense to Keclar, he's doing great, but I'm better. I carried this place, Eternia, on my back for ages! If they had booked the campaign with me as the main event, they would have reached the 10k goal in no time, brother!" "I've heard people say that the Moat monster was the highlight of the set, and fans were happy to unlock it, but if that's really what they think, maybe I'll take my Power (aka "the" Power!), and go check what they do as HasLab or Kickstarter..." Could King Grayskull be threatening to jump ship? More news at 11:00... By the Power of 9,291 backers! *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
  9. It has been a long time coming, but finally, this weekend, at the Power-Con, in Columbus, Ohio, you will be able to say "I HAVE THE POWER!" after picking up the Power-Con convention exclusive collectible of... The Power! Have you noticed how every time Prince Adam transforms into He-Man (spoilers!), there are a bunch of lightnings coming from all directions on his Power sword? Well, that's it! That is The Power! And finally, after all these years and hundreds of figures, we are finally getting the missing piece in our Masters Of The Universe collections, an actual figure of The Power! It might look like just a bunch of plastic lightning effects slapped on a MOTU card, but remember that this is what gives He-Man his superhuman strength and makes him the most powerful man in the universe! Make sure to pick up your Power-Con exclusive The Power this weekend, in Columbus, Ohio, as these will probably end up being very sought-after and go for high prices on the secondary market! ...and now, WE HAVE THE POWER! More news at 11:00... *Moral/life lesson at the end of episodes not included.
  10. I made this Filmation inspired Trap Jaw using parts from ROE Kronis, WWE MOTU Steve Austin, and finally a head cast of the MOTU Classics Filmation sculpt. Hope you enjoy this, press like and leave feedback. Thanks for looking. More to come.
  11. Here's my Secret Wars style "Back in Action" He-Man and Skeletor. Okay, this needs a little set up. I was inspired to put this together after seeing Mattel Creations using the Secret Wars molds to bring back some of their 60s and 70s properties in a mail order "Back in Action" line. I thought it would be fun to add their most profitable boy's toy venture to the mix. Both are made using various Secret Wars figures and hydro shrunk casts of the Classics heads.
  12. Here's my take on a MOTU Origins White Ninja, Slamurai. It was made using a cast of the Ninjor classics head from MOTU Plastic Curves shop, MOTU Origins Prince Adam torso, arms, and upper legs, with John Cena WWE MOTU lower legs. The vest is from Jitsu. Thanks for looking. hope you enjoy and leave feedback. More Masters to come.
  13. MOTU Origins Lord Masque, was made using the head, belt, and harness from the MOTU Classics figure, a random Origins base, with WWE MOTU Ricky Steamboat arms, John Cena arm straps for his leg bands, and finally ROE Keldor boots and cape. Hope you enjoy and leave feedback. Thanks for looking.
  14. Netflix has announced the second season of Kevin Smith's animated series, Master Of the Universe: Revelation, from Mattel Television and Powerhouse Animation. The second season is entitled Master Of the Universe: Revolution. Masters of the Universe: Revolution is described as the next epic chapter in the battle for Eternia. It is a standalone story that takes place after the events in Revelation. Masters of the Universe: Revolution is an all-new story that brings the focus to He-Man vs. Skeletor “like you’ve never seen them before,” per Netflix. It’s technology versus magic as He-Man and the heroic warriors face the forces of Skeletor and a deadly threat to the Planet. No official casting has been announced but Mark Hamill, who voiced Skeletor in Revelation, talked about his involvement in Season 2. Chris Wood voices He-Man.
