  1. The head's still too small, considering it's supposed to be a helmet, and black pegs where the armor is white on both sides is just...stupid. Otherwise, this guy looks great, and I like how well (mostly) hidden those damn ankle ball pegs. Small nitpick with something said in the review: this isn't McFarlane's interpretation of the animated look for Shriek. It's right out of the comics. Future's End, I think.
  2. I appreciate that MacReady doesn't have those weird-ass elbow joints that NECA's been using lately, and while there's still something not totally there with the likeness (eyes too small, I think), he looks better here than in the other photos. The same can be said for BTTF 2 Doc Brown, although I think his hair is still too yellow. I'd prefer it if the two Kong figures, which look the same to me, were actually just one figure with the plane and the shackles and the dinosaurs, but I get what NECA is doing. Homelander and Starlight and Frankenstein's monster seem to look worse in these photos t
  3. If you wrote this on The Fwoosh first and then copied and pasted it here that's sort of the cause. I don't know the exact cause, but I remember this happening to me earlier in the year.
  4. Anybody else think that "Johnny" here looks a lot like Harrison Ford?
  5. The left tusk being unpainted may be a prototype error or something that hearkens back to Todd's affinity to asymmetrical designs (I didn't even notice there even were two tusks until I saw your comment). As for the mini poster, it's a print of the cover art for Spawn #165, which created an origin for the Mandarin Spawn character, and is based on (like pretty much exactly) the original figure from 1999. One can certainly make the argument that it's a bit of an odd choice for it not to match the figure in the box, but I don't think it qualifies as a "screw up."
  6. Great photo. And it only makes me want Hasbro to make a "Prisoner Han" with shackles and without his vest in the 6" Black Series even more.
  7. Oh yeah! You've a got a 3D effect with Macho Man going here. I dig it.
  8. So Robin Hood is actually TWO figures? Holy $#!@
  9. Hatrix the band? Maybe actually go take a look at the Guy Gardner thread. It's not positive.
  10. Watching the show, I thought Crosshair's new armor was all gray. Dark gray, but still gray and not black. That said, I don't think they have the color of the shuttle quite right, either, so...
  11. The booth display is great. They've done a light side tour, a dark side tour, and a fan request tour every day the last three days. They're on Sideshow's Youtube channel.
