In a shocking revelation that absolutely nobody saw coming (except maybe Gene Simmons), sources tell ToyFarce that the massive "KITH x Marvel vs. Capcom" collaboration—you know, the one involving Hasbro's Marvel figures and Jada Toys' Capcom figures—was actually never supposed to happen. According to insiders, the collab was originally intended to be with the iconic rock band KISS, but a single announcement went terribly wrong when the spokesperson chosen to reveal it happened to have... well... a slight lisp. ToyFarce investigated... "We're very exthited to announth our collab with KITH!" the spokesperson proudly declared during a very echoey press call, immediately sending marketing departments, toy-related social media pages, and half the toy community into a frenzy over the idea of Ryu or Wolverine wearing premium streetwear. By the time someone realized the error, somewhere between the words "limited edition capsule collection" and "Gene Thimmonth", it was already too late. The internet had embraced the KITH idea, mockups were circulating, and the Hasbro/Jada team had already sent out 12 emails asking, "Wait... so who are we collabing with again?" Meanwhile, members of KISS were reportedly thrilled to be involved, until they found out they weren't. "We had already designed the face paint for Chun-Li" one spokesperson allegedly complained. "Do you know how hard it was to paint her buns?" Jada Toys and Hasbro, caught in the chaos, simply shrugged and rolled with it. "Honestly, we're just happy it wasn't 'KITT'..." said a representative from Jada Toys. "We already released the Knight Rider car earlier this year." At press time, the original spokesperson apologized, stating: "I'm tho thorry. Although, if you ever want Mortal Kombat figureth to collab with Rolekth, I'm your guy!" More news at 11:00... Now KITH! *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!
