  1. It's Wednesday, and you know what that means: ToyFarce review! This week we're having a look at the gorgeous Deluxe Spawn and Throne set from McFarlane Toys. It's nice to see more Spawn figures hitting the shelves, and this one is a beautiful (and ingenious!) offering. The whole thing with the cape not being complete to look good on the chair made a few people mad, but you can't argue with the result... It looks so damn good! This deluxe set comes in a big box with a window, so you can see Spawn and his throne next to each other. There's some awesome Greg Capullo art in the back. It nearly makes you want to keep it in the box doesn't it? *Nearly*... The throne comes in 2 parts for it to fit in the packaging, with the top part being a separate part so that it fits in a smaller box (#smart). Spawn is basically your basic Spawn figure, without cape (reminding me of the movie Spawn figures, a bit). The "top of the cape" part can be attached to it with a peg. There's also a bit of cape on the throne. The figure in itself looks great. It re-uses lots of parts from the Mortal Kombat Spawn figure (minus the cape, duh). He has a kind of darker blue shade, compared to the usual black/very dark grey, which makes him pop up a bit more. The whites on the suit are also brighter. The small details in the sculpt are all there. Articulations are good, similar to that MK Spawn (no thigh swivels, unfortunately). You can attach the "top of the cape" part to it and he looks kinda silly, but the second you sit him on that throne: Wow! That thing has presence. It will look great on any shelf. I remember liking the older McFarlane Toys Spawn on a throne figure, but it was basically a statue. This one, you can play with, add things in his hands, tweak the pose, etc. More news at 11:00... Spawnie, Spawnie, he's our man, if he can't kill 'em, no one can. Yay, Spawnie!

  4. Greetings everyone, I finally started using my eBay account to sell some of my items. Please take a look and see if you can find anything you may be interested in. Hoping to move some items so that I can scale down my collection and concentrate on other interests. The hottest item being auctioned right now is the 1964 Hasbro GI Joe with a rare State Patrol Trooper uniform - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1964-Hasbro-GI-Joe-Doll-Figure-blonde-hair-cheek-scar-/393887813820?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l6249&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0. I started the bid at a low price, so this could be good opportunity for collectors. I’ve heard that reproductions of this uniform are selling for $125 and genuine ones can sell as high as $200. Last time I checked, the bid was around $80+. Some of my other popular items include; Dragonball Z Cell Figurine - Banpresto Dramatic Showcase, 1st Season Volume 1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/393880820280?mkevt=1&mkcid=16&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0 Dragonball Z Figure Lot - Bandai Freeza/Frieza, Majin Buu, Kale, Shenron, Rilldo https://www.ebay.com/itm/393885770872?mkevt=1&mkcid=16&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0 Kenner & McFarlane Aliens Predator toy lot - Grid, Scorpion, Ultimate, Hive Wars https://www.ebay.com/itm/393880716321?mkevt=1&mkcid=16&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0 Bandai Rainbow Mothra, NECA WizKids MUTO & 1998 Godzilla Rings Figure/Toy Lot - https://www.ebay.com/itm/393887923025?mkevt=1&mkcid=16&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0 In addition to those hot items, I have listings for PeeWee Herman, vintage Spawn and Marvel figures, and other collectible items. Happy hunting and good luck!
  5. Sources from within New Line are informing Deadline that the studio has given the greenlight for a sequel to the 2021 Mortal Kombat movie. Sources are claiming that Simon McQuoid is set to return as director as the first movie opened at the number one spot at the box office and brought people back to movie theaters post-pandemic. The movie also ranks among the top feature titles ever on HBO Max since the platform launched. The sequel is being written by Jeremy Slater and based on the global video game phenomenon created by Ed Boon and John Tobias.
  6. I made this Filmation inspired Trap Jaw using parts from ROE Kronis, WWE MOTU Steve Austin, and finally a head cast of the MOTU Classics Filmation sculpt. Hope you enjoy this, press like and leave feedback. Thanks for looking. More to come.
  7. Here's my Secret Wars style "Back in Action" He-Man and Skeletor. Okay, this needs a little set up. I was inspired to put this together after seeing Mattel Creations using the Secret Wars molds to bring back some of their 60s and 70s properties in a mail order "Back in Action" line. I thought it would be fun to add their most profitable boy's toy venture to the mix. Both are made using various Secret Wars figures and hydro shrunk casts of the Classics heads.
  8. MOTU Origins Vultak! I made Vultak using a MOTU Origins Skeletor base with arms from ROE Keldor. The vest is from a WWE MOTU Randy Savage, and the wings are from a DC Multiverse Hawkman. Lastly the head is a cast from the classics figure. Hope you enjoy, hit like and leave feedback. Thanks for looking.
  9. Here's my take on a MOTU Origins White Ninja, Slamurai. It was made using a cast of the Ninjor classics head from MOTU Plastic Curves shop, MOTU Origins Prince Adam torso, arms, and upper legs, with John Cena WWE MOTU lower legs. The vest is from Jitsu. Thanks for looking. hope you enjoy and leave feedback. More Masters to come.
  10. MOTU Origins Lord Masque, was made using the head, belt, and harness from the MOTU Classics figure, a random Origins base, with WWE MOTU Ricky Steamboat arms, John Cena arm straps for his leg bands, and finally ROE Keldor boots and cape. Hope you enjoy and leave feedback. Thanks for looking.
  11. Good day, Hope you checkout my review for the Marvel Legends Maggott action figure. Thanks @Outsiders
