Subsequently, he heads to Earth, rooting himself in the City of Angels—and there, he offers some assistance to LAPD detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German), while trying to better understand humanity. Lucifer stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, D. B. Woodside, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Dennis Haysbert.
  3. Netflix has announced that the second half of season 5 will premiere on Friday, May 28th. The first eight episode of season 5 premiered back on August 21st, 2020 and the second half went into production in late September. The 6th season will be the final season for the series.
  4. WaterTower Music is excited to announce new releases available on Friday, August 21, for two fan-favorite DC/Warner Bros. Television series: “Lucifer”: Seasons 1-5 (Original Television Soundtrack) and “DC’s Stargirl”: Season 1 (Original Television Score). The WaterTower Music releases are available at all platforms now, as well as the online store at DC FanDome: Hall of Heroes on Saturday, August 22. “Lucifer”: Seasons 1-5 (Original Television Soundtrack) features 13 songs from the first five seasons of the devilish drama, featuring performances by series stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German and Lesley Ann-Brandt, as well as guest star Lindsey Gort and performer Skye Townsend. Recently renewed for a sixth and final season, “Lucifer’s” fifth season premieres Friday, August 21 on Netflix. “Lucifer” composers Jeff Russo and Ben Decter relished the opportunity to tap the musical skills of the cast in performing a number of classic and contemporary standards: “Getting to record amazing songs with a fantastically talented cast is a rare experience. And creating this ‘Lucifer’ soundtrack album was a treat. If only every cast were as fun! We feel lucky.” Series star Tom Ellis, who plays the title character, was equally enthusiastic: “The music of ‘Lucifer’ has been one of the main reasons I have loved playing this role. It rekindles my passion for singing, which ironically started in church when I was a child. Funny old world, isn’t it?” “DC’s Stargirl”: Season 1 (Original Television Score) features 22 tracks from the debut season of the hit series. Recently wrapping its first season on both The CW and DC Universe, “DC’s Stargirl” was recently renewed for a second season exclusively on The CW. Based on the character created by Geoff Johns, “DC’s Stargirl” features an epic score by the award-winning film and television composer Pinar Toprak, who received her first Primetime Emmy® nomination this year for her work on HBO’s “McMillions.” “I’m a huge fan of show creator Geoff Johns and everything he’s done,” remarked Toprak. “When we met, the way he talked about Courtney, the character, and his vision for ‘DC’s Stargirl’ really touched my heart. Obviously, I love this genre to begin with, so it was a no-brainer to compose the score. Working with Geoff was just one of the best experiences of my career, to be honest.” “Lucifer”: Seasons 1-5 (Original Television Soundtrack) and “DC’s Stargirl”: Season 1 (Original Television Score) will be available on August 21, 2020 from WaterTower Music. About “DC’s Stargirl” The new Super Hero series “DC’s STARGIRL” follows high school sophomore Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger) as she inspires an unlikely group of young heroes to stop the villains of the past. This new drama reimagines Stargirl and the very first superhero team, the Justice Society of America, in an unpredictable series that focuses on the character that started creator Geoff Johns’ career as a comic book writer when he created her in 1999, lovingly inspired by his late sister who was killed in a 1996 plane explosion. Also starring Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker, Hunter Sansone, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson, Christopher James Baker, with Amy Smart and Luke Wilson, the first season of ‘DC’s Stargirl’ was executive produced by Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Melissa Carter, Greg Beeman and Sarah Schechter. Created for television by Johns, the series is produced by Berlanti Productions and Mad Ghost Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. Another highlight was co-creating the score to “We Live in Public,” the 2009 Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize winner. Born in Manhattan, and raised in New Jersey, Decter graduated from Harvard University, where he majored in political science. Although Decter currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and MMA-loving daughter, his son has reversed this migration and is currently studying in New York. 14. Netflix has released the official trailer for Season 4 of Lucifer. 15. The 4th season of Lucifer is set to premiere on Netflix on May 8th after seeing the new teaser trailer from the streaming company and now they have released some new preview images. The images feature Lucifer and Chloe working together so has Chloe accepted him for who he is and also an image of Eve.
  16. The fourth season of Lucifer is currently under production for Netflix and TVLine has released an new image featuring Eve aka the first lady (played by Imposters‘ Inbar Lavi), explores what Lucifer truly desires. “Lucifer is in a very vulnerable moment, emotionally — not that he would ever recognize that — when out of nowhere, Eve turns up,” series star Tom Ellis shared during TVLine’s visit to the set, where they were filming Episode 10 aka Season 4’s finale. Laying eyes on the original sinner “brings back so much for Lucifer, about the man he used to be — or, the Devil he used to be,” Ellis added. “She’s never forgotten about him. And she loves him.” And while Chloe will certainly have thoughts about Lucifer’s ex trying to mark her spot, Detective Decker’s portrayer thinks the new arrival is, well, heavenly. “Inbar plays Eve so uniquely, and well…. She just brings a whole new vibe to the show,” Lauren German effused. “She has this ethereal and light and sensual energy.”
  17. A new angel is coming to the fourth season of Lucifer: Vinessa Vidotto has been added in the recurring role of Remiel. The character of Remiel is being described as “classic little-sister” character who admires her eldest brother, the mighty Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside), but also feels under-appreciated or overshadowed while struggling to match his towering standards. Remiel idolizes her big brother but dealing with the self-righteous alpha-dog of angels isn’t always easy. The show is clearly going toward a different version of Remiel, who traditionally is described as the Angel of Hope. In the comics, Remiel is portrayed quite differently — the angel is a blond male with the exasperation of a sour bureaucrat — and appears only a handful of times the over years. Lucifer stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Rachael Harris, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Aimee Garcia, Tricia Helfer, Scarlett Estevez and Kevin Alejandro. Source: Deadline
  18. TVLine is reporting that Preacher‘s Graham McTavish will recur during Season 4 of Lucifer as Father Kinley. A kind, deeply empathetic and revered priest, Father Kinley is profoundly committed to guarding his flock. That includes doing whatever it takes to keep mankind safe from evil — which doesn’t bode well for a certain devil living in Los Angeles…. McTavish’s casting comes on the heels of Imposters star Inbar Lavi being tapped to fill the Lucifer role of no less than “First Lady” Eve.
  19. It appears that the fourth season of Lucifer will be dealing with another Biblical character as Imposters' Inbar Lavi has been cast as Eve. TV Insider is reporting the character is being described as "the original sinner herself." Lavi's take on the leading lady of the Book of Genesis is apparently over her time in the Garden of Eden. "After an eternity with Adam, she’s grown restless in her marriage and longs for a less predictable time when things were exciting. Naughty. Dangerous. She misses her hot and heavy first love...the charming rogue who tempted her so many years ago. That’s right, the devil himself…Lucifer." The fourth season is currently in production and will be shown exclusively on Netflix in 2019.
