  1. As much as I spend my time online, keeping up with the latest reveals, leaks, and other news, there are still times when I walk into the store and still find a treasure that I had no idea existed. It’s amazing that, despite my constant browsing on forums and Facebook groups, I can still walk into a Target, a Walmart, or a GameStop and see something that has me say ‘WHAT?! THIS EXISTS?!’ Or even a simple ‘whoa that is way cooler than I had anticipated’. The latter happened to me much more recently. I am not a fan of transformers. Like at all. And my knowledge of the franchise is as surface level as it gets. But when I saw the Siege Optimus Prime earlier this year, I had to have it. I knew that the line was coming, but that was all I knew.! But then I saw it and I literally said ‘whoa this is way cooler than I had anticipated’. The former, where I found a figure or line I had no idea existed happened last spring/summer when I came upon the Jurassic World Legacy Collection at a Target. I knew there were figures from the new movie out, and Mattel had surprised me with how neat they were, but then I found Doctor Grant in the wild. It transported me back to my childhood and I bought up every figure in the line. Has anything like this happened to you? If so, which line or figure?
  2. "Nedry! Nedry! We’ve got a Nedry figure here!" Based on the original Jurassic Park film, this Jurassic Park Barbasol Dennis Nedry Action Figure - 2020 Convention Exclusive is a must-have collectible for fans. In his splashy Hawaiian shirt and shorts, he measures about 3 3/4-inches tall and comes with film-accurate accessories that include the bag of money from Dodgson, a piece of pie, and the Barbasol can of embryos so you can reenact your favorite scenes. The 7 1/2-inch tall packaging is based on the Barbasol Beard Buster shaving can seen in the movie - it lights up and speaks authentic Dennis Nedry dialog! This exclusive figure is available for a limited time only, so grab yours before it goes extinct and you miss out. Colors and decorations may vary. Ages 8 and up. This cool Nedry figure is hidden in a Barbasol can that holds him and serves as a display case. For extra fun, twist the base of the can package to trigger a dramatic light effect and reveal the figure! Press the top of the can to hear these iconic lines Nedry says in the movie: "Ah, ah, ah! You didn’t say the magic word!" "Dodgson! Dodgson! We’ve got Dodgson here!" "Don’t get cheap on me, Dodgson." "Ah, no wonder you’re extinct." "I'm totally unappreciated in my time." Relive the exciting big-screen action of Jurassic Park with this highly collectible Dennis Nedry figure! The fan-favorite villain and devious programmer is inspired by the scene when Nedry meets Dodgson for the cash-for-embryos deal in the original film. As Nedry enjoys a nice seaside breakfast, Dodgson shows up with a bag of money and the modified Barbasol can to hold the embryos. This figure will be available for pre-order at Noon ET at Entertainment Earth.

  5. When you’re choosing the ultimate pose for a definitive statue of Jurassic Park’s Dr. Ian Malcolm, there’s one iconic image of the film’s “rock star” that stands at the forefront. Of course, we’re talking about the shot where he’s lying down with his shirt unbuttoned while recovering from the T-Rex attack. Used in countless memes, this indelible image has been a fan favorite for years because it really captures the fun and sheer magnetism that actor Jeff Goldblum brings to this beloved character. Whether you’re a fan of Jurassic Park or just Jeff Goldblum, this statue makes for the perfect collectible to display in your home, office, or Jeff Goldblum shrine. Just imagine what your friends, family, and co-workers will say when they see this large and imposing statue of Dr. Malcolm. Made to exacting detail to include the specks of blood on his chest and hand, this amazing 1/4 scale Dr. Ian Malcolm statue also features a scene-specific circular base with a cutaway revealing dinosaur fossils buried underneath. This base makes it the perfect companion to the 1/4 scale Dr. Alan Grant statue. You can pre-order this statue now at BigBadToyStore.com.
