  1. The late Kevin Conroy, known for his iconic portrayal of Batman, will once again lend his voice to the character in the upcoming film Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part 3. In addition to Conroy, Mark Hamill, who famously voiced the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, will also be joining the cast. IGN has announced the full voice cast for the film, which includes Corey Stoll from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, who will be portraying Lex Luthor, taking over the role from Zachary Quinto. Elysia Rotaru from Arrow will also make her debut as Black Canary, among others. 2. "I don't know who any of those characters are, but they sure aren't worth $39.99!" said John, a collector from Michigan, while preparing the clickbait thumbnail for his 4th video on the subject. In case you missed it, McFarlane Toys announced an online store exclusive wave this week... "I haven't done any research myself, but a guy on Facebook told me about the situation." continued John. "So there's this new DC Multiverse wave based on Crisis on Infinite Earth, which is completely irrelevant today (apart from the DC Animated movie in 2 parts, of which part 1 came out this week on digital). The figures are exclusive to the McFarlane Toys online store, and they are $39.99 each! They said it's a smaller batch so it costs a bit more to produce, but still... Sure, you can also buy the whole set and it's cheaper per figure, since there's 5 figures if you count the Build-a-figure, but it works against my narrative, so you shouldn't count it: It's only 4 figures, the 5th one comes for free." "The figures are all unimportant characters, that nobody wants: -Another Superman, this one looks old (Earth 2 Superman, pretty important in the story). -Kid Flash? I didn't even know Flash had a kid! And for a kid, he's pretty big (Wally West, or Kid Flash, took on the role of Flash at the end of the story, bigger build doesn't seem too farfetched). -Psycho Pirate? A pirate that is psycho, looks unimportant (close enough?) -The Spectre doesn't seem important either (nooo, not at all.../s) -The Build-a-figure is some unimportant character called Monitor, probably a computer guy with multiple screens (I give up.) More news at 11:00... "Also, Exclusive figures never have a higher price! (apart from store exclusives, convention exclusives, ...) *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!

  17. Chalk up another to the list of DC Comics characters to the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover as The CW has cast Stephen Lobo as Detective Jim Corrigan, human host of the powerful cosmic entity known as the Spectre. The network hasn't confirmed if The Spectre himself will be appearing or just the human host, Detective Jim Corrigan. “Fans of the Crisis on Infinite Earths comic know the Spectre plays a pivotal role. We’re thrilled Stephen is our Jim Corrigan,” Executive producer Marc Guggenheim commented. Source: IGN
  18. Entertainment Weekly has revealed an exclusive first look image of LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor from Arrowverse's forthcoming 'Crisis on Infinite Earths.' Garrett will also be playing his brother, The Monitor. 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' kicks off with Supergirl on Sunday, December 8th, followed by Batwoman on Monday, December 9th, and The Flash on Tuesday, December 10th. After the winter hiatus, the crossover will resume Tuesday, January 14th, with Arrow at 8 p.m. and conclude with Legends of Tomorrow at 9 p.m.
  19. Tom Cavanagh has played numerous versions of Harrison Wells through out every season of The Flash and he'll return once again with a special role on the upcoming 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' crossover event as Pariah. Check out the first image of Cavanagh as Pariah from The CW.
  20. A few set photos have begun showing up online and the first two come via Twitter from Pagey and Hollywood North Buzz - YVRShoots. The first image features a prop showing that 1989 Batman Michael Keaton may exist in the Multiverse and the second is an image of Burt Ward from 1960’s Batman walking who just maybe Ace the Bat-Hound. No word on how the Batman prop or Burt Ward will play into the 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' series.
  21. TVLine has confirmed that Lyla Michaels, a character who has been played on Arrow over the years by Audrey Marie Anderson, will fill the role pf Harbringer in the Arrowverse‘s next, five-part crossover. Arrowverse executive producer Marc Guggenheim said they explored the idea of a comics-accurate helmet but it "didn’t look right." In “Crisis” lore, Lyla was an orphan raised by the Monitor, and as an adult she assisted him in identifying and grooming heroes and villains to team up and hopefully fend off the titular, universe-destroying event. She adopted the name Harbinger after being energized with the power to create doppelgangers. It is unclear if Arrow‘s own Lyla (as in Diggle’s wife/A.R.G.U.S. boss) will serve as Harbinger, or if it’s another Earth’s version of the character. The Flash showrunner Eric Wallace told sources, “When you see who’s playing some of the major characters – like Pariah, who we’ve already announced is Tom Cavanagh — there is a reason why Tom Cavanagh is Pariah. It’s not coincidence, and you need to watch this season of The Flash to understand that." “Same thing with the person who ends up being Harbinger,” Wallace continued. “It will make so much sense to you, you will go, ‘How did I not see that coming?'” “We are trying to pay off as many things as possible,” Wallace said. “We’re trying to honor some things we hope people will notice and enjoy.”
  22. Chalk up two more guest-stars to be added to the Arrowverse's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover as TVLine and TVInsider are reporting that Ashley Scott and Osric Chau will be appearing in the five-part event. Scott will be reprising her role as Huntress aka Helena Kyle, the character she played on the short-lived DC Comics drama Birds of Prey and Chau will be Ryan Choi, a physics professor at Ivy Town University who learns that he has a pivotal role to play in the coming crisis. Premiering in 2002, Birds of Prey also starred Dina Meyer as Batgirl and Rachel Skarsten as Black Canary. The series ran for 13 episodes before being cancelled. A version of Huntress has appeared on The CW’s Arrow, played by Jessica De Gouw, while Mary Elizabeth Winstead will play the character on the big screen in February’s Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). In the DC Comics, Ryan is a teen genius who becomes The Atom after Ray Palmer vanishes into the microverse during the “Rebirth” storyline. He is also a member of the Justice League. The character was name-dropped in The Flash‘s Season 5 premiere, as the designer of the supersuit-carrying ring that Nora gave her dad Barry.
  23. TV Insider has confirmed with The CW that John Wesley Shipp will be appearing in the upcoming five-part "Crisis on Infinite Earths" Arrowverse crossover, which begins this December on The CW. Shipp played Barry Allen on the original The Flash series in 1990-91 on CBS and also played on The Flash both as Henry Allen and Jay Garrick, the Flash of Earth-2. His last appearance as The Flash of Earth-90 in last year’s Elseworlds crossover. He vanished during a battle with the Anti-Monitor in that storyline. Sources are not saying what role Shipp will be playing but we believe he'll be playing some form of The Flash once again.
  24. The CW has unveiled the broadcast schedule and new featured appearances for this season's epic crossover event, CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS, based on the seminal DC comic book series, it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW Network, during The Television Critics Association's Summer Press Tour at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA. This coming season, The CW will present its biggest DC crossover ever with CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS airing across five different episodes of the network's hit superhero series and spanning two quarters (December 2019 and January 2020). The CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS episodic air schedule is as follows (some series airing outside of their regular time period): SUPERGIRL - Sunday, December 8, 2019 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT) BATWOMAN - Monday, December 9, 2019 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT) THE FLASH - Tuesday, December 10, 2019 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT) ARROW - Tuesday, January 14, 2020 (8:00-9:00pm ET/PT) DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW - Tuesday, January 14, 2020 (9:00-10:00pm ET/PT) Additionally, characters from BLACK LIGHTNING will be featured for the first time ever in this year's epic CRISIS OF INFINITE EARTHS crossover. Plus, the legendary voice actor Kevin Conroy ("Batman: The Animated Series") will be making a special guest appearance as Bruce Wayne from the future. Conroy supplied the voice of Bruce Wayne/Batman in such iconic series and features as "Batman: The Animated Series," "Batman Beyond," "Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox" and "Batman: The Killing Joke," to name a few.
