Last week, McFarlane Toys announced a new, fresh idea that has everyone on board: A digital build-a-figure, with an upcoming wave of 3 physical, actual action figures that will come with a redeemable code (or Redemption code) to redeem a digital Build-a-Figure. Here are instructions on what to do with your digital Build-a-Figure! Here is the official announcement: "Batman (DC Rebirth), Aquaman (DC Classic), Green Lantern (The Silver Age) 7" Figures w/McFarlane Toys Digital Collectibles Bundle (3). Collect all 3 to unlock a McFarlane Toys Digital Build-a-Figure - Mongul!". Exciting! How to assemble my digital Build-a-Figure? Once you have registered, connected your wallet and redeemed your Redemption code, you will have your Build-a-Figure pieces displayed in your wallet. First, you will need a digital hair dryer, or digital boiling water (each sold separately), to warm up your digital Build-a-Figure pieces, so that you can assemble the figure easily. Just warm up the digital Build-a-Figure pieces for 20-30 seconds and then, the pieces should be easy to assemble. What if there is a issue on my digital Build-a-Figure? If there is a QC (Quality control) issue with your figure, there are several ways to proceed: -If the digital Build-a-Figure has some paint issues, you will be able to buy a digital paint brush and digital paint (sold separately) in order to fix it. -If the articulations are too tight, we suggest using the digital hair dryer (sold separately) on the articulations that are stuck. -If the articulations are too loose, you will be able to get some digital water-based polyurethane (similar to "Kiki fix loose joints"), or digital super-glue (also sold separately), to put in the loose joints in order to tighten them. -Additionally, if you want to return your Build-a-Figure piece, you will have to return the physical, actual figure in the real world, in order to get a new one, with a new digital Build-a-Figure Redemption code. What are you looking forward to do with your digital Build-a-Figure? Let us know in the comments! More news at 11:00...
