  1. It's Wednesday, and you know what that means... ToyFarce review! This week, we're having a look at the Arkham Asylum Killer Croc figure from the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse line. It's a "Mega action figure", just like the Bane and Nekron that came out around the same time. At around 9 inches tall, it does feel "Mega". The box is pretty big, even if there are no accessories or anything to fill it with, just a massive figure. I feel like there was probably a way to have it in a smaller box, but since the same packaging is used for other figures, they just kept the same size for all, and they just look very empty. The figure is pretty nice, even if it could have a bit more articulations. Quite heavy too. The sculpt and details on all the scales are amazing. Just like the Joker Titan figure before him, it seems that the figure is a bit stylized if you compare it to the design from the video game. It's not exactly the same, but very close. The colors are right at least. The main complaint about that figure would be that the jaw isn't articulated, so we can't display it with the mouth open, which is one thing the DC Direct version of it did have. 2. It's Wednesday, and you know what that means... ToyFarce reviews! This week, we're having a look at the Titan form of The Joker from the Arkham Asylum game, from the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse line. In the game, the Joker injects himself with Titan, a modified version of Bane's venom, mixed with toxins from Poison Ivy's plants, and becomes this huge monster that is the first game's final boss. First impression, that is a BIG figure (11 inches). The Joker certainly went through some gnarly transformation to look like that. No accessories, apart from the usual trading card and DC Multiverse base. One thing that McFarlane Toys does very well are big monsters, so this figure is packed with nice details in the sculpt and paint apps. In terms of articulations, it can move, but not a lot, since he is kinda top heavy, and a lot of poses would just make him fall forward or backwards, kinda like the big Violator figure from the recent first wave of Spawn figures. He has cuts all over his chest and blood on his claws... seems like he had a rough day. Here are some comparison pics with the DC Collectibles version of it from 2012, which was sculpted by Phil Ramirez. I gotta say that I lean more towards the older one than this new one. The head sculpt was definitely better on the older version, which looked a bit more like the Joker, Phil Ramirez nailed that one. This new one is more of a McFarlane Toys-stylized version of it. Also, it looks like he did more cardio at the gym than muscle building, as he looks a lot leaner than the older figure... More news at 11:00... What would a Titan version of the Penguin look like?
