  3. Icon Heroes has announced that they will be doing products based on three Hasbro properties, Transformers, G.I. Joe and Power Rangers. No details on what kind of products these will be. Icon Heroes is know for doing a wide range of products including statues, pins, bobble heads and action figures. What kind of products they have planned for the Hasbro licenses is unknown at this time.
  4. Shown below via anerdydad is our first look at Funko's upcoming G.I. Joe Scarlett, Baroness, Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow POP! Vinyl figures. These are based on the original Hasbro action figures. Look for these to go up for pre-order later today. UPDATE: Funko has updated with an official announcement for these including an added Funko.com exclusive version of Snake-Eyes with Timber.

  6. The Mr. Stan Show gives us our first review of the new G.I. Joe Retro Collection 3.75" Cobra F.A.N.G. With Pilot from Hasbro. The set has already started seeing release overseas, but here in the US is being released as a Walmart exclusive.   7. Ok, now that the new line has been revealed, discussed, praised, criticized and even vituperated, what characters and versions would you like to see in the Classified series?.
  8. The folks at exclumagazine has posted images from the Threezero booth at this weekends Wonder Festival, and one of the items they showed was a new 1:6 scale G.I. Joe Snake-Eyes figure. Threezero has done Hasbro based stuff previously Transformers related items. It's unknown if this version of Snake-Eyes is supposed to be based on anything specific or just their version of a more standard look of the character.

  11. I never really stopped buying action figures. It was more of a transition between buying and playing as a little kid to buying and collecting for display as I got into my teens. I'm 32 now so that's over 20 years in the hobby. I mostly stick with characters from cartoons and comics that I loved as a kid. This room is still a work in progress. I need better lighting and more shelves/display cases for the rest of my figures that are stored away in bins. I love looking at other collectors collection displays, very inspiring. Hope you enjoy!   14. Jeff sends us word of this video of a live virtual signing that took place earlier this week at 80's Wrestling Con with WWE legend Sgt Slaughter. In the video at one point (time mark 1:15:30), Slaughter mentions he has a meeting this week in Rhode Island with a new friend named Ben, who he says is real close with Hasbro. Of course Hasbro is located in Rhode Island and the Ben he refers to is probably Ben Montano who is a Global Brand Executive for product, marketing & entertainment at Hasbro.   15. Looks like Best Buy let the cat out of the bag for a new G.I. Joe video game called Operation Blackout. Looks like it will be released for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox. The game was up briefly for pre-order but has since been removed from the site. Check out box art which looks like is based on the new Classified action figure line as well as some screenshots below. We will update when more details on this become available.
