  1. First check out this retro commercial Mattel has created for their line of Retro WWE figures on sale now. And then check out new promo images for the upcoming WWE Core Series #96 Sasha Banks figure below in our GALLERY!
  2. Mattel is back with another awesome figure! This is Bob Backlund from his run in the WWF as the psychotic man that didn't have control once he snapped! The figure has extras upon extras! 2018 has been the year of Mattel. Mattel had been including many plastic mold shirts, plastic robes, and many accessories that quite frankly didn't make a lot of sense. But that seems like a thing of the past. With this release we get a fabric soft goods robe with white trim. A white towel, two extra removable hands, and a winged eagle championship belt. Im in awe of everything about this figure, from the sculpted buzz cut, to his crazy blank stare on his facial scan. Backlund is accurately scaled, as he wasn't very tall in real life. The figure has numerous point of articulation. You can move the head, waist, shoulders, arms, wrists, legs, ankles, knees, and torso. My only extremely minor nitpick would have to be on the winged eagle title having the black globe instead of the traditional blue accent on the globe. I don't recall the title ever having the black accent. But nevertheless, that shouldn't stop you from considering picking up this gem! I have only had it for a few days, and its already front and center in my action figure collection. I would give this figure release a 9.5/10
  3. Storm Collectibles is too sweet and has one hundred percent delivered on a long awaited Hollywood Hogan action figure! Several years ago collector's hearts were broken when Mattel was no longer able to produce a Hollywood Hogan action figure. This left a huge hole to fill in our collections for a six inch collectible of such an iconic figure such as Hulk Hogan. Storm Collectibles has delivered and gone above and beyond. You get many extras for your purchase. Storm Collectibles is known for producing a highly detailed product aimed at the adult collector. It has numerous points of articulation. Hollywood Hogan comes with a removable bandana, sunglasses, weight belt, cloth soft goods cut off shirt, cross necklace, red and white boas, a plastic stand, and two pairs of removable hands in both the open and closed fists. The colors pop and are extremely accurate to how I remember Hogan during his run as Hollywood in WCW. Even the "hotdog" colored skin tone was done precisely. The head scan has that angry grimace. It blows my mind how Storm was even able to have the wrinkles in his face and perfectly colored in his five o'clock shadow. The only minor downside to this figure would have to be the oversized wider fit boots and lack of articulation where the legs meet the boots as it hinders posing. Even with this minor flaw it doesn't discredit the phenomenal work that Storm Collectibles has given us. I would rate this figure a 9.5/10
  4. Mattel's own Actionfigureattack has provided us with images of new WWE Elite figures that are currently on display at the Mattel store. Shown are the following Launching with Ronda Rousey from her WrestleMania 34 in-ring debut and Ultimate Warrior in his highly coveted Halloween Havoc 1998 attire, each Ultimate Edition figure features advanced articulation, including: • Double-jointed elbows • New articulated toes • Ab-crunch torsos • Swivel wrists and double-joined knees on Women’s Division figures In addition, capture authentic entrance poses, epic mid-match comebacks, and signature finishing moves with swappable heads, hands, posable entrance gear, and more! Recreate unforgettable moments in ultimate realistic detail with WWE Ultimate Edition figures. Available in Spring 2019. Also shown are prototypes for their King Mabel and ABA Undertaker figures from the upcoming Elite Series 68 wave.
