  1. The first day of New York Comic Con is in the books, and toy collectors worldwide (who couldn't attend) have been glued to their phones/computer screens, refreshing every toy news websites and social media to catch a glimpse at their favorite brands' booths first. Indeed, it is very important to see the new reveals early, so that you know what to complain about for the rest of the weekend! If you have seen someone that was refreshing the same page over and over again during the New York Comic Con opening hours yesterday, chances are they were looking for the latest updates and pictures from 'the floor' of the Jakob J. Javits convention center. We sat down with Joey, a toy collector, to talk about how that first day went: "The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning when a big comic con is ongoing, is to pretend that I'm not interested, and not look at my phone right away. I first have breakfast, take my time to get ready, and only then, I start to hit all the social media pages. That's how you get the juiciest infos!", he said. "You first have to get through a lot of blurry pictures (or pictures taken with a ham sandwich), or weird angles where you have no idea what you're looking at, before getting to the good stuff. Once you've seen most of it on Day 1, you can then have stress-free remaining comic con days." "The best part is when the panels start, and people take photos of a projected picture on a white screen. Those pictures are never really clear, the colors are faded,... but you gotta get those pictures out on social media first, right? Those are my favorite. The thrill of deciphering what exactly was announced, what they could have said during the panel, why it shows something we already knew about and all that, instead of just waiting one or two hours before seeing clear official pictures everywhere, what a rush!" We asked Joey if he ever attended one of those conventions, and he said that yes, but he spent most of the time refreshing the news on his phone in order to see the latest pics of toys and reveals...that were right next to him. More news at 11:00... Who's excited for Day 2?
  2. What a weekend for toy collectors, am I right? The festivities started on Friday with Day 1 of Hasbro Pulse Con and Mezco Rumble Con, then we got a surprise drop from the Four Horsemen Studios, who surprised us with a Figura Obscura release that sold out...twice! Finally, Mattel released some pics of new WWE and Masters of the Universe products throughout the weekend, and just when we thought we could take a moment to appreciate and process all those reveals, it turns out there are more big things right around the corner! The New York Comic Con, or NYCC, the second biggest Comic Con (after San Diego Comic Con) will begin on Thursday, October 6th and end on Sunday, October 9th. That is 4 days of Comic Con! Remember the overload of reveals, photos, etc... we got from San Diego Comic Con AND from last weekend? Well, this weekend is not going to be any quieter. Hopefully, it's only reveals and nothing comes out right away, so that our wallets can recover... Oh, and after that, there's the MCM London Comic Con at the end of the month, as well... and Legions Con in New Jersey the weekend after... Oh god, we're in a Con-loop! More news at 11:00... RIP to our wallets *ToyFarce News is parody news for laughs and not meant to be taken seriously!

Smith, and director Vincenzo Natali, as they give fans a first look at sci-fi thriller The Peripheral. The series centers on Flynne Fisher (Moretz), a woman trying to hold together the pieces of her broken family in a forgotten corner of tomorrow's America. Flynne is smart, ambitious, and doomed.
