  1. The CW has slowly been releasing preview images for The Flash and Supergirl and now Arrow. The 8th and final season of Arrow premieres on October 15th, titled "Starling City." We'll update this post once we have the official synopsis, promo and any additional images.

  4. The CW released some images from the fourth season premiere of Riverdale, titled "Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memoriam." The "stand-alone episode" will offer a memorial to the Fred Andrews character as played by Luke Perry. The actor sadly passed away earlier this year, and his former 90210 co-star Shannen Doherty is expected to be a part of the season premiere. Season 4 of Riverdale premieres on October 9th.

The CW recently released a handful of new images from The Flash Season 6 premiere episode and now they have released another handful of images from the Supergirl Season 5 premiere episode, titled "Event Horizon." The images consist of J'onn J'onzz, Dreamer, Alex Danvers, Supergirl in her new costume and a behind the scenes with Jesse Rath. Season 5 of Supergirl premieres on October 6th.

TVLine has confirmed that Lyla Michaels, a character who has been played on Arrow over the years by Audrey Marie Anderson, will fill the role pf Harbringer in the Arrowverse‘s next, five-part crossover. Arrowverse executive producer Marc Guggenheim said they explored the idea of a comics-accurate helmet but it "didn’t look right."   9. Executive Producers Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker were on hand to officially announce the premiere date of November 29th for the original adult-animated comedy series Harley Quinn.   13. A small collection of preview images, OK, there is only 5 images for now, from the premiere episode of Season 6 of The Flash. The episode premieres on Tuesday, October 8th and titled “Into the Void” will kick off the episodes leading up to the five-part “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event. Chalk up two more guest-stars to be added to the Arrowverse's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover as TVLine and TVInsider are reporting that Ashley Scott and Osric Chau will be appearing in the five-part event. Scott will be reprising her role as Huntress aka Helena Kyle, the character she played on the short-lived DC Comics drama Birds of Prey and Chau will be Ryan Choi, a physics professor at Ivy Town University who learns that he has a pivotal role to play in the coming crisis. Premiering in 2002, Birds of Prey also starred Dina Meyer as Batgirl and Rachel Skarsten as Black Canary.
