Hasbro's Star Wars: The Black Series Archive Collection Wave 3 figure are now available for pre-order from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com. These archive figures have photoreal deco and premium design, so fans and collectors can expand and enhance their Star Wars collections with the Star Wars 6-inch-scale figures. The wave includes Empire Strikes Back Hoth Luke, Empire Strikes Back Hoth Han (Brown Coat), Revenge of the Sith Commander Cody and Grand Admiral Thrawn which we think there is a good chance we will be seeing more of in the Star Wars Universe. The folks at Yakface have discovered 4 new Star Wars Black Series DPCI#'s listings in the Target system which are as follows: -087-16-4919 - Star Wars Sun - $24.99 -087-16-7462 - Star Wars Snow - $24.99 -087-16-9397 - Star Wars Rain - $24.99 -087-16-9980 - Star Wars Wind - $24.99 Obviously they are using code names to hide the identity of the actual figures. From the $24.99 price we can surmise they will be some type of specialty sub-line like the Galaxy's Edge stuff or perhaps more Credit Collection figures. I have seen indications that we are at least getting a Credit Collection version of Greef Karga and I suspect both Moff Gideon and Kuiil will get that treatment as well. Still for now we will just have to wait and wonder what those listings are for. Two figures I am pretty sure coming for the Black Series will be Rise Of Skywalker figures of Luke and Leia from their Jedi Training Flashback scene. I believe they will be general releases part of wave 6. I don't know if this is a rumor that has already been put out there, if so then just treat this as further indication the figures are coming. Of course until Hasbro officially confirms them we will treat them as RUMOR for now.

Fan-Friday may be over but anerdydad apparently isn't done leaking out new Hasbro product images. Shown below via anerdydad are the 6" Black Series The Mandalorian figures of Greef-Karga, Kuiil, And Moff Gideon. I assume these where meant to be reveals for this coming Mando Monday.

Even though Katee Sackhoff just appeared a few weeks ago as the Mandalorian known as Bo-Katan in the Disney+ The Mandalorian live-action series, she is a character that has had tremendous influence in the Star Wars Universe going all the way back to the Clone Wars. The character first made her debut back in 2012 during the fourth season of The Clone Wars animated series where she started out as a bad guy who was a thorn in the side of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The animated version of the character was actually voiced by Sackhoff. She has also tussled with the likes of Darth Maul and Ahsoka Tano during various episodes of The Clone Wars. In later seasons of Clone Wars she switched sides and became more ally than bad guy, a story that continued into the Rebels animated series where she developed connections with the likes of Sabine Wren. On more than one occasion Katan became the acknowledged leader of the Mandalorian people and was the last person to be seen in possession of the Dark Saber until we saw it pop up in the season one finale of The Mandalorian where we saw Moff Gideon have it. There are even rumors that Katan will be appearing in the upcoming Bad Batch animated series coming to Disney+ in 2021. So it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it's only a matter of time before Hasbro gives us a new 6" Black Series figure of Bo Katan. Not only does she have a ton of history with obviously more story to come, she's just a cool looking female Mandalorian. One does have to wonder about the aging process of Mandaloran's, being Katan is a character that has been around before the rise of the Empire as well as after it's fall, and seemingly has changed little in age. According to a report made by YakFace, the code name being used by Hasbro for Bo Katan with retailers is Cookies Macaroon and that they will definitely be doing a figure of her for their Mission Fleet line. While I've not seen anything specifically yet, you know its only a matter of time before we see the character pop up for both The Vintage Collection and Black Series.

Hasbro today is holding a Triple Play Live-Stream video where they will be revealing some new product for Transformers (11am ET), Star Wars (11:30am ET) and Marvel Legends (12pm ET). You can watch the even below. During the Star Wars portion they will be talking about the new Vintage Collection Zutton figure as well as the Black Series Asajj Ventress, Crosshair and Hunter from the Clone Wars animated series. Disney is launching a new marking blitz for The Mandalorian series that they are calling Mando Mondays. The idea is that every Monday they announce or show off something new released to the series. This week we have some Hasbro figure reveals via StarWars.com. First we have a confirmation of the Vintage Collection Carbonized figures we told you about this weekend. They are linking these to Walmart.com, however the listings on there aren't actually live and its not clear if these will be Walmart exclusive or available everywhere. We will provide the Walmart links below. The links are expected to go live by 1pm ET. Vintage Collection Carbonized The Mandalorian Vintage Collection Carbonized Cara Dune Vintage Collection Carbonized Remnant Stormtrooper Vintage Collection Carbonized Death Trooper They also listed new figures they are calling the Black Series Character Collection which feature figures on Kenner like cardbacks that are listed as 6". The figures have different paint decos and include imperial credit chips. They list 5 figures all of which have been released before. The figures have been linked to various stores including Best Buy, Amazon, Gamestop and Target. Right now the only link that is remotely live is the Target one, thought the figure isn't yet available for purchase there. It's unclear if these will be exclusive to these stores or not. The new Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Darth Nihilus Black Series 6" figure from Hasbro which is being released as a Gamestop Exclusive is available for pre-order now. The figure is slated with a 10/26 release date.

Shown below via eBay is our fist look at the new Target store exclusive Galaxy's Edge 6" Black Series Hondo Ohnaka figure from Hasbro. This figure was originally released in the Disney Store exclusive Galaxy's Edge Smugglers Bounty 3-pack along with figures of Rey, Chewbacca and some Porgs. While Hasbro has yet to officially announce this one yet, it does look like it's starting to hit Target stores now.

Hasbro today is doing one of their Fan-Friday video live stream events for Star Wars. The cardback will be revealed at a later date. It will have photo-real technology. You can gear him up in different ways with the accessories. The playset will allow you to re-create both main Tantive hallway and the corridor where Leia puts the plans in R2-D2. They announced a new Darth Vader figure on a Rogue One Vintage Collection cardback for the first time. He has an updated helmet, robe, lightsaber. He also has a newly sculpted torso. Vader and the Tantive IV playset will be up for pre-order everywhere at 4pm ET. They will be out in 2021. Celebrate The Saga with eight 5-packs featuring 5 points of articulation figures. These will be released for a limited time and after these are released they will be put in a vault, though you may see the figures again eventually. These will use photo-real technology. The first one is the Rebel Alliance pack coming to Amazon with R2-D2, Jedi Luke, Chewbacca, Bespin Han and Hoth Leia . The second set will be based on The Resistance. It will include BB-8, Poe Dameron (X-Wing Pilot), Last Jedi Rey with Porg, Force Awakens Finn and Last Jedi C-3PO. It will also be an Amazon exclusive. The third pack will be The First Order. This will include Captain Phasma, General Hux, Flame Trooper, First Order Commander, Mouse Droid and BB-9E. This will be available everywhere. The next 5 packs will include new or updated droid figures. The Jedi Order set will come with an exclusive R7-A7. It will also have Episode 3 Yoda, Mace Windu, Episode 3 Obi-Wan and Anakin. R7-A7 is being done fir the first here in realistic style. This set will be available everywhere. The Galactic Republic Set will include a new OOM-10 who was a re-programed Battle Droid that worked for the Galactic Republic. The other figures in the set include White Clone Trooper, Red Shock Trooper, Commander Cody and 501st Cline Trooper. This will be released everywhere. The Galactic Empire set will include R2-Q5, Desert Stormtrooper, Biker Scout, Imperial Snowtrooper and Tie-Fighter Pilot. This will be released as a Best Buy exclusive. R2-Q5 was originally released in the Power of the Jedi line back in 2001. The Bounty Hunter set will include R5-P8 which is making his action figure debut here. He is Hondo Ohnaka's droid. Other figures in the set include Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Bossk and IG-88. This set will be released everywhere. The Sith Set will include Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, TC-4 and Darth Maul. It will be released as a Best Buy exclusive. TC-4 makes his figure debut here. All the 5-packs will be available for pre-order at 4pm ET. For Black Series: Black Series Gaming Greats Electro Staff Purge Trooper from Jedi Fallen Order is coming to Gamestop. It has a Magna Staff with electricity effect pieces. Gaming Greats figures will continue to have old line style packaging for this year. If the line continues in 2021 then they will update the packaging to the new style. New Clone Trooper Phase 1 Lt. (Blue) coming to Walgreens. He will come in Attack of the Clone new style packaging. Both these exclusives will be up for pre-order today at 4pm ET. Force FX Emperor Palpatine Elite Lightsaber announced. The real metal hilt with chrome finish has removable blade with lights, sounds and force lighting effect. There is a special emitter end that can be attached to the hilt for when the blade is attached. It will be available everywhere and goes up for pre-order at 4pm. This years EU exclusive will be announced next week. The Star Wars Haslab campaign for Vintage Collection will be announced and launch in September. asbro reveals via Yahoo a second Black Series exclusive that would have been released for this years Comic-Con with the Star Wars: The Black Series Heroes of Endor Figure Set includes figures of Endor Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo and Paploo with Speeder Bike. The Star Wars: The Black Series Heroes of Endor Figure Set will be available in September exclusively on Hasbro Pulse for $109.99.

Hasbro today via SR has revealed what would have been their 2020 SDCC exclusive with a re-issue of the Black Series Wampa in new Kenner like packaging. This one appears to be missing any blood or the removable arm feature for that lightsaber slicing effect. See the official description below. Hasbro has officially announced their upcoming Star Wars: The Black Series 6" Gaming Greats Jango Fett figure which will be released here in the US as a Gamestop exclusive. The figure is said to be based on the Star Was Bounty Hunter video game though looks pretty much like the Episode 2 version they previously released with an updated headsculpt that utilizes their photo real technology. You get the removable helmet and jetpack as well as two blater pistols. The figure is available for pre-order now and slated with a 9/15 release date. Check out the images below.
