  1. You are not alone. I had to shell out $15 at a swap meet because I can't find one anywhere. Still can't.
  2. I just saw the movie and like it overall. The dialogues are corny at times, Cage is old as hell, and bad guys are pushovers. But CGI is awesome, Ghost Rider kicks ass, and Eva's Cleavages need no introduction. She's hotter than GR in this movie. So I'd have to give it thumbs up and say it's a very entertaining movie.
  3. Let Jin do what he likes. I am not a big DC fan either. I like the diversity of Marvel characters and always happy to see more of them from Jin. It's too bad I don't have to cash to get those Deadpool customs but if he does another one I may just go for it. As for Magneto he looks great.
  4. I love Quicksilver, She-Hulk, and Thor the most. I'll get the rest to build BAF Blob. To me there isn't a really awful one that you want to skip. Even the movie figs are decent looking.
  5. Thanks for the pic RandomHero right now I have my Avengers set up very similar to yours. I'll be adding the red Wasp and Spider Woman to the display soon and take a picture of it.
  6. Out of the 5 Iron Spidey I found today at WM and Target, only one was decent enough for me to keep. But to be perfectly honest none of them have good paint job. I don't understand why none of the other figures have such problems. I'll be exchanging 2099 tomorrow along with the extra Iron Spidey tomorrow. The cape of 2099 is very asymmetrical so I am hoping to find one that more symmetrical. I can be too picky for my own good sometimes.
  7. To be fair, DC heroes had decades of headstart in the comic and movie business so they are practically ingrained into people's consciousness before Spider-Man, FF, and rest of Marvel heroes come along. Also Marvel was in disarray during the 80s when they got bought by another company and saw their comic sales slumped due to fancy, multiple, gimmicky covers and little substance. Marvel's done a marvelous (excuse the pun) job of catching up to DC and WB, by putting their characters in capable hands. Admittedly movies like Punishers and FF could have been better but others like Spider Man and X-Men did well so it's 50/50 so far. Marvel heroes will never reach the iconic status like Superman and Batman but I don't think it matters at this point. The battle will be won or lost by the secondary characters like DD, GR, FF, and Iron Man vs WW (she's popular yes but aside from TV show she hasn't gotten anything worth remembering), GL, Flash, etc. People will go with franchises that are successful and worth watching. I can only hope that FF 2, GR, and Iron Man will not be a dud. I am a big Marvel fan and likes underdog so I will always root for the big M vs the Big Establishment, DC.
  8. My choice for Mary Jane is Rachel McAdam. Heard she auditioned for the role but got beat by Dunst. @grumpy@ As for Spidey 4 I am hoping Venom returns. Lizard, Scorpion, and Carnage would be ideal villains.
  9. Once you have a figure like Iron Spidey in your hand you'd wish for more articulation. More is better, less is bad (just look at DC figs). If I want a statue I'll buy one thanks.
  10. He killed Gwen Stacy and knew his secret identity so he was able to screw up his personal life too.
  11. I am keeping my fingers crossed at this point. I really want Dhalsim, E. Honda, and Zangief to complete SF 2 lineup. Seriously I don't understand why SOTA haven't release them already. And if they can still want to make figs after this I'd love to see Geki but I don't care about any other fig besides Darkstalkers. MMmm.. I am torn on the new SOTA SF toys. I like the head sculpt on Ryu and Ken better than the old version but $15 + shipping? I'll have to think about it.
