  10. The DC Multiverse 7" Batman Beyond variant figures just keep coming from McFarlane Toys. This time we have a repaint with a purple bat-symbol which is supposed to depict the shapeshifting mercenary Inque disguised as Batman Beyond. The previously unannounced figure was discovered at a Target store in HI by liquidmomentum. It's not known if this is a Target exclusive or not.
  11. And a Mike Buck over on the TNI FB page has chimed in to say his distributor has told him we can expect a wave 7 to include: 1x Gung Ho 2x Alley Viper 3x BATs I have no info to back this up but we will see if he is right. I know the BAT and Alley Viper have long been rumored so it is certainly possible those could be the two additional reveals besides Croc.
  12. Hasbro Pulse-Con kicks off later today on Hasbro's YouTube channel, but for G.I. Joe fans we still have one more day before we start to find out what they have planned for the coming year. The G.I. Joe Brand Panel will take place tomorrow (10/23) at 11:05 AM ET. Here is the official description for the panel: YO JOE! Come hang out with the G.I. JOE team (and a very special guest!) at Hasbro Pulse Con 2021 to hear all about exciting product news, see behind-the-scenes content, and get a sweet tease of some future offerings. Make sure you join so that you can be in the know... because knowing is half the battle! Panelists: Emily, Marketing Lenny, Design Chris, Engineering Cory, Sculpting We of course will have full coverage of the event for you right here on TNI. So what might we see tomorrow? Well I have been doing some checking and it looks like we are going to end up seeing 3 non-exclusive Classified figures revealed tomorrow. This number has seemingly been in flux as originally it was looking like we were gonna get 5 new reveals. I won't say it's impossible we won't see more with possible teases and such, but at least 3 reveals appear to be coming tomorrow for non-exclusives. Out of those three I feel pretty confident one of them will be a new Deluxe Croc Master with crocodile set. You may recall a rumor report we brought to your attention back in August for upcoming Classified figures for 2022 which was revealed by the folks at WOJM. While I've still not been able to personally confirm every figure on that list, it is seeming more and more likely that their info is legit. On that list the Croc Master figure was listed with a January 2022 release and I do expect it to be going up for pre-order tomorrow at 5pm ET at most etailers that carry the Classified line. Now I don't know specifically what the other two non-exclusive Classified figures being revealed tomorrow will be, but if the list from WOJM is solid, logically I would say it's two of the three figures that were listed with a February release which included Storm Shadow, Spirit With Freedom and Cobra Officer. If I was a betting man I would say the long-awaited regular Storm Shadow figure will be one of the figures revealed and maybe the Cobra Officer, but again that is just a guess on my part at this time. Now beyond that, I can't imagine there won't be some store exclusives revealed as well, likely going to Target when it comes to Classified. I know there are 4 new Classified listings that popped up in the Target system a few weeks ago which include the following: -GIJoe CS Dione - DPCI#087-16-7792 - 84717161 - $22.99 -GIJoe CS Hyperion - DPCI#087-16-8267 - 84717160 - $22.99 -GIJoe CS Hyperion - DPCI#087-16-6233 - 84717159 - $22.99 -GIJoe CS Lunar - DPCI#087-16-0037 - 84773686 - $22.99 Of course the listings are using code names to hide the identity of the figures and I won't sit here and pretend I know what they are or when they will see release. Going back to that rumored list from WOJM, it was said the Target exclusives would be switching to a Tiger Force Vs Python Patrol theme in 2022 and 3 figures were listed as follows: -Tiger Force Outback -Python Viper -Python B.A.T. Whether any of this will be revealed tomorrow remains unknown to me so we will have to wait and see. I know many are expecting to see a Classified Alley Viper figure as well, which again I have no info on one way or the other, so we will have to wait and see. Finally people have been asking about the future of the Walmart exclusive 3 3/4" G.I. Joe Retro line. Again I have no info for you on those. I hope Hasbro plans on continuing that line and if they do I would think they will have something new to show on that front, but again we will just have to wait and see. Finally don't forget the G.I. Joe Classified Series Master of Disguise Zartan Pulse-Con exclusive figure. The exclusives are expected to go up for actual order each day at 4pm ET for premium members and 5PM ET for everyone else. It's still not clear if Hasbro plans on putting all the exclusive up for pre-order on both days, or just on the day that corresponds with the panel. I do expect this Zartan figure to be one of the more popular exclusives this year, so hopefully Hasbro will have made sure to have enough on hand to fill demand. Still I would probably recommend you check the Pulse website this afternoon in case it goes up today if you want to make sure you get one. I also want to note that Gamestops in Canada seemingly started to briefly sell the Zartan figure in their stores last month. Apparently they started selling the figure prematurely and soon afterwards stopped. Never-the-less that suggests Hasbro will be offering this figure in some fashion outside of the Pulse website. Whether it will just be Gamestops in Canada or also here in the US remains to be seen, but hopefully they will let folks know tomorrow.
  13. You may recall back in early September Todd McFarlane threw up one of his videos teasing this one, it's the DC Multiverse Dark Nights: Death Metal Batmobeast Vehicle. Since Todd put that video up we have not heard anything more on it like where it would be available or how much it would cost. We never even got official images for it. Well now it seems to already be showing up overseas and thanks to xiaomukuo we have some in-hand images for it. With these images we see you can remove the outer shell and in fact sit figures inside. We still don't know what it will cost here in the US or when and where in the US it will see release. When those details become available we will be sure to pass them on to you.

  17. The LEGO Group has revealed the new LEGO Ideas Home Alone set, an incredibly detailed recreation of the McCallister family residence from the much-loved Home Alone movie, where mayhem ensued as Kevin was left to his own devices and the bumbling burglars Harry and Marv descended. Now in brick form for the first time, the LEGO Ideas Home Alone set is based on a design submitted to the LEGO Ideas platform by 28-year-old Alex Storozhuk from Ukraine. At an impressive 3,955 pieces, it is also the largest set created from a LEGO Ideas concept. The LEGO Ideas Home Alone set is instantly recognisable, perfectly capturing the grand McCallister family home, and is also packed with features that tell the story of Kevin’s holiday antics. As well as the exterior, the interior layout is true to the movie and includes the ground and first floor, kitchen, basement and attic. A new opening mechanism opens up the house for full enjoyment; the walls separate in the middle to open sideways and fully reveal the interior, while the roof also opens upwards. In addition, the set comes complete with the main characters of the movie in LEGO minifigure form, including; Kevin, robbers Harry and Marv, the old man Marley – and Kevin’s mum Kate. Every room is packed with details from the movie, such as the after-shave lotion from “The Scream” bathroom scene, Buzz’s pet tarantula, the robbers’ van, the paint cans used to knock them down, and the treehouse with zipline. Other features include the fireplace, Christmas tree, a toy train, grandfather clock, dining table and record player. As the festive season draws in, the LEGO Ideas Home Alone set is designed to provide the ultimate holiday at home together and a unique building experience. Split into an Advent Calendar-like 24 build bags, you can build the iconic house in sequence with the movie, starting with meeting the robbers and their van and ending with Kevin’s reunion with his mum, Kate. Talking about his inspiration for the set, the LEGO fan designer Alex Storozhuk, commented: “Just like every 90s kid, I grew up watching Home Alone and it takes a very special place in my heart. I can’t even imagine holidays without it. This movie is very nostalgic and makes those warm childhood memories come up every time.” Taking Alex’s original design and creating the final set was the job of Antica Bracanov, LEGO Designer. Talking about the task, Antica commented: “Bringing Alex’s Home Alone house to life has been brilliant fun. He’d thought about every aspect, from the layout of the rooms to the use of colour and of course the details from the movie to make it instantly recognisable. “Following the themes of the film, we wanted to make the experience as immersive as possible for fans of LEGO building and the movie. The step-by-step build which mirrors the movie, and the ability to open up the set and see inside lends itself well to hours of joyful focus this holiday season – just add a festive backdrop and a certain Christmas movie!” The LEGO Ideas Home Alone set is available from LEGO.com/Home-Alone and LEGO Stores from 1st November, 2021 at the recommended retail price of €249.99 / $249.99 / £249.99. LEGO IDEAS HOME ALONE (21330) • Age – 18+ • Model measures: W: 13.7 in/34 cm, 13.7 in/34 cm, H: 10.7 in/27 cm • 3,955 pieces • Complete with 5 key minifigures from the film including Kevin, Harry, Marv, Kate and old man Marley. • The walls split in the middle to open sideways and fully reveal the interior, and the roof opens upwards. • Each floor is modular and removable to allow easier access to the inside of the model • Price: €249.99 / $249.99 / £249.99/ 399.99 AUD/349.99 CAD • LEGO Ideas Designer: Alex Storozhuk • LEGO Designers: Antica Bracanov and Enrique Belmonte Beixer
  18. Fortune favors the bold. Watch the official trailer for Uncharted Movie, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, exclusively in movie theaters February 18. Based on one of the best-selling, most critically acclaimed video game series of all time, Uncharted introduces audiences to the young street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). In an action-adventure epic that spans the globe, the two go in dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother.
  19. You have to get out of your head who the so-called intended audience is with these. That's immaterial. When you go into Target or Walmart where do you go to buy these figures? You go to the TOY DEPARTMENT. The same department that has fisher price toys for kids and DC Multiverse. Corporate business execs at WB, Target or Walmart are likely not gonna differentiate an action figure that you and I know are made more for adult collectors over one made for little 4 yr old billy. And companies like McFarlane are 100% gonna want to see these carried in that toy department where they no more eyes will be on them by casual passer byers (Adult Collectors, parents and kids alike) than they would if say they were off over in some corner designated for "Adult Collectors". McFarlane just like Hasbro with Marvel Legends may know adult collectors are buying these but they also very much hope little Billy and his mom see BATMAN and buy them to. And again Batman is Batman. Little Billy and his mom isn't going to know Frank Miller from a hole in the head.
  20. We got our first look at this wave the other week, but now McFarlane Toys has released official images and details for their new DC Multiverse Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Build-A-Line which includes figures of Batman, Superman, Robin and Joker which are based on the classic Frank Miller storyline. Each figure comes with a piece so you can build a horse for Batman to ride on. You can pre-order these now from our sponsor EntertainmentEarth.com. Look for them to be released in January 2022.
