i think a cool way for Plas would be make him a regular figure, but then instead of a BaF that wave everybody else could come with different limbs and parts for him
-
great work, especilly love the Hippo, been wanting a figure of him forever
-
Touche on that one zeek but i would imagine those 2 are a lot of reuseables where Victory would be a whole new sculpt that would likely get very little use again. but heres hoping i'm wrong because i would love to see Justin and V together on my shelf some day

I agree totally with the Legion idea. That would be awesome! What if they started doing 2 packs with the character and their "mount" like Shining Knight with Winged Victory or Aquaman with a Giant Seahorse? Wouldn't that be kinda cool? Maybe even Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. Y'know that's a great idea. I was wondering how'd they'd do things like Winged Victory, C and C seemed too extravagent and a mount seemed like a waste of a seperate figure, and I couldn't see Mattel putting a mount as an accessory. I think the 2 pack idea is awesome. I'd like to add Metron and a Mobius chair to that idea. i'd be cool with the 2 pack idea, but sadly the fact is that somebody like Sir Justin or Metron wouldn't warrant a double pack in the eyes of the corporate types especially not packed with a flying horse or hover chair. thats why BaF's were invented, to sneak in something that would otherwise not be marketable to the eyes of the idiots who sign the checks, of course now it's more a scam to make people buy figures they don't want but thats for another discussion
-
same as always, and every time they announce more waves it seems less and less likely i'll get them, but damned if i don't keep trying. Detective Chimp Zauriel Shining Knight (Winged Victory for the C&C would be extra awesome) Vigilante Martian Manhunter (i usually leave J'onn off since i figured he was a shoe in, but to still not see him is a bit troubling) Ch'P Black Flash
-
i shall repeat what i said from the start....Ch'P had damn well better be a black lantern
-
thats quite the baseless statement, seems to me the exact same people who have wanted them from the start are still wanting them now, just because you and your friends have graduated away from "mass market junk" doesn't mean the rest of us have sworn them off just yet
-
the line has problems but it's not dying due to lack of support, the stupid crap they are pulling like split cases and repacking old figures for no reason is whats causing a lot of the issues
-
sure, but again i say you showed one pic which can be concieved as being smaller, sure he looks smaller in that pic but 1 as opposed to thousands doesn't really paint a clear picture is all i'm saying. don't get me wrong i like the figure, but he's WAY too small. he's at least a foot shorter then he should be if not more
-
no, you showed us a pic that has him bent down and gives the perception that he might possibly be small, so not clearly at all. Grundy can be argued because his size changes all the time since he gets a "new" body every time he comes back, but Sinestro is supposed to be around 6'7, i'd have been fine if he was the same size as Hal but for him to be about 5 feet tall is just dumb
-
would take a bit more then just a new head but Gleek had damn well better be used to make Detective Chimp. and i'd still love to see a blue skinned Super Friends era Captain Cold
-
wasn't Bane a decrepited senile old man in a wheel chair but i do like the majority of your picks, if i might add a couple to the BTAS list Clock King, Ventriloquist and i'd like a more Animated Style Freeze, the one they gave us is too bulky IMO
-
my list is the same as it's always been Detective Chimp (hopefully the Gleek body will make him possible) Zauriel Vigilante (cowboy) Shining Knight Clock King (in his BTAS/Justice League look, one of the cooler "boring" bat villians IMO) Ventriliquist Ultra Humanite (white gorilla) Spectre C'Hp Black Flash (don't see him ever happening, but would be a damn cool Flash variant)
-
great job, i love the inprogress franken figure pic you posted but theres no way in hell J'onn would ever be a BaF he's too popular to not anchor a wave
-
hmmm, a variant of a repaint. anyway i'd love a Black Flash but he'd need a bit of work to be made from the current flash body since he's very frail looking with an almost baggy look to his suit
-
Martian Manhunter Vigilante (cowboy) Shining Knight Spectre Zauriel Blue Devil Detective Chimp BaF Ultra Humanite (white ape)
-
Detective Chimp
-
i'd go with Brianiac, i have Clayface so that makes me a bit biased, but B is a whole new figure where the Clay/Bat pack is 2 reissues, plus i like classic Brainiac for my growing Legion of Doom set
-
nobody is my friend, it ranks as one of the dumbest toy ideas in recent memory
-
they haven't done alternate heads yet, so i don't think they'll start now. it could be a possible variant though
-
not exactly the same, as one is a small piece of purple plastic you could take off and the other is a distorted face that would look fairly odd most of the time
-
Who would you like to see as the next BAF in DCUC
Mr. Yac replied to CheckmyFresh's topic in DC Comics
great list, would especilly love a Humanite and Starro, but why Vandal as a BaF? -
nah, the Watchmen already takes itself too seriously as it is
-
the arms were an odd choice, but still not enough to discount the figure. my only wish is that he would've come with a couple chang-o-hands at least the mace fist
-
you said a lot of fairly ignorant things that other people will be sure to pick apart, but please explain to me what is possibly wrong with the Clayface figure.
