GI Joe is a link to my childhood... racing home every day to watch the cartoon after school and then re-enacting the episode with my figures. It is a part of my childhood I hope to pass on to my son when he gets older. "and knowing is half the battle" will always ring on just like "Yo Joe"

OK call me weird but I am generally not a fan of the variant figures and this is the second time I have gotten the variant when I wanted just the regular figure. I opened my case of wave 4 just now and got the gold variant of Captain Atom... ahhhhhhh. When wave 2 came out I got the variant Aquaman instead of the classic version, which made me mad. If anybody out there has a sealed regular captain atom who would like the variant let me know.... would love to trade.

Yesterday I went on Hasbroshop.com and saw the AoA Sunfire and thought it was out already... I ordered it and then saw it was not shipping till October. Oh Well no big deal at least I have it pre-ordered and it will ship as soon as it is released.

Does anybody know if Doc is going to come carded?

I just them today and I passed on all of wave 1. I am sorry they look very very poorly made... they look smaller than the single carded figures... very disapointed. I will pay a scalpers price for doc when he gets released.

There is a designation for 1st Silver Age appearances even if they were in golden age. I have: Batman 171 1st Silver Age Riddler Batman 155 1st Silver Age Penguin Batman 234 1st Two Face in Silver Age (even though it is past the start of the bronze age) World's Finest 173 1st true Silver Age appearance of Two Face I would like to get the other main villian who first appeared in Golden Age, The Joker, in his 1st Silver Age a there is no way I can afford the first true Joker appearance.

I am trying to figure out what was the 1st Silver Age appearance of the Joker. If Showcase #4 published in Oct 1956 was the first Silver Age comic, what is the 1st Joker appearance after that date? Please Help

I found them to BBTS mailed them to my house... lol I just hope they make the Baroness on a single card. I like them the best that way... also hope most of the 2-pack make its way to single carded figures.

Love the figures but not a fan they are going to be in a two pack. Please, Please, Please I want all the figures in single carded figures... love the retro look.

In JLA 10 I am not sure who they were tring to bring back... They got Wally, but later The Legion said they hope they got the right one... so were they trying for Wally, Bart, or Barry... more questions.

Do you guys really put the Batman Begins and Superman Returns figures in this line? I know they the same scale and released through DC Direct, but for me they just don't fit in.

I ordered mine... can't wait to get them... just waiting for shipwreck now.

The game is out went to my eb to pick some other games and they were on the shelf and had a big section behind the counter.

I got there at 7:45 am as well and I was number 5 in line. There were like 25 people before I left and the store had 32 to presell. So I am Number 3 for PS3 and number 5 for Wii.

The Wii is not going to be that bad... each eb and Gamstop are getting around 30 systems... I went early for the PS3 which each store had between 8 and 16 and I was 3rd in line until 9:30 whent he 4th person showed up... I bet most people can get there between 10 and 11 am and still get one.

I got mine preordered this morning... number 3 on the list at my local Gamestop!!!! I was shocked that 5 mins before open there was only 9 people in line and they had 16 systems avalible for preorder. Wonder if my area was just light for interest or if the price is scaring a lot of people away?

Anybody have size comparison pics for jetfire... to the G1 version.
