  1. I found the Termination Salvation 6" and 3.75" figures at a ToysRUs in College Station, Texas today. I got 1 of each Terminator model from the 6" and 3.75" scale. There were no vehicles.
  2. The Bryan Walmart got in another case of wave 6 DCU. The store currently has: 2 X Shazam! 2 X Hawkman 2 X Killer Moth 1 X Dr. Impossible 1 X Mr. Miracle 1 X Recovery Suit Superman 1 X Red/Blue Longhair Superman
  3. Glad to see the Joker picture I made available is spreading.
  4. I recall from a previous Mattel FAQ that Toyguru said the wave 2 DCU re-release would be out in mid-November. So we should hopefully have some sightings by the end of the month.
  5. Wave 4 looks great! I'm thinking they won't be around until November, which hopefully will give wave 3 and wave 2.5 more time to saturate stores. I still need a classic Aquaman and classic Sinestro.
  6. That would be awesome! The Death of Superman would definitely bring the darker aspect to the franchise. I just hope if they do decide to go with the Death and Return of Superman story line, that they keep it close to the comics, meaning I want to see Eradicator, Steel, Cyborg Superman, and Superboy. It would also be sweet to have Mongul and Green Lantern (which could serve to spin off a Green Lantern movie).
  7. The Bryan Target restocked....but with wave 1!!!! F'in ridiculous. I hope mattycollector will eventually sell individual wave 2 and 3 figures on their site.
  8. Bryan Target has 2 Green Lanterns. I picked up a Robin, Nightwing, and unmasked Deathstroke on Wednesday, and then Green Lantern and Sinestro Corps Sinestro on Thursday. All were from the College Station Target.
  9. That's funny, cause I also found the same 3 figures you picked up. Unfortunately, Nightwing and both Green Lanterns were nowhere to be found. I got them at the College Station, TX Target.
  10. I ordered 2 King Grayskulls on Monday, July 28th and I just received them yesterday. However, I chose economy postal as the shipping method. So I got it in about 2 weeks. The condition of the boxed figures was pretty good. So, based on my first experience, I'd buy from mattycollector.com again.
  11. This is great news! I'm looking very forward to the new Mattel Collectors site! this might help...if the firestorm that BBTS has is an opened mouth version, im buying it View large picture IN STOCK Our Price: $69.99 Oh, and the BBTS DCU wave 2 set is in stock, but it is the closed mouth version of Firestorm, they are just using stock photos. I ordered my wave 2 case from BBTS when it was $64.99, I was just disappointed I got the modern Aquaman and not the classic Aquaman version, which I still need.
  12. I've yet to see DCUC wave 2 at the Target here in College Station, Texas. Our TRU got one case in but my friend got it. I broke down and ordered them off BigBadToyStore on the fourth of this month and got them in today. Both my friend's case and the case I got had Modern Aquaman, I was really hoping for the classic one. Hopefully, I'll find him in the next month or so at either TRU or Target.
  13. College Station Target had the wave 1 DC Universe figures. I didn't get them due to bad paint applications and the packaging not being in the best shape. I told a local friend/collector and he got them. Someone else got the extra Batman. The Target DCPI number is 087-06-0079.

  15. Here's a quick DCSH guide: These all were released on an orange-ish card backing: Series 1 Bane Batman Killer Croc Scarecrow Series 2 Bizzarro Doomsday Supergirl (white) Superman Series 3 Azrael Batman (new sculpt) Mr Freeze Robin Series 4 Brainiac Darkseid Lex Luthor Supergirl (white with black emblem) Superman (repaint from previous Mattel Batman line) Superman (black emblem) 2packs Batman and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) Superman and Bizzarro Superman and Clark Kent All these were release on the purple-ish card backing: Series 5 Doomsday (orange) Parasite Steel Supergirl (blue) Superman (wave 2 repacked figure) Superman (wave 4 repacked black emblem) Series 6 Bizzaro (w/ Bizzaro # 1 necklace) Darkseid (black) Kal-El Mongul Supergirl (wave 4 repacked black emblem) Series 7 Black Suit Superman Cyborg Superman Series 8 Batgirl (Cassandra) Camo Bane Knight Shadow Batman Two-Face Series 9 Batman (black and gray) Bruce Wayne to Batman Catwoman Clayface Joker (with Gas Mask) Nightwing Mattel had a 6" Batman line previous to DCSH that included also Joker, Mr. Freeze, Nightwing, and Robin (all of which were repainted and re-released in DCSH) as well as a different Killer Croc. That's all I know.
  16. The TRU in College Station, TX finally got in the 12" Cyborg Superman this week.
  17. The Target here in College Station got the following DC Superheroes 6" figure case on Wednesday: 3 X Black Suit Superman 1 X Steel (non-chrome version) 1 X Bizarro 1 X Superman (black emblem) Only one of the Black Suit Supermans was on the shelf, I had an employee check the back and he said there were just 2 more of the Black Suit Supermen. I don't know if I truly believe him as I thought the Black Suit Superman was only 1 per case. I don't know if they are still there but if any fellow collectors need them, I can pick them up. I'll sell them at cost ($11 per figure) plus shipping.
  18. I saw the 12" Cyborg Superman at a ToysRUs near San Antonio, TX this past weekend. First time I've seen one. I like the 6" figure much better.
  19. Toys R Us and Targets are your best bets at finding the last 2 waves of DCSH. In my travels, I was able to find the Two Face and Clayface waves at Toys R Us. My local Target got in the Clayface wave a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping they get another case in as i still need a Catwoman. I'm hoping TRU and Targets stock the latest DCSH waves these next 2 months before DC Classics hit.
  20. I got a Batgirl, Two-Face, and Camo Bane at the TRU near Sunland Park Mall in El Paso, TX. They didn't have any Knight Shadow Batman's, which surprised me since he's the overpacked one in the case.
  21. I bought and watched Superman/Doomsday as well. I pretty much agree with El Kabong's review. Personally, I was a bit disappointed it didn't follow the comic storyline more closely, but understand why it didn't as they wanted to do their own take on the story. The comic books were better than the movie by far though. I really wanted to see Cyborg Superman, Steel, Eradicator, Superboy, Supergirl, Green Lantern, and Mongul as part of the animated movie. They were key in the great story of bringing Superman back. The Death and Return of Superman is what got me back into comics, which eventually got me into hardcore toy collecting as well. This DVD movie return of Superman just doesn't pack as much punch.
  22. I hit the Ross here in College Station, TX. I only saw one DCSH figure and it was the variant Superman with the black and red symbol on his chest. The price was $4.99. I saw lots of Superman Returns figures too. Also worth noting is Ross had the 2.5" Sigma Six Dragonhawk for $19.99 and Star Wars 6" Titanium Sandtrooper and Bossk and a deluxe Titanium Tie Fighter. I didn't check the prices on those though.
  23. Ok, long time TNI reader...finally decided to join so I could post. Anyways, the Walmart Wave has hit Texas!!! Fellow TNI Computron34 got the wave at the Bryan Super Walmart and called me to tell me about it.. I hit the Bryan Walmart on my way to work and got all figures but Kitty Pryde, Havok, and the bearded Sentry variant, (none left but plenty of Thors, Sabertooths, Ant Mans). I also picked up every 2 pack except the variant Kingpin/Daredevil one, which they had. Had tons of both versions of each 2 packs. They also had the Monsters and Young Avengers giftsets.
