  1. Most of the description listings for a bowen bust is 6 in.,While the base llooks to be half the size of the statue.

How tall would one of these busts be if it had a waist an legs?

Anybody got a cap or spidey bust they could stand next to a standard sized marvel legend for a relative comparason.

  2. I love the Peter Parker custom. Loks like Fei Long repainted. Also, is that flexible/ soldering wire or the twisty ties? Those look like McFarlane style webs ... fantastic!!!

I also love that you had to add your own dialogue on top. We all dont have photo shop. Hope to see an "ending" to your work Medlock. BTW, great use of the Savage Dragon's lower half.

thanks, parker head is he man with newly sculpted hair, craft wire for webs.

  3. Sorry soaps are on dont want miss out.(gotta put some distance between us find a place to change.)

  4. Well if this series is what we get I can live with it,comics have a very distinct look to them that has'nt been translated well to the small screen, with the exception of a few shows in the 80's,solo spidey was a personal favorite,I think transformers got it right an so did gi joe but alas they were'nt original comic properties.During the late 80's there was an x-men pilot done by sunbow that the art was perfect, imo.Granted the themes were very kid friendly,an the voice acting was off(wolverine had an aussie accent)but animation had a very comic feel to it.Now we have all this hybrid manga\anime stuff that really does'nt appeal like a comic does, give me some dc/marvel inspired comicbook animation,an not the stuff shown in the new animated marvel movies either, which is better but still not up to snuff.

  5. Would like to have a new extremely contortionist posable spidey in mcfarlane style, yeah I know about the other one but he's a little tall and the closest they got with getting the eyes right was the batch 2 head sculpt. This new figure would have innovative articulation an be the new standard for spidey figures.

As for villians some stuff we have'nt seen before would be good. How bout twists on old favorites like battle damage or longer wrap around spidey an hold em in the air tentacles for ock,or smoke entrails that hold the goblins up in the air 4-5 inches, stuff along those lines.

  6. I'd rreally like a good Ultimate Spider-Man? Why? Besides being an Ultimate fanboy, I'd like to have a version of Spidey who has that lean, stringy teenager look. I don't want a Spidey taller than Cap and comparing biceps with Thor. Are you with me?

there has been a few ultimate renderings, one as I recall was a quick change parker gimick.

  7. if this line isnt announced as having the dcu in it for 08,they need to take the dcsh name off the package an change it to worlds finest.

the dcsh name is misleading as supes an bats are the only heroes sides the girls.

these are very great toys as far as sculpt an articulation the only thing driving me crazy is that the whole dcu isnt avalable.

  8. i know thier not allowed to do story specifac outfits or artist specifac.

i also read an interview here on tni with the brand manager who said mattel would continue pursing the dcu for dcsh.i just thought someone would know something about the character selection for 08.
