    SPIDEY LEGENDS!

The Black Cat looks great. I'll probably hunt for Beetle and Carnage too. Yet, what happened to the Boomerang figure?
  2. For me there are too many great figures to name, I have TOO many favorites from this fantastic line, but my favorite of ALL TIME would have to be Deadshot from DCUC Wave 9. My favorites from the original DC Superheroes line include: Brainiac, Parasite, Cyborg Superman, Kara Zor-El Supergirl, Two-Face, Cassandra Cane Batgirl, Clayface and Catwoman And more from my large list of favorites from the DC Universe Classics include: Etrigan, Red Tornado, Aquaman(classic), Deathstroke, Ares, Lobo, Green Arrow(BOTH hooded and classic), Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, The Flash(BOTH Barry Allen and Wally West versions), Black Canary, Vigilante, The Joker, Man-Bat, Forager, Lightray, The Question, Copperhead, Cheetah(BOTH classic and modern), Martian Manhunter, Jonah Hex, Red Arrow, Reverse Flash, Wildfire, Chameleon Boy, Owlman, Superwoman, Catman, The Penguin(Super Powers rendition), The Huntress and finally Ocean Master. My favorites for the C 'n' C figures are: Solomon Grundy, Metallo, Giganta, Chemo, Imperiex, Darkseid, Ultra-Humanite, Bane and S.T.R.I.P.E. Just a great line of figures overall. I even bought a CIE Sub with the hopes of getting my hands on that '90s hook hand Aquaman and the Doomsday Unleashed...maybe these figure will see a future release, one can only hope. Whoops...double post @hmmm@

  4. Thanks for the info, my only gripe now is that the BAF Ultimate Green Goblin is absolutely terrible.
  5. Anyone have any more insight on the Marvel Legends style Boomerang and Beetle figures that were revealed at SDCC, especially as to which series they are going to appear in? Judging by the Spidey display pics, I am guessing they might show up in the Spider-Man ML line, possibly with The Black Cat. They look great, I just hope they actually are found on the toy shelves. 6. Thanks, Blitzwing is one of my all-time favorites, I'll just take the plunge and buy him along with Springer and Sandstorm.
  7. I am impressed with the look of each of the Triple Changers for the Voyager series, I definitely want to buy Springer and Sandstorm....but I have my doubts on Blitzwing. I've read a few reviews elsewhere that also agree that this bot has some serious QC issues with the shoulders not being able to lock into place. Another reviewer on Blitzwing claimed that the panels on his 'chest' were too small to latch on to and that his 'trunk' is too thick. This reviewer reportedly had to sand both sides down a few millimeters to get the shoulders to lock into place. Yet, if you 'sand down' too much, you'll ruin the bot and have to buy another one. Anyone here have any other remedies for Blitzwing, or words of caution prior to purchasing him? Thanks in advance everyone.
  8. Terrific John McClane custom you got there...and he has a machine gun, Ho Ho Ho
  9. Right on, the new T-Bolts team is exactly how you described them @loll@ I was happy to see that mock-up of Moonstone too, she looks great...curves and all. I was hoping for a Satana too, but I'm not so sure that would happen. Yet, if Blizzard, Batroc and Songbird(Sogbird?? @hmmm@) are 'teasers', there may just be some hope.
  10. So the identities of the first 2 Club figures are Top Secret?! Gimme a break. I was only interested in the Covergirl and Big Boa figures, but getting all the others for that much money didn't interest me at all.

    I miss DCUC

Yeah, I really loved the DCUC line in the early days and also prior to that when Mattel was just starting off with Batman and Superman themed characters with DCSH. I think DCUC really reached its peak with the Atom Smasher, Giganta and Chemo waves. It was around that time when I was glad to finally get so many of my all time favorites in Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Barry Allen Flash, Vigilante, Gentleman Ghost, Green Arrow, Black Canary and Deadshot. I really enjoyed the figures in Wave 20, Reverse Flash and Red Arrow are two of my favorites from this line. Yet, Mattel really dropped the ball by not including a scythe for the C'n'C Nekron...Really? #WTF# Yet, the main thing that bugged me about this line was that I encountered stuck joints in these figures quite often. I'm not a fan of the Sub. at all...I'm keeping 7 figures from the 2012 subscription and plan on selling the rest I don't need or want for that matter. For this reason I didn't even bother with the 2013 subscription....I'm glad I made the right choice too, since Huntress and Red Hood are the only ones that caught my eye. It was a good run collecting DCUC though, I enjoy these DC figures very much. Now I'm just hoping more of the most fan demanded figures see the light of day.
  12. no no, I was thinking the Fridge too just for the fun of nostalgia, one of my friends had him way back when. I was so jealous, he was the friend that always had the extras, like Sgt Slaughter. They redid the Steel Brigade which I totally dig, I have a small squad of SB's they just need Fridge to lead the crew w/his giant iron football mace...... Oh yeah, he needs that awesome football mace for sure, glad to see I'm not the only one who wants The Fridge.
  13. I'm liking everybody's picks so far, but my oddball #1 choice would be an update of The Fridge mail-in from way back when. I am sure I'll be the only one who likes that idea
  14. I honestly didn't even know that this Gen. Hawk figure existed until recently. Yet, after browsing the archives on YoJoe.com, I actually really like the look of this figure. I'm now on the hunt for him, but I too think he looks more like Mainframe.
  15. Forget Duke! I'm more worried about this movie killing the franchise. @smilepunch@ If you ask me, I'd say that the Rise of Cobra nearly achieved that on the first go round @hmmm@
