You have no idea how much thats made me feel better! As much as I like Ben stiller, and I do (I love Zoolander and Mystery men) I don't think it would've had that winning feel that the original had, and to a lesser extent, the second. Something about the Ramis/Ackroyd/Reitman partnership, along with Bill Murray, just seems to be able to create magic. Back off stiller - these guys are scientists.

I hated the fact they bought him back. Batman learnt so much about the Joker, and himself when it happened. Although its a thing in comics to bring back dead characters, or retcon them back into exisistence, I'm against it. The death of Jason Todd story was brilliant I thought, and really highlighted the struggle between Bats and the Joker, and showed how much the Joker was prepared to go. Having Todd come back to life made the story a little redundant I thought.

I've found that one of the worst things to do with insomnia is dwell too much on it, as thats just another thing to worry about that will keep you up. What I do when I need to sleep is to literally relax my body, a type of self suggestion. If I tell myself to relax, in a calm way, then I can fall asleep.

Russian film that was passed by the UK cinemas. This is the first part of trilogy of horror films about vampires. Apparently its very good, and is only coming straight to dvd. Anyone seen it and wanna give an opinion on it?

I'm agreeing that there isn't a definitive batman figure yet. It will obviously depend on which artists rendition you like the most and what Batman means to you.

Erm, guys... "Electronic Arts, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics announced today that SUPERMAN RETURNS: THE VIDEOGAME is scheduled for a summer 2006 release in conjunction with the release of Warner Bros. Pictures' film Superman Returns on June 30, 2006. The game, which features storylines from both the movie and more than 60 years of comic book content, is being developed by Electronic Arts-Tiburon in Orlando, Fla." So it will most likely be the same as the spiderman games in that it follows the storyline of the film, but throws in other villains for the gameplay.

Think I'm liking the look of batsignal batman more than attack armour batman - I like the colour more than attack armour. Will have to look see if I can find one on ebay. Will still look for the japanese ones tho. Something about the style of those darker looking bats that I really like.

Still, but why would the site specifically say that this wasn't a black and white poster, if they didn't want to highlight the fact that the colour of the costume, whether its at night or not, seems to be black? But I guess its still speculation at the moment, as autobot commander says. And we don't yet know whether this venom will be of the ultimate or original continuity, so I guess it could change direction again for us.

Found a cool looking bats figure on ebay.co.uk - zipline attack. Looks good. Been looking through the DCD bats figures. Some are bit poor, and others, like PJ said, are abit 'artistic' I'm looking for a good looking rendition of him, so although Frank Miller is a coolio interpretation, isn't the type of style I'm looking for. Just a cool looking figure. These are the ones I've seen;- Silver age Batman - not interested Kindom come series 2 batman - nope superfriends batman - not wanting a 60's 'campy' version Batman Japanese imported figures batman - this is more like it, more presence, more darker Hush - I like the head, but again the colours are a little bright for me First appearance - well...I love bats, but not that much Batman:The Dark Knight Returns - He's huge! and although he's stylish,not a definitive for me Batman Japanese imported figures series 2 - again I like this;dark, has presence,more sinister Imported Japanese imported figures by Kia Asamiya - see above Batman Hush series 3 - nope! Imported Japanese Batman Figures Series 3 - yep! JLA Deluxe Action Figure Gift Set - looks good, but not as good as the japanese series' Superman/Batman Series 1: Public Enemies - the head is good, but bats would never be that big! Justice League Alex Ross - Series 2 - again, love the style, but not too keen on the figure Imported Japanese Batman Figures by Kia Asamiya Series 2 - look at him, he's dark, sinister looking, forboding, almost evil.A good rendition.Having said that 'evil batman' in the same series looks no way near as good. Elseworlds Series 1 - No! no! Batman: The Long Halloween - Bats looks good here, head is abit wierd, and colours are too light Secret Files: Series 2: Unmasked! - Bats/bruce have a good shape, good colour and both the heads look really good. Like alot. Batman: Knightfall - not definitive at all, tho does look good. Identity Crisis- Series 2 - He looks wrong, his torso is out of proportion to the rest of him. Bad colours and not liking the bat sign either Superman / Batman - Series 2 - can't really see him in the pic, so thats putting me off Elseworlds Series 2 - again, not definitive Batman: Dark Victory Series 1 - the head is really bad, and he's abit too chunky for my liking. Obviously these are just a few of the ones out there, and theses are just DCD ones, and of course, just my opinions of them, you guys will have different tastes to how you like your Bat served. I didn't actually see these from the official site, I prefer to view them on Joe Acevedo.com This site displays them all better, with a year by year list of what has already been released, and dates of forthcoming releases. I suppose the next stage is seeing how I can get hold of the ones I liked the most, them being the japanese imported figures,and the secret files version, which was already suggested by Cloud. Anyway, thats my opinions so far - what do you guys think? Yeah Hush Nightwing would def be my definitive one

Loking for a pretty definitive bats figure. He's my fav character, so looking for a good one, one that just sums up what it means to be the Dark knight. Any suggestions?

Iron maiden Green Arrow vs Hawkeye

IMO if the new symbiote suit totally looks like the one in the poster, I have to say I'm a little disappointed. The thing about the symbiote spidey was that the only distinguishing features are the fact that it was black, and that it had the white spider. The poster just looks like his regular suit, but in black. Surely sam raimi will not be so evil to the fans thus?!!

He is spot on! The Joker is def one of my fav badguys, so its good to see a good rendition of him. Awesome.

Figure looks fantastic! Yeah Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman. Not read the Graphic novel, but I've heard its pretty good. Looking forward to the film. V looks awesome. The face mask alone is rather sinister looking. Lets hope the Wackowskis do a good job.
