  1. Well Im no expert but in the past I have seen him go for anywhere between $50 and $100 on eBay.
  2. I have to agree. Playmates did some fantastic electronic ST products. Most of my electronic/non-electronic toys were from Playmates. I had the: Electronic TOS 1701 Electronic F.C. 1701-B Electronic TNG 1701-D NonElectronic Transwarping 1701-D Electronic F.C. 1701-E Electronic F.C. Phoenix Warp Ship Electronic F.C. Borg Sphere Electronic DS9 Runabout The only thing I wish was that the figures were a bit more posable.
  3. I for one love the look of the Alt Optimus Prime. In vehicle mode he looks awesome and in robot mode, he's ok. He could have been better sure, but he still looks good to me. But, I find something a little bit funny. Wasnt it said that Takara wanted Hasbro to make the pickup truck Optimus in the first place?
  4. The Leobreaker mold intrigues me but I am waiting for his dark repaint Nemesis Breaker. I think the darker scheme really makes this mold even better.
  5. Dont mean to go off topic...but wasnt their a line of Hot Wheels type cars that Takara released with Armada/Micron cardbacks?
  6. Im a huge Guyver fan. Im just disappointed that the first OAV series didnt make it past episode 12 and that Viz stopped publishing the manga here in the US. I have thought about getting the Max Factory figures if it wasnt for the fact they were so expensive. I have seen some tidbits of the new show and I cannot wait until it gets a region 1 DVD release.
  7. They might have sold better if the entire series hadnt already been released on DVD by Rhino. It's not that I am not interested in them, but the two local Wal-Marts near me doesnt have them and there isnt even a spot for them on the aisle reset.
  8. There are one or two Hot Wheels collectors where I live that give the good collectors a bad name in my area. There is an old man that broke a kids arm trying to get a Treasure Hunt from him. I hated the guy for it, but now he is in poor health and confined to a wheel chair. I dont hate him, but pity him.
  9. I remember when you couldnt go into a mall without finding an arcade of some sort. But sadly, these seem to be a thing of the past. There two malls here in central Arkansas and they have both lost their arcades. One is simply an empty room and the other has become a "romancing the stone". But I used to love arcades. Whether it was in a mall or showbiz (now Chuck E Cheese) pizza.
  10. All the TRU stores in Arkansas are staying open.
  11. I picked up this issue and I found it very interesting. I have to say Vader did a pretty good job even though he is still getting used to the armor and robotic additions to his person. The artwork is also amazing to boot.
  12. I really liked the Voltron series that Devil's Due released but it went on hiatus around issue #7 (I believe). But hopefully, Im not the only one who misses it. I really like how they retold the origin story and especially the origin of vehicle Voltron.
  13. There's a Blue Poison Arrow, apparently from K-Mart last year. They give middle shelf stores the good variants. There's a Blue Scion Xb too. I forgot to add those. There is also a light green and dark green poison arrow as well as an orange (or is it red) Paradigm Shift I have the Light Green Poison Arrow. I haven't seen the dark one. The dark green poison arrow is on last year's edition long card. The light green one was on last year's edition short card. The light green is back on this year's edition long card

  15. The X-Raycers are a very nice series of cars. I have all 10 of them. The Poison Arrow Green Airplane in the series is all sorts of awesome. Here is a somwhat blurry pic of the entire set (sans variations) http://cgi.ebay.com/HOT-WHEELS-2005-MASTER...1QQcmdZViewItem Whoops...didnt realize this thread was started a couple of months back. O_O
  16. Im still debating about getting the AA Enterprise-E. I have the playmates First Contact version, but its not very show accurate. I do admit, that AA did a great job on the Enterprise-A. AA needs to release an electronic Enterprise-C and I will have electronic versions of all the Enterprises.
  17. I am so going to get this when it comes out. I don't really want to pick up two figures but the unmasked variant looks just as good as with the mask on. I only have one ML figure and that's the one from the recent Sentinel series. I need someone to go with him.
  18. Like I said in another related thread in the "Marvel" section, I bet this is going to tie-in with the upcoming Civil War series and will affect what side Spidey takes in it. Honestly, I dont hate it but it needs a few changes including changing the yellow Spider logo to either black or blue and give him real boots instead of those foot pads.
  19. If they release any other older Alts in bubble packs, my money is on Meister and Swerve. Everything else up to now (including the first wave bubble boxes) has been offered at least twice.

It has a key to Vector Sigma! @loll@ I would like to get that. It would be a hell of a piece in any collection, but I dont think I will be able to afford it.
  21. What's this..."life"...you speak of?
  22. I was hoping for a Skywarp repaint of the Galaxy Force Starscream mold "Voyager-size". It's not too bad...but I wish they had used a different mold.
  23. It's the Autobot logo associated with Galaxy Force's "Vanguard" team, hence the "V" behind the logo. In this side of the globe, they are known as the Cybertron Defense team, but the "V" Autobot logo carried over.
  24. Ive seen the Alternators but I have yet to see the Beast Wars 10th line nor the SW/TF line.
  25. Personally, I wouldnt mind if Hasbro would still release the reissues, just not as often. I would be extremely happy with one a year through Hasbrotoyshop.com
