not to get off topic or anything but i was planning on writing a small book for my Graduation project in school any helpful hints?

rpg style 1st person not turn based. play as all favorite characters from bootcamp to joe (or cobra) status and beyond leveling up along the way, collecting weapons and money to buy armor and helmets/ knives/ swords / guns/ med kits and lady jays.... maybe even a character creation option as well
-
card, those d&d toys are almost what im talking about i really just want some authentic looking/posable/diorama usable samurai ( 3 3/4 joe size) and knights...ahh well ill stick to making my own...
-
thanks card ill check it out, BAH to the narnia toys..
-
o well i can dream cant i...

mattel sucks, this is a job for HASBRO!!
-
i found the lotr figures depressingly crappy....(some weapons work well w/ joes tho)
-
not the same. i mean with the articualation it doesnt have to be joe characters (that was just an idea) just their size/articulation

okay, we all love the hasbro six packs of joes and cobras. this doesnt really even have to be a six pack more of a new line of toys. ( or an expansion) hasbro should make medievel verson of gi joe figures. keep the cobra and gi joe theme just bring into the past. gi joe syle samurai waring clans like snake eyes and stormshadow and there aprenteces find themselves in a different time somehow ( mindbender made a timemachine andsent them and other joes and cobras back in time by accident.) in japan fighting on the side of different samurai clans in full armor/ninja style garments. gi joe style english and french knights on the other hand, some are sent to medievel europe (duke, scarlet, zartan, destro, etc...) and join with the french and english knights waring over france or some other land dispute. of course we would need two packs of main characters and 6 packs of archers/horses/knights/conscripts instead of vehicles we could have forts and castles and wagons (yeah i know a wagon is a vehicle) and of course no removable armor on all of them just select few/ helmets what do you think? someone send this to hasbro im tired of making custom roman and medieval guys.

you should write a script for a joe movie. great job
-
oh yeah i also think the newsculpt figures lack the details of the previous joes, especially the new ones
-
really though i dont think they lost them i think they just pump out there own personal armies and blow the crap out of them with quarter sticks of dynamite at boardroom meetings.
-
it 'd be cool if you made some other samurai weapons like a naginata or a bow to go with him
-
very nice but needs a helmet and top-knot
-
i personally dont think i want any of these crappy new troopers, they should have just updated the older version to a newsculpt body not revamped the whole figure making it look like a guy who should be maning the guns on the Death Star. actually just a different chest, helmet and paint scheme and i might be intrested.

how much does he sell them for? what brand dremel would you recomend? thanks -Phoenix

first off i dont know if anyone asked this yet or not but if they did i'm sorry. i was wondering what the easiest way to hollow out a viper head to use as a helmet is. (pics would be very helpful.)
