Because every time my store got him in I never had the money to buy him but as soon as I had some spare cash they stopped shipping him. That's right, I'm the reason why.

Well, they could definitely treat the grunts a bit better than they do. I suppose everyone's experience there will be a bit different depending on what kind of crews and leads etc. that they have. Our store is a circus of idiots. Yet somehow, I can't really fathom how, it's one of the top stores in the chain. If you get cool bosses who aren't so uptight all the time and are at least somewhat reasonable then it's not so bad. However, here's where Target REALLY sucks. Now here's what I get at Target compared to what I got when I worked for FRICKIN K-MART! Target: NO PAID SICK DAYS! Kmart: At this point, 4 days and it would be 6 next year. Target: NO PAID HOLIDAYS! Kmart: Holiday pay for ALL the major holidays. Target: Expensive and not all that great health plan. Kmart: forget about it...my ass was covered, NO worries! Target: Have to go through 3 interviews just to get a little promotion. Kmart: Work hard, get promoted. If that Super K hadn't closed down I would have been running it by now. There's more. I had a lot of gripes with Kmart too, it wasn't all good. But Target makes me realize how good I had it there. The funny thing is, the Super Target I work in now, was the same building that I opened the Super K at back in '95. How's THAT for sad?!? Wow, sucks to be a grunt. None of those negatives apply to me. I substitued personal time with sick time though.

If they did it isn't noticeable. Why, if they are in bot mode are the full of CAR sounds? The Cullen voice is a running change. You can tell by the packaging saying "Features the REAL movie voice" or something like that. Just look for the words "real" "movie" and voice or sounds on the pacakging. That's how you can tell the Peter Cullen variant, same with the voice changer too.

He is probably my favorite toy right now. I've been fiddling with Starscream more than Ironhide and Robovision Prime combined. Haven't busted open the Leader Prime, but Starscream is just a fun toy to PLAY with. The rotating gun hands are full of win too!

Yeah, I had to tell flow team members unloading the truck last night to put the TFs on the backstock pallets 3 times! The aisle is already tied of course, but no one even noticed the red ink on the boxes.

Believe me, there will be more than enough come June 2nd. My store got 2 pallets of Transfrormers in last night and we don't even have everything for the aisle and endcaps yet! I counted 6 voyager cases, 4 leader cases and lots lots more. Don't worry about not fidning anything on the 2nd. Kids who grew up with Beast Wars probably thought an Optimus Prime who was a fire engine was weird. It's all cyclical.

I picked up Jazz, Wreckage, and Bonecrusher recently. Short reviews. Jazz is a waste of $10. Wreckage is very nice. Bonecrusher is cool, should be a bigger toy so his arms can have more articulation.

I agree, planogram team definitely deserves more pay than any other team member. Wow, just wow. I have four people down the candle aisle when we reset it. Hell we, don't even get plexi-dividers down until 1am (we come in at 10pm). I just see no physically possible way to do the candle any other way. Weird that you have to pull a batch for candles too. That aisle is almost always on the pre-tie schedule so the new stuff can be palletized. Maybe your PTL wasn't keeping up with pre-ties?

Yep, I'm sending the Protege in to set that aisle June 1st so I don't have to go in that night. I'll probably pick up the Blackout 2-pack since it's the only thing I can't get at Target and I want to support my friend's endeavor.

Wow, you'd be hard pressed to set 48 hours with 6 people. I've had the beneift of both my bosses coming overnight to work with my team and realizing the reality of setting pogs, it's not as easy as they teach them in business school. At both stores I've worked at, POG team pulls their own fills, but we don't have to backstock them. No big deal, but I can pull just as fast as most backroom guys, so I don't mind. You could recognize some POG team members

Actually we got in a third case last night while you were off I have Swindle,Jazz and Bumblebee I have Barricade pulled aside Man, why can't we get a wave 1 box in? I want to pick up Wreckage.

This one is a voyager; the two-pack version is a deluxe. The two pack one is the same as the single release. Both are voyager sized.

So far the store Wheeljack and I work at has gotten in 2 cases of wave 2 deluxes. I have a Barricade and Swindle, he's got like everything I think. Barricade is good, Swindle is alright.
