    Merry Christmas!

Oh wow that is great! It has been a while since I got a vintage Joe. I should remedy that sometime soon. Long ago I sold off all of my vehicles because I didn't have space. Now I have space again, so I am really itching to get some of the vehicles back.

    Merry Christmas!

To any of my old friends from around the 2000s still lurk here from time to time. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays! Hope you are all well!

    Star Wars Toy Hauls

Those figures look awesome Devilbat. Thanks for sharing the pics. I may have to pay more attention to them when I am making my toy runs. If I catch some of the deep sales you have stumbled into I might have to indulge myself.

    July 2018 Toy Haul thread

Scored a Power of the Primes Walgreen's Exclusive Wreck-Gar today and an Optimal Optimus yesterday. Been a darn good week for Transformer hunting.
  5. Oh cool! I had never heard of that one but I googled it and it looks amazing. It feels like there is so much going on in the Transformers world anymore it is hard to keep track of it. I mean, there is at least 3 if not 4 toy lines being run simultaneous at general retail stores. Plus what seems like several online specific lines for collectors. It's a bit overwhelming. Definitely a big difference from the early 2000's when it went from Beast Machines, to RiD. Then there was the occasional noteworthy Japanese release or something.

    Nintendo Pro Wrestling Figures

I would absolutely buy these. That's a fantastic idea.
  7. What sites do you guys go to in order to know what is out, what is coming out and what is going on? I am sort of just getting back into toy collecting. Seems a lot has changed. Like what the hell is it just me or are there at least 3-4 Transformers lines being released all at the same time?
  8. I have been browsing Big Bad Toy Store checking out the in stocks and the pre orders. Man I am STOKED to get that Power of the Primes Optimal Optimus. It looks like an amazing toy. What upcoming Transformer can you just not wait to get your hands on? Phanstar
  9. And yesterday I stopped off randomly at a Walgreens and found Sludge! Finally I have completed my Power of the Primes Dinobot collection. Whew!

Where are all my old school brothers at?

Anybody else still load these forums up occasionally and look for anything going on? I probably stop by here 2 or 3 times a week.

I found a Snarl late last month. Finally. Now just Sludge is left.

    GI Joe Collections

Wow. Those look great! Kind of making me want to get a new Joe toy. It's been a while. When was the last time any of you bought anything GI Joe? Even something vintage?
  13. Wow got lucky! I went in to Wal Mart two days ago to get something completely unrelated but of course checked the toy aisle. The Transformers section was practically empty except for one lonely Snarl just hanging there. So bizarre. It had a crease in the card but I don't care because I open mine anyways. Lucky day for me! Now if I can just find a Sludge I will have them all. Unrelated note, what's up with this MISPSTeve guy spamming the Transformer's board? I went looking for this thread to post an update and it was already buried 3 or 4 pages deep!
  14. Yeah I am on more than I would like. I work on a PC most of the day and the internet is a constant distraction. (This post is case in point.) I have gotten a bit better about my phone and social media though. It can get overwhelming, depressing, and just so distracting from the things I would rather be doing. I have my moments where I will post or thumb scroll facebook or Instagram, but I try not to obsess over it very much or dedicate TOO much time to it. I do enjoy messenger and texting as a way to keep in touch with friends. I would say I use that more than anything anymore. Honestly the concept of "online" has become so abstract I don't even really know how to answer that. I mean if you mean sitting in a chair surfing the web, that's one thing. Playing online games? Or does having my phone in my pocket and getting and receiving messages from Facebook Messenger count?
