Hey People, I know I am new here but, I have seen a lot of different customs in different threads and they are amazing. I was thinking maybe putting all the customs in one thread so people can come in and look at all the awesome work in one place. I know I enjoy checking them all out, but have a little bit of a hard time. What do you think?

Yeah the medi viper is cool, like the crimson guards with the removable helmets better than DTC wave 1 though.

I think the comic packs are a great way to get the original figures for cheap. Characters that I find great from #1-8 regardless of molds are: Flagg Snake eyes clutch grunt Cobra officer and trooper october guard Kwinn Scarlett in judo gear rock and roll Also comic pack 74 with flint and tunnel rat are good, and I like the zartan figure and cobra fred figure. The only pack that I feel is weak is #49 but I grabbed it anyway, for the firefly figure. I would say on average 2 of the three figures in each set are good. If you want to put together the original team than this is a good way to do it. Not a big fan of #9 or 75 with the dreadnocks, but will probably get #16 DD and #26 as I feel this is a cheaper and more nostalgic way to collect the Joes.

Really, what is wrong with the legs? I thought they generally did a great job with wave 2.

Guys, Remember unless you own stock in hasbro or work for them, who cares. This is meant to be an interesting hobby, so none of you need to fight to the death over this issue. If sigma 6 stays great, if DTC stays great as well. The fact that there is going to be wave 3 and 4 is a good thing. Also, if someone is not as articulate, who cares, no need to make fun of the guy, last I checked we were on a toy board not in grammar class. I think we should change the topic, to something more interesting.

That is exactly my question. Most of the figures use old molds with new heads and paint jobs. I was wondering regardless of the comci packs if you think they will make the figures in DTC as they will then be entirely new molds.

Yeah, it sucks getting sniped. Sometimes, there are some good deals and its better to wait till near the end of an auction to see if there is a lot of activity. BIN is a great thing though. does anyone notice that a lot of ebayers overcharge for shipping?

the night watch set is the best of the bunch if you ask me. I like the fact that you get a few of everything. What a great idea, since hasbro is really dropping the ball on some of the weapon designs they are offering.

Wow, great job! There are some really creative customs on this board. If I worked for Hasbro, I would hire out some of these people to design the toys.

I am really liking the major bludd, snow serpent and range viper figures. I am curious to see pictures of wave 3.

I think everyone needs to chill out. There is a lot of good points on this board, but I think you are all missing one thing. maybe, Hasbro is using the same brand to go after many different markets in the same way other companies do. . Sigma 6 and the DTC RAH line are focused on different consumers. There is overlap where some customers would like both but, more often than not, people usually choose. For example, if you take the chocolate bar industry, instead of making new products, they take existing brands, and come up with different formats to reach a greater market. M&M's does this with peanut, regular, almond and know the new Mega ones. Also, some of the others are offering the same bar in dark or white chocolate. I think hasbro did a great job with Sigma 6, although I am not interested in it, and I also think they are doing a good job with the DTC RAH line. I am a big fan of the major bludd figure. I am interested in the comic packs myself, and really like the first 8 they did.
