Anyone collecting the Collectible Minifigures? I just got some series 6 at the LEGO Store a few days ago... Really good series. And the Roman Soldier is an awesome army builder.

Just a heads up for those interested in the new Super heroes sets, they're out now at TRU's. I just spotted them yesterday...

Damn, that's a $30 mark up. But, they probably pay more than the big stores for them. You gonna get one to open?

Well, ain't that b!%@#... Guess I got duped. Guess some @$$hole really wanted an extra ScarJo head for some reason. Funny thing is I do have one of the D'anna Minimates, I should have recognized it. Must be a swap, highly unlikely to be a factory error.

Yeah, the hair looks like a spot on representation of Yelena Belova's hairstyle. Even if it just uses the same body (as opposed to a midriff print), I'm pretty sure it's her.

When I first saw it I thought it was something someone had switched out with another head. Which I'm thinking could still be a possibility which is why I'm looking for confirmation on this being a variant. The box didn't look tampered with at all, the tape was all the original tape, which is like half the width of regular Scotch type tape. Funny thing is I didn't even pick it up right away. The first two pics I took of the pack in-store, just intended to post those to ask about it. I actually left the store and went on to check out a Walmart and Target, and realized I wanted to get it. Luckily it was still there. I hit up several Toys R Us stores 1-3 times a week, so I do see most stuff, and I've only seen that pack that one time and haven't found anything online about it.

Sure it's gonna be a great book. But, I'm wondering why they didn't go with video instead. And Empire is definitely a fan favorite! Why can't you post it on YouTube? According to Amazon.com, the book will be out in October. Quite a while.

I'm still curious about the 2008 copyright on the commercial. I'm thinking this promo was used previously in other countries. But, I do have three of the toys and they do have 2010 stamps on them.
