  1. That looks great. That Nicholson Joker is on of my big wants, but that after market price......

    "TO ME, MY X-MEN"

I like it! I still love the Toybiz stuff and applaud anyone who still displays them Was that the Diamond Select Colossus or the Hasbro one?
  3. I could never get into it, and not for lack of trying. Someday I will sit down and try again to burn through the show on netflix (is it still on netflix?) Personally, I don't think any show should last more than 6-7 seasons. After that, it's time to start thinking about wrapping it up. I feel this is a good run.
  4. Breathtaking job on both. I want that Castle Greyskull on my shelf! I have been thinking of doing the same thing to my vintage Star Wars Dagobah and Ewok village play sets. A good paint job makes these sculpts come to life.
  5. With delivery dates moved back and forward for just about every figure, my 6" Joes are just starting to show up. I got Scarlet yesterday, Roadblock is coming today, and Duke is coming tomorrow all from amazon. All of those delivery dates have been changed at least once. Destro is scheduled from amazon on the 24th, I don't expect that to stick. Pulse exclusive Snake Eyes is still scheduled for July 1st. I'm pretty sure I was the last one in the US to get that figure. I dragged my feet for a long time on him and when I did pull the trigger, I checked Pulse's stock again and it was sold out. I guess I'm lucky to get him at all. No worries on the delivery date shuffle, I get that it's because of covid. My biggest regret is going with amazon because at the time I ordered I was forgetting their trademark bubble mailer in which your figure box is very likely to get smashed. Scarlet faired OK with that mode of transportation. The bottom of her box is a bit bent causing it to sit wobbly, but the rest of it is fine. That's just dumb luck though. We'll see how trashed Roadblock and Duke's boxes are today and tomorrow.
  6. Is Stargirl a Berlanti show? I thought Geoff Johns was in charge. I've heard nothing but good things about episode 1. I will be giving Superman and Lois a shot and hope for the best. Oh....This is a Batwoman thread....sorry. Have not seen the show, there are too many superhero shows to possibly keep up with. Like all the others, it's on my "to do" list once it hits netflix.
  7. That Gal Gadot head sculpt! I have the BvS Hot Toys one...I wonder how hard it would get to find just that head on the secondary market. The whole figure looks amazing, but where would I have space to take advantage of that full wing span?
  8. I have been reduced to lurking for the most part. Mainly just staying busy with work, child, and dealing with my basement (aka figure display room) that got flooded out last year. It has been a long, long road, but the end is in sight. Repairs are almost done and will hopefully be able to get the figures put back on display within the month!
  9. I would pay attention to ANY company that does an expansive Star Trek line. Unfortunately the "expansive" part seems to be the trickiest thing. Whenever a company says they're doing Star Trek, it's basically Kirk, Sock, and done.
  10. Well there is this bit about them getting the GI Joe license as well. https://news.hisstank.com/2020/01/05/jazwares-acquires-hasbro-g-i-joe-license-67547?fbclid=IwAR33rXAY1Bvq1iZTgcT7iLxeiJjrFshJyMFh3YINInbKRVZP_f8R_aJlFp0 I'm intrigued particularly when it comes to the 3.75" stuff. Because Hasbro's 6" stuff so far is not knocking my sox off.
  11. Also....I'm not sure why I put a question mark in my title. Maybe it was a mistake. I'm not asking anyone, there is no question about it, these are my GI Joes
  12. Thanks! I try to put thought in the placement and arrangement so it hopefully sucks people in and makes them want to look closer.
  13. I love this set. What is the Krypto from?
  14. I don't count on the given months for release on ANY wave of figures being accurate EVER. If someone says "April", I don't even think about keeping my eyes open for it until May at the earliest.
