  1. I was really hoping those wings were a pack in with Bronx and not an all new Goliath that I'd have to buy. This is pretty sweet, looking forward to this line!
  2. Hasbro doesn't do "Ultimate" anything. They want to milk those bucks for all they're worth so they will sell the same thing over and over again.
  3. I think it all looks really great, but I can't go in on another Power Rangers line. King Sphinx has the paint job Hasbro should have given us on theirs. Rita is the most tempting, but she'd be out of scale with everything else I have. The Jason head is ghastly!
  4. I haven't seen this discussed anywhere on here yet and if I missed it, someone please merge it in with that thread. It's been 20 years since Toybiz released the first Marvel Legends figures and Hasbro is celebrating with an anniversary line. Captain America has been revealed! For me personally I'm seeing two big issues: The price point for this is apparently $32. I won't go into a long rant on this, but I will point out that this is MOSTLY a repaint of the 80 years Cap. As good as that figure is, it's still a repaint. For $32. This is something I MAY have been willing to just eat if not for the second issue: You have to plug in the shield effects and if you just leave them off, the shield has three holes in it. You don't just get a regular shield that looks good in a neutral pose. For this much money, I don't think holes in the shield should be an issue. Personally I need to think about whether or not I want to put that kind of money down on yet another Captain America. Other than that I think this figure looks incredible.
  5. Power Rangers licenses for everyone!!!!!!! Yeah, my MMPR ranger team is complete three times over and I need no more: 90's auto morpnin Rangers (I have all except White Ranger, Red Ranger Rocky and Yellow Ranger Aisha, all of whom are HTF). SH Figuarts--went all in on them before Lightning Collection came out and this set still may be my favorite. Lightning Collection--I got the MMPR team complete, now I'm waiting to wrap out the Zeo team and I plan to get the Ninjetti outfits too. I'm good on Power Rangers
  6. My brother in law and I were just about to go in together on an order to save on shipping. Then they jacked the price up $10. We were iffy on the price to begin with, that $10 hike drove us away. Too bad. They look amazing......
  7. Looks like Breaker and RAM are showing up at stores with a street date (of course) on 10/3. As sure as night follows day you can bet that you'll see reports of some fans getting denied purchase and some fans being able to get one before. Fortunately this guy had lingered for a while online so unless you are the newest of newcomers to the line, you should have yours secured already.
  8. With the "no guns" directive WB gave to McFarlane, a crowbar and a camera is as good as it's gonna get. Glad I got my order in.
  9. Yeah I got that Oct 8th email too. I ordered this seconds after it went live, I'm not necessarily worried that it will be outright canceled, I couldn't have gotten it in may cart and checked out any faster than I did, but whatever happens happens, I guess. I think it will turn out OK.
  10. LOL, they can't give their Red Hood figures guns, so they give him alternate gun gesture hands. That's some work-around.
  11. Geez the fun factor on this line is jus set to an 11. They look great. I just picked up a complete vintage Stridor at a swap for a very good price, but I think I might need the new one too. Caucasian Stratos just looks strange to me, I can't wait to get him!
  12. Well then this is the toy line for you! They're well on their way.
  13. That's the way he was drawn in the book. Currently Batman's undies come on and off depending on the mood of DC editorial at the time. The good news is it's A: and easy paint custom if you really want them black, or B: another Batman is just around the corner. Speaking of too much Batman, get used to it. WB has NO faith in any of its other characters in the VAST DC universe to sell. It's evidenced in the toys, in the comics, in the video games, and in the movies (how many Batmans are showing up in the Flash movie?) It is the way it is. I like Batman, everyone does. But it's the DC MULTIVERSE, WB, the fans want other characters.
  14. Either of the above are preferable to Walmart. I hope they are all easy to get since I want every one (except maybe Red Hood).
  15. Very cool set up, nice organization!
