  1. Destined to be in the ever growing line of Bat-casting choices where initial fan reaction is, "WHAT?! No way! This is gonna SUUUUUCCCCKKKK so bad!" and then they see the final product, it turns out pretty OK, and they are forced to eat their words. As sure as night follows day, this is what will happen with Lady Gaga. Seriously, how many times have we seen this happen now? It dates back literally to the Michael Keaton casing announcement. Nevertheless, I'm very "meh" about the whole thing. Not about the possibility of Gaga Harley, but just Batman and related characters in general. I'm burned out on Batman. And this may be a hot take, but Joker doesn't do a whole lot for me as a character. The first movie was just OK for me, but nothing I'm eager to watch again.
  2. Yeah, I saw the same thing. They painted the gloves to give them a lower cut. I don't know what happened to that, but this looks really bad.
  3. LOL After literally ALL franchises in existence have an action figure line. The final thing to get an action figure: YOU!
  4. IMO there's something just a bit off about all of these EXO offerings that I just can't put my finger on. That said, I LOVE DS9 and Sisko, and that drinking glass he comes with and the pose they put him in is a deep cut from one of the best Star Trek episodes of all time. Really cool.
  5. I don't get the "Body Massage" and "I'm a Computer" references. I like to think I know my old school GI Joe. Can someone tell me what's up with that or is it just a prank?
  6. Cool. Is that a custom painted McFarlane Supes? Got any closer pics of him?
  7. I know this comes from a storyline from the comics, but this looks odd. Yellow ranger with the helmet on looks like his head is very small. I guess there would be a use for this if you wanted to do a Sentai version of Yellow Ranger (who was a guy).
  8. I personally want a young Jon to go with my Damian. Super Sons was one of my favorite DC things in the last 10 years.
  9. Looks great! Which will come out first: This Batman, the Keaton Batman, or The Batman sequel?
  10. It's written as satire but it's actually 100% true. I have yet to purchase the new price gouged Boba Fett, and I think $30 is just about the price point where I bow out of 6" buying.
  11. I'm surprised and grateful they made ANY Val Kilmer Batman at all. Yes the figure has flaws; the head could be better and the cape---like all of Mattel's flat, static vinyl capes----stinks, but I don't imagine another version of Val Batman coming anytime soon. And though I'm excited for McFarlane's PattinBat, if I want him to scale with all of my other movie Batmans I'm going to have to go high end and get a Mafex or a Mezco when they make theirs.
  12. I just got mine today from amazon. 11 out of 10. He is awesome!
  13. Same here. There's no "wait to see how I like the movie" for me. I'm getting at least the masked Pattinson Batman no matter what because I have at least one of every live-action Batman movie actor in figure form. I'd take a George Clooney if/when someone makes him. I'm not breaking the streak. Plus I do like how the masked Batman looks. Side eyes don't bother me as much as I thought they would. Like many others, I think those unmasked Wayne heads look pretty bad. "Drifter" Bruce has no appeal to me, it looks like a pillow is stuffed in his jacket. If I get Catwoman it will probably be the unmasked one, I think she looks alright.
  14. They allow swords, axes, and endless crowbars, surely they would allow an umbrella. It's more likely that the trick umbrellas---though a staple of the character since his creation----is just not "realistic" and serious enough and won't even make it to the movie at all.
  15. I guess I don't understand what I'm looking at here. Is this some kind of overcompensation riff? He has a tiny, weak jaw in real life so he puts on this giant bear-trap-type thing? I guess I don't remember that from the show.
