Venkman is a pass.I hate figures that come with blood stainds, or mudd, or mustard slime on it. I hope this gets a re-release cause I don´t like this figure. Ray looks cool, might get him to get the accesories and the ghost.

Forget the costume , Blue Beetle has DOUBLE hinged elbows and DOUBLE hinged knees!!!!!! Did anyone notice that!?!? Could this be the beginning of double hinged articulated figs??? The horsemen already sculpted females with double articulation, with their fantasy line, why couldn´t mattel invest in something like that?

For us who are looking forward to ML News, the only new thing that could be confirmed would be the 2-packs. Can´t see any info beyond that. DC Universe, that´s another story, I´m impatient for what they will show or announce, specially the MOTUC vs DCUC packs.

If this happens to be true , I can clearly see the Aquaman / Mer-man two pack (which I would def get). Hawkman vs Stratos, Catwoman vs Evilyn...Skeletor....who could he go against?

I will have to get two supermans, to open one and leave the other MOC, and two aquamans (I´m pretty sure he will get his release in this package) cause all I got around wave 2 was the variant.

Ya, i don´t see the point on a bizarro / superman pack, just that superman is the new sculpt and bizarro has superman´s colors, rather than pale tones. Like someone said, Bizarro needs to be revisited. I´d like to see the four horsemen tackle the super friends version with their style.

Well, like someone said, Mattel is re-realeasing the popular characters under ths special packaging not taking the spots of other figures because kids would buy them: Nightwing and Batman are far more popular than iron or robotman. If these (popular characters)sell, retailers would still order this line. Maybe they´re pegwarming because there are two many, that´s a fact, but those aren´t targeted to collectors, they´re aimed at kids. Sides, they´re not taking any spot of other characters down the series,and also provides collectors alternatives to get different individual versions of characters that came in packs, like superman and batman from the 5 pack. There´s one thing we will have to live with: Mattel re-issuing appealing and popular characters to kids, because according to Mattel, they sell.

Don´t know what u think, but I don´t dig Aquaman with that olive green tone Mattel used on him. Manta is ok. Batman looks good, but I don´t like the cape, which could have been retooled a bit, something like Zipline batman, still is a nice repaint. I´m not a comic accurate freak, but I would´ve enjoyed the figure if it had sculpted the shirt line, correct gloves and cape. doesn´t bother me that much, but I would have prefered the original one. I like the idea of the All Star Figures: The most important characters o the DC Universe packaged in the 75th Anniversary package is something MOC collectors wouldn´t pass.If I have extra money, I´ll try to get characters I like in the special edition package and leave them there.

This isn't the 90's anymore and DC isn't Image Comics. They're good about maintaining editorial consistency throughout the Green Lantern titles and Kilowogg is always on model. He's consistently large throughout all of the Green Lantern titles. In all my years of reading comics I don't recall ever seeing a human sized, or slightly above human sized Kilowogg. If you can show me evidence otherwise, outside of your opinion I'm open to being proven wrong. Well, I always thought of Kilowog as a big character, as tall as modern Thing (yes,the big, buff tall thing that most artists draw , not the 6 ft.tall "original" Thing, but Pacheco´s comparison drawing make Kilowog look just a bit taller than average. Like someone said, artists should stick to a "on model" reference. I´ve seen some artists take "free interpretation" too far.

I guess is height is appropiate.I always take the toons as main reference, cause they usually depict the characters with standard measures, you know, like superman, batman, green lantern, being regular guys, Kilowog, Bane,bigger than regular, Darkseid, bigger than bigger than regular. Kilowog, on the other hand, looks gigantic,I don´t know his height, but shouldn´t he be just an inch bigger than the rest of the figures?

this is what stopped me from getting them right away. they come with different size clips to fit the different body types. I wonder if the clip for the female body type would fit around one of the bigger figures' thigh?? mmmm...i didn´t think about that...the thing is that just one base has the interchangeable clip, and we would have to get one set per every figure we would like to display flying in case the womanclip fits the thigh...

I remember reading Matty won´t be releasing anymore two packs on Matty, because the sales weren´t as good as they expected. I read it in a Q&A session in other website.They plan to release more two packs, yes, but not thru Matty. They´re considering store exclusives, like the new Batman/Robin, Aquaman/Black Manta 2 packs. About the color of fear, I got to the site on Dec 15th and in the main page, color of fear two pack was "sold out", then I got to the DCU section, and they were still available. I hope Mattel didn´t forget to update the status of the pack.

they look ok, but more than flying, the height of the base will allow the figure just to float some milimeters off the ground. Post pics for the people who got them, please.
