Oh,c´mon!!! The writer!?!!? This doesn´t depend of what the writer wants. It´s something that is stablished. Batman is a better fighter than Nightwing, he might win one out of ten fights, but he is better than nightwing. Same thing with Superman / Flash. Flash is just faster.
Its "established"? You think that holds water? LOL! They've done this story several times over the past 40 years, and they establishwho wins based off the arbitrary criteria of each story. In other words, it comes from the writer.
You can contrive ANY reason for ANY character to trump another. You can construct a story so that Daredevil can fight Galactus, AND WIN.
Flash can beat Superman, if you write the story this way, and Superman can beat the Flash if you write it that way.
That's why its considered fiction.
Established as in Daredevil CAN´T beat Galactus, the writer would be stupid, established as in general consensus, as in common sense, as in Superman can´t do everything because it would be a boring character. Besides writers taking too much deliberations while writing.

As long as it doesn't fudge up the lovely sculpts we've been getting, I'm okay with it. As has been mentioned, I passed on the Marvel figures because the sculpts in conjunction with obvious points of articulation were pretty crappy.
Also this is a nice incentive to repurchase the inevitable re-issues of Superman/Batman, etc.
Thank God I´mnot flooded with Supermans and Batmans, cause that would suck.

I once read in a Toy Fare Magazine, in the Q&A section this very same question, and the editor in chief at that time established Flash was faster, and he gave different reasons, which I don´t remember now. He also said " If Flash´s only power is speed, it would be lame to make someone faster than him, like Superman, so we are gonna let him have that"

I would be content if double knee articulation was added, at least. But double hinged articulation is always welcomed.

Ipm excited, so most figures can grab stuff properly, like Deathstroke who could do anice aiming pose while crouching properly. I hope we see this new articulation on a regular basis. Thank God all my collection is MOC, so I can sell it and get the newer articulated stuff.
What would be the next step?? interchangable heads and hands...

Can it really be classified as an action figure with 1 point of articulation?
McFarlane´s figures are considered as such, and they have three, or four points of. . . .who I´m trying to fool....NO, this can´t be considered an action figure....just a nice statue

No, that is Abin Sur's body with Sinestro's head. I did the head swap so I could have a Sinestro Corps Amon Sur.
errr....aren´t all the regular DCU male bodies the same...unless ur talking about the uniform design.
Theres actually two main bodies, similar but different....John stewart uses the slightly more muscular superman/batman body, while hal jordan, black manta, etc use a less muscular body.
Wow, didn´t see that. I´ll have to take a closer look.

I love the GL 5 Pack idea, I hope it comes out soon. Also, why is Ultra Humanite so small? I don't get it.
I guess people don´t read previous posts....whatever, here I go again...
I think Ultra Humanite is the actual 6" scale CnC figure, while the ther ones are the scaled up figures, the so called two-up figures.

Yes please!!! Constructs!!! Great idea!!!. Tomar Re´s head has a slighter retooling, with the addition of what seems to be a sculpted mask.

Forget the costume , Blue Beetle has DOUBLE hinged elbows and DOUBLE hinged knees!!!!!! Did anyone notice that!?!? Could this be the beginning of double hinged articulated figs??? The horsemen already sculpted females with double articulation, with their fantasy line, why couldn´t mattel invest in something like that?

If this happens to be true , I can clearly see the Aquaman / Mer-man two pack (which I would def get). Hawkman vs Stratos, Catwoman vs Evilyn...Skeletor....who could he go against?

I have strangely not seen supes or bats warming any pegs. Found part A. of wave 12 yesterday. today I decided I wanted to pick up the supes with the new package and pin, went back to the wal-mart this mourning and bats and supes were gone.

I will have to get two supermans, to open one and leave the other MOC, and two aquamans (I´m pretty sure he will get his release in this package) cause all I got around wave 2 was the variant.

Sorry for the double topic, didn´t see the first one. Ya, i don´t see the point on a bizarro / superman pack, just that superman is the new sculpt and bizarro has superman´s colors, rather than pale tones.
Like someone said, Bizarro needs to be revisited. I´d like to see the four horsemen tackle the super friends version with their style.

exactly, it is us who keep this things going on. It´s like people complaining about certain products, like Hasbro´s Marvel Legends and yet, people still gets em.
