  1. MAybe it would be a matter of budget. Go with the cheaper mass market cheaper version of the high quality and expensive version. To me, this might be my first Hot Toys figure! I hope it doesn´t hook me up for other figurescause they´re out of my budget!!
  2. You stole my thoughts!!!!! Last night while cleaning and taking DCUC back to my cabinet and displaying my ML, I thought.....what happened?? I don´t like them as much as I used to...then I got it...DCUC has spoiled me. Consistent sculpts, good scale between them, keeping a style, getting better everyday and made me think "Hasbro has the opportunity to start over again and do things right!. If Mattel learned, Hasbro can certainly do so". Im not sure what to answer though. Hasbro can go two ways: start over again and make figures as tall and bulk as the first captain america, ghost rider, punisher, FO Hulk or go with the shorter legends, (FFF Hulk, FF Thing, Torch) so they can be in, somehow, scale. They are already using Quicksilver, Black Spider-man, Yellowjacket body as the base for future releases, in scale with later Hasbro legends. The protos of Titanium man and Crimson Dynamo are as tall as Hasbro´s Classic IM...movie figures are small as well, going around 5.5, 5.75. So, I don´t know if Hasbro will continue with their "small" legends. We could submit this question when the Q&A session shows up.
  3. That´s why I didn´t get the 75th figure, except for Arrow. I´d def get em with the new articulation.
  4. If this was on FB, I´d click "I like it" on the last 4 posts.
  5. Too bad to hear that, it was a cool site...Hope he´s doing ok!
  6. Agreed. I find Blue Beetle to be less stable with the greater articulation. I just wish they'd do something about the joint where the thigh joins the hips. I hate seeing that weird gap when they stand posed with their legs open to any degree. okay, no disrespect to ANYONE, but if you grown a** people cant get a figure to stand by now....youre hopeless. how does four pegs make the fig "less" stable? my BB stands fine. i just see this as another way to whine about something....SMH. Ya. DCUC figures were good, but with limited articulation that hindered poseability. Now we have double jointed knees and elbows (which IMO THAT SHOULD BE IT AS ARTICULATION SHOULD GO), and I still find complaints. I agree with you Pooda, I guess whining is a hobby nowadays.
  7. No problem at all at least to me, I guess you´re being WAY to picky, people. With that much articulation, and posing possibilities, are you REALLY going to look for those small details???? C´mon.
  8. already preorder GLC wave 1 and DCUC 16.
  9. I Hope Mattel is not that advanced to make the Yellow Lanterns have the double knee and elbow joint!!!! Wouldn´t that be dumb? have the new sculpt and not use it???
  10. Do predict the future or what!?!?!? Ok, I never predicted the GL line, but we all knew it could be a possibility. I suggested Bane, Mongul, Doomsday and Arkillo as BAFs (2 out of 4, and Doomsday is a must) wave 2 of DC vs MOTUC, hawkman / stratos, aquaman / mer-man (2 out of 2) I also said other stuff, which I don´t remember.....I guess my first prediction was "It would be cool to have Marvel Heroes ala Spider-man classics) ALSO, AND THIS IS GREAT, GREAT NEWS FOR EVERYONE HERE WHO LOVES ARTICULATION. Have you noticed most figures (AzBats, Manhunter, etc) sport DOUBLE, YES, DOUBLE KNEE JOINT!?!?!?
  11. So Far, Winter Soldier / Black Widow, Deadpool/ Warpath and variant packs for me, please...that would be it. Let´s hear if Hasbro has something planned for more ML.
  12. Nothing new, stuff we already knew it was coming. I´m looking forward to Mattel´spanel, that will be interesting.
  13. I voted for the King Shark, that would make an interesting figure, plus, I want someone for Superboy to fight with, not to mention it reminds me to that old show with humanoid sharks.
  14. I like textures and some movie concepts because it´s just more than spandex and tights. As long as they don´t mess with the original costume, or if they mess it but turns out really nice (Batman, Captain America)then I don´t mind. This one looks sick, very alien and organic.
  15. Thanks for the info pooda! Did anyone seen the double jointed elbows creeper is sporting?? Hope they do that for knees!!! Figs RUGNETLY need that!
  16. Where are the pics? can´t find em at AFI.
  17. I wish Mattel´s MM had that much articulation or range of. Howtall are the revoltech figs, any comparison shots between MM Batman and Revoltech´s?
  18. I guess that´s what his costume looked like back in those days. then it got switched to green gloves.
  19. I´m not a collector of that scale, but man, that package is just FINE!! WOW!!!! Might get one!
  20. I ahve a doubt this figures, original or re-released: Wave two Blue Superman can put his legs together to create a straight stance. I haven´t opened my Eradicator and he is preposed with his legs spread. The question is: Can Eradicator stand straight, like Blue Superman from wave 2? Cause just by seeing him, it doesn´t seem to. Same case with Wave 11 Cyborg Superman, who has a wide stance.
  21. well, the suit is made from a different material than metal....maybe that explains it. i just wanted a 1st flight GL. im going do a hal in every color... Every Color? orange, yellow, red, etc?? I´d love to see that. Hal as different lanterns DCUC style
  22. Hate me if you want, but I like it EXCEPT for the jacket. Still, I prefer this costume, as an "update": http://media.photobucket.com/image/ultimate%20wonder%20woman/SecretagentHerbert/DCUltimate_Wonder_Woman.jpg
  23. I guess not...The possible new info we could look forward to is the rumored GL sub line, maybe a 5 pack and some matty collector news. Wave 15 could have been the main news, but we already know Martian Manhunter is coming.
  24. Now that you mention it, yes he does! I'll get him if I see him. I´d like to see Flash in a metallic red, with the metallic boots, a resculpted head, with white eyes, a la JLU.
