  1. You could say that the wave 4 list has been available even before wave 1 came out. Amazon.com had that list of all the figures of waves 1-4 listed way back then. The list that Sgt. Smith gave out is just the figures that remain on that list. All the others have been crossed off in the previous waves. I would like to see some pictures of the upcoming wave. But I don't expect to see those for at least a few more weeks. Probably late Feb. My birthday is in 1 week and I am still hoping HTS gets wave 3 by then! Yeah right, and Storm Shadow won't switch sides again. @rolleye@
  2. Man this has been a great month for my Joe collection. With the gift money from grandparents and others plus actual gifts got about 33 more figures and 12 vehicles. Completed my 2000 collection. Nearly completed my 1997, 2001, and 2004 stuff. Here's the rundown: 1997 Artic Mission Team 1997 Navy S.E.A.L. Mission 1997 Cobra Rage w/ Alley Viper 1998 Navy S.E.A.L. Mission Team 2000 Repackaged Mobat w/ Thunderwing & Heavy Duty 2000 Man-o-War w/ Lampreys 2000 H.I.S.S. III w/ Rip It 2001 N.L.C. w/ Cutter 2001 A.W.E. Striker w/ Pathfinder 2002 Night Rhino w/ Dusty 2004 VvV Night Force 6-pack 2004 VvV Night Force Grizzly w/ Wild Bill @yipee@ really been wanting this one!! 2004 VvV V.A.M.P. w/ Twin Battle Gun 2004 Venom Striker w/ Cobra C.L.A.W.S. 2005 R.H.I.N.O. w/ Cannonball 2005 Bat Attack 6-pack Feel free to share any hauls you may have scored recently! Pics below: Merry Christmas everyone!!
  3. I agree with most of what you guys have said. I did this mainly for the concept. And to show that I think the head scheme would've been at least better for Hasbro to use than what they are going to use. From concept (the second the idea popped in my head) to implication was only a few minutes. (Mainly hunting my screwdriver) But I was just wanting to represent how much better they could have done.
  4. Here's my take on what I was hoping to see with the new cobra trooper. When the parts are there already and would be very simple to do. Just a little part swap. 2002 Viper with a Crimson Guard head and the new DTC Major Bludds helmet. #US1#
  5. I like your "Firefly" choices. Pretty funny. Does this mean I get the cookie? Adam Baldwin could probably make a decent Low-Light though. You'd have to find a Joe who was a pretty big smart-alec for Nathan though. Not sure who that would be.
  6. Id' have to say Jennifer Gardner for Lady Jaye. or Jessica Biel. That might be interesting!! And maybe the guy from Stargate SG-1 That plays TEal'c for Roadblock.
  7. 1982 Zap & Ram Motorcycle Got'em at KB Toys. I think within a week or two I picked up my first issue of the comic also: #5. Ah Good times, good times!!
  8. VvV version that came with the Ninja Lightning Cycle. Black w/ blue highlights.
  9. I ordered mine on a friday night and had them Wed the following week.
  10. Hey I found this listing on Amazon.com tonight. Was wondering if anyone knew what it is. There is no picture or description. Here's the link: Look Here
  11. Dude. That thing is awesome. I wish I had the patience for something like that. How did you do the pattern?
  12. Here' my custom of the what I call the Cobra Air-Vipers. Concept is based on the earlier Cobra air legions from the Marvel comic series. Dyeing process went pretty well. Still atempting to balance out the color some. Soon I'll be adding the details with paint. I want to put the Cobra Air-viper logo on his helmut. But first off, I need a copy of it and also I'm not sure how. Simplest would be to paint it but my hands get a little shakey when freehanding stuff like that. Any comments or suggestions would be great!! Let me know what you think. pic 1 pic 2
  13. JFAK075 how much dye did you use and how long did you soak for? I'm planning on dying some VvV grey Ace figures and dyeing them blue for some cobra customs.
  14. I am getting ready to dye some figures for some customs I have planned. I was wondering does it work to remove some of the paint on the figures by soaking them in thinner or stripper? Is it necessary to do anything like that at all before dyeing them? Anyone who can let me know I would appreciate greatly!! Thanks.
  15. I have 19! 18 for my cobra army and one for collecting sake. I also have 5 more MOC that I am looking to unload. Will probably put on Ebay soon.
