  1. But I'm afraid that Hasbro would see it as competing with it's 8inch Sigma Six line, and thus not allow it. Which would be a shame.

So, ML will become like Galactic Heroes? @hmmm@

I think he meant that they wouldn't make another Joe line near that scale (which everyone has wanted for a while), not ML.

  2. Oh and here are the movie figs that haven't come out yet and the other Classic figs. This list was (in the archives, was wrong about the X-Men wave 1 though, so keep the running changes idea in mind.)

    Fantastic Four Classic Series 1

    Human Torch with Impossible Man

    The Thing [ultimate costume]

    Mr. Fantastic [ultimate costume]

    Super Skrull

    Fantastic Four Classic series 2

    Transforming Human Torch

    Mr Fantastic

    Dragon Man

    Invisible Woman

    Fantastic Four Movie series 5

    Power Punch Thing

    Fire Blast Human Torch

    Super Strech Mr. Fantastic

    Electro Surge Dr. Doom

    Fantastic Four Movie series 6

    Extreme Human Torch

    Mr Fantastic

Annihilus (I was wrong he's actually the movie line, go figure)

    Combo Punch Thing

  3. What figures, other than the FF, are in the FF Classics?? And which ones have action features??

Super Skrull is out in Wave 1 with a total of 3 variations. Regular, Flame and Clear.

Annihilus will come out soon as well (which I am most excited about) and several others.

It doesn't seem to me that the new movie figs would have a Feb. date. Only the new stuff gets a date usually and not the contiuation of an older line. Besides, which figures in the movie line have yet to be released? One of my WM's puts out everything planogram or no. They should have in the same stuff this week as the other. I'll check and see what I can find.

  4. Humm that is interesting I did not hear that, all I know is that limited edition Justice League Green Lantern pissed a lot of people off. I guess we will have to see. I will stick with 3/3/4 and Sigma and not even think about starting a new line to collect.

Taz, you're are right about the Hal Jordan Green Lantern exclusive, but that was Mattel, the ultimate in action figure line killers. Hasbrother and Toybuzz won't mess with a good thing like legends imo.

By the way, Hasbro has good QC? Where have I been? How many mispainted Star Wars figures does it take to get bad QC? They may be better than TB but they aren't good by any means.

  5. I got the Kang and Loa for free at my Gamestop. So, if you want to check and see if local Gamestops have the figure you may be able to have them. I may get the first series ones if Big Lots ever drops the price below $6. Around 3 would be doeable. Too bad Sota didn't pick up this line. That would have rocked.

  6. I opened my Storm late last night. The paint is worse out of the pack imo. Whether she was silver in the comics or whatever, it would have been a much nicer figure if it was just white.

  7. Before I joined the Dark Side, I hated S6 because I liked the 3 3/4 so much. That is still true. I didn't like the idea of an off scale figure.

Now that I really really enjoy the S6 figures, they still do not fit in with any of my other lines. However, I guess my mind changed when I decided it was OK for my collections to be seperate and appreciate S6 in all its accessory coolness.

If one thing changed my mind it was the SS sword set with stand. I just couldn't pass that up.

  8. I found my first set of 11 there. My Mitch was so freckeled up though. It mustuv been the first batch though. The one I got at TRU was fine except for the beard.

  9. You didn't miss the Teddy. Well, you did . . . but not in the one you bought. Some Bane's come with Osito and some do not. It's right in front and no one would miss it.

That's why I have yet to buy him. I want the stupid Teddy bear because I'ma completist.

Anyway, don't kick yourself, kick Mattel.

  10. Say it ain't so. Are the Geoffrey stores in trouble too?

I can't say its a big shock though. Some of the TRU's I frequent were beginning to look like Kmarts.

The R'zones of most stores are ridiculous. Games are hardly alphetized. The old pull ticket method obviously doesn't sell as many titals but TRU has yet to grasp that concept.

Service at WM is bad but service at TRU is just as shody. Employees barely know anything about the product and its a toy store. There is little or no insentive to shop at TRU over WM for most consumers.

  11. I was inspired by the new BAT so I bought another ninja BAT. With all the hate some have given it over the retracteable arm I think its great. Its easily my fav of the wave. I like Kamakura and Rat, but I really dig the BAT.

  12. No figs at my WM and they never went on clearance. Well, I take that back they did have 2 and only 2 Neimodians that may have hit clearance. Where is all the extra ROTS stuff? Did hasbro really not make enough figures?

Clearance land has only yielded me some Thomas stuff for the kid and the Harry Potter Lego ship. Everything else has pretty much been busto compared to years past of a load of crap I didn't know I wanted.

  13. The Jango/Padme/Yoda and Clone set are far gone. They go for over 30 bucks a set on ebay.

Yesterday I found the new wave of endor speeder bikes and Luke and Han in snow gear.

The Biker Scout is definately not one per case fyi.

  14. Unlike a lot of folks the Scarecrow was my favorite out of the DC Heroes first wave. The articulation is great. Yeah the Bane is nice and the Cros was a pleasant change but the Scarecrow is just outta site how they should be made.

  15. You want MLs? come to Columbia, lots of FREAKING ML9s and Mystiques hanging around, guess nobody likes that POS body mold of hers hehehe, one per case and shes already the shelf warmer BWAHAHAHA*crys at the same time as he laughs for he fears it will be a LONG time til he sees ML10 besides Mystique or ML11 or ML12*

Actually Mystique wasn't one to a case in all the assortments. Plus, she has the same piece as Omega Red. I feel your pain though. We don't have any ML besides a Prof X and a Dr. Strange at our WM.
