Great figure imo. I just wish they could have made it stand better. My Left arm will not move at the shoulder and I have yet to do the boiling trick. I for one like the smaller BAF. I was disappointed with Apoc. He just wasn't bulky enough. Onslaught seems just right when you check him out by himself.

they were and still are Autobots and Decepticons. There are other sub groups, but on thier planet, that is what they were. I believe. :) Actually before they were called Transformers, and long before they were called Autobots and Decepticons.......they were known as: - Consumer (Autobots) - Military (Decepticons) I think that was the names given to them during the Quintesson era. See the 5 parts FFOD of season 3. The term Autobots didn't get to use until Alpha Trion became leader and it has to do with slavery, see episode Forever is long time coming. The Autobot and Decepticon thing was said and done, I think we are debating whether they call themselves Transfaormers. Actually that's very interesting. It kinda reminds me of our society now. We have consumers and military. Not that the military are the bad guys, more like the consumers are.

WM is where I usually get them because of the price and the fact that they were getting them in first. TRU is second with Target, KM, KB tying for third.

First off the term variant doesn't describe what you are asking. I think you want to know if the Puprle X-23 is the chase piece ie. that she came in only some cases of ML 12. That's important because there is difference especially with X-23. The first shipments of ML 12 to the US had only the Black X-23. The later cases had the black X-23 as the chase with the other chases (Sas, Wolverine, Baldie and Iron Fist). The Purple X-23 came in every case in the initial Canadian assortments and the black was the chase there. Even later cases of ML 12 in the US had X black in the regular case and X purple in the regular case. So, there wasn't really a set chase of X-23. If you consider the shipments individually there was, but as a whole both were pretty common with the black slightly harder to find. As for the WM exclusives, well their exclusives and shouldn't be available at TB.com. They should be up at WM.com but they aren't.

I have changed my mind. She is now the second best figure in the ML wave. GM is first. Kitty is second.

The only ones you could find anythang are in the walmarts out in da country..not in the big cities... @hmmm@ Actually no. The cities around me are the ones that have more leftover Antman, Britian and Sabes. The lil country stores have everything gone. That's where I checked for Mumsler. Myrtle Beach SC had about 7 of each of those at one store. Myrtle beach isn't huge but there are like 4 WM's on in the vicinity.

I got my beat up box exclusives but no regular series at all in my area. No where has them. Hot Topic, Gamestop, Comic Shop, Suncoast etc.

The first Thor was better IMO. Mine doesn;t have the described problems, however, his head did fall off. Right where the glue should have held on his neck, the sucker just plopped off. I suppose it could have been in anticipation of what brother Loki might do.

No refreshers this week. Checked one and called two others.

Dark Phoenix, Phasing Ghost Rider, Stealth IM, Gold IM, Horned IM and Carded Toad. Those are the ones I am missing. Its not because I don't want them or think they suck, its because no matter how hard I try I can't convince myself to pay $50 or therebouts for one ML.

FA Thing is everywhere. I found a Deadpool and Phoenix this morning. Last week I came across an old dusty Nick Fury at a KM. Got him since I didn't have a mint one loose. I got my old one for 50 cents at a flea market.

I really don't think these were stashed. Stashed stuff usually looks dusty or worn. I have never come across anything in this store to make me think a stasher has been there. The layaway thing I did not think of. I knew they were not returns because they didn't come with the WM sticker residue. Perhaps layaway, maybe an ultra old case. If none of you guys have seen them at least I know I don't need to hit up each WM within 50 miles. Oh, by the way, of course I bought them.

So I took my son out this AM to give the wife a little extra sleep. We went into WM and I noticed that they had extra figures on the pegs. Once I went past the Star Wars there was Deadpool staring me in the face. Behind a couple of ML 11 Thing's was a Phoenix. Is the Best of Case shipping again? Do I have a hope of finding Dark Phoenix? Or is this just some fluke? Around Christmas they put out one case of Best of Series. But this was so shocking to me I had to ask you guys. What are your thoughts?

I totally hate that ML Giant Man wave. Also everything Star Wars sure does suck. OK, I'm being sarcastic. Maybe some local WM's suck but its because your town is small and not enough is distributed. London is a small town, and in comparison to large cities, so is Lexington. I collected in Lexington during college and it was a total pain. I'm gonna stick up for the big dog here and say WM does not suck.
