  1. I had a RETURN OF THE JEDI game that I bought got $250 when I worked in an arcade back in 89. I loved the game! RIP
  2. they should have fixed the wings for the price.
  3. thanks! I was upset that it happened and I remember how hard it was to get a few years back.
  4. Im friggin pissed! check this out: I was digging through a bag of assorted gi joe weapons I picked up over the summer at a garage sale. One piece that stood out was Roadblock #1's gun with tripod. I looked at it and I was like "oh nice! its in mint condition!" so I place it to the side and walk over to some more toys. as I was coming back, my wife walks into the garage and distracts me as Im about to kneel down.......right onto the tri pod! I ended up cracking one of its legs. Im so pissed!!! is this piece still a hard one to come by?
  5. HOLY #$@#! I remember these! I mean, I didnt collect them but they were so cheap that i used to open up the mountain playset box, that was going for $5, and gut it out and throw in assorted gi joe toys like a snowcat,, trouble bubbles, televipers, storm shadows and snake eyes.
  6. Sure, but I dont get out often on toy runs much. I got a call from a friend that found these this morning. I was told that there were 4 cases there but only 2 and change when I got there. My only shot of finding them is if they hit walmart.
  7. Found wave 9 today at TOYS R US in Massapequa!
  8. at TOYS R US of all places!!! go figure!!!!
  9. Not necessarily. I've been around a long time with this hobby, and have been "pleased" with quite a majority of it, but over the last 5 years or so there's definitely been some bad design changes, and various gimmicks added. We're all so desperate for G.I.Joe product (the non-Sigma Six camp anyway) I'd have to think that many here are not looking objectively ENOUGH at this FIRST shot of the 25th anniversary edition? I see some major flaws and crappy features on it, first and foremost the lack of an O-ring, and I don't think that feeling is going to improve with time or having one in HAND. its not the actual figure, its just a drawing. Actually, it's a prototype figure that's been photoshopped like crazy. I would normally concur with you but the picture has way too many shadows on it for its tiny size which leads me to believe it is a drawing. but we shall see when the final product is released.

  11. dont bother opening them until they start falling apart in the package.
  12. nah, in this day and age? gi joe costin more than star wars? I doubt it.
  13. well, well, well. look at what the cat dragged in.
  14. I found some of these at a local discount store for a couple of bucks each. funny thing is that most of them had thier o-rings broken. cheap material, I guess. oh, and the baroness's hair was placed too way high up on top of her head and gave her a forehead twice as big as before. these things are still hanging on the pegs!
  15. I had only wished that I had taken pics of my backyard battles 20 plus years ago. I would have had all of you drooling! kids from all over came to my house to gawk at my backyard.
  16. lmao! just look at her parents!
  17. sigma 6 toy guide? what is it...like a quarter of a page long? @smilepunch@ @loll@
