yup. what was even worse is when you peeled the tape back, the tape would break apart in little "strips" of "strings". I remember picking this up at service merchandise for $2.48, along with a zartan w/swamp skier, for the same discounted price.

thats the going rate at the toys r us's in the 5 boroughs of nyc. long island toys r us is $10 target, theyre $11.99 amazan aint that bad.

cds suck today. whats the going rate? 2.7? I had my money in cds 17 years ago at 18.6, and I was happily living off the interest.

bringing back the WAMPA scenes? I dont think so. I am in complete doubt for one reason......... Lucas made E1-3's scenes look "cheesy" as they did in E4-6. (the holograms, computer screens) Now, why would he backpeddle by trying to make them look "up-to-date"? It would be nice to see all these changes. but you know the old saying, "if it aint broke, dont fix it".

yes, thats it. It just seems a bit different. its more of a "magenta" or "maroon" color. it doesnt looked faded. did it come in 2 different colors?

today i scored a cobra tank (originally gi joe mobat). I got it for $2, with the batteries still in it. I cant remember when it was released but the year on it reads "1998" and it is a "magenta" color. it has cobra stickers on it. can anyone help me out?

nothing really bad happened to me but my best friend tried getting me into gi joes. he started off by givin me his colletion back in 85. he soon ran out of stuff to give me then he started sneaking into his neighbor's yard because he would always leave his toys outside overnight. everyday he bought me new figures. I remember a few years later, I had spotted a bunch of toys sitting on the side of someone's house, near the garbage. I decided to one night to grab them. from what I remember, I grabbed a terrordrome and a full set of the battleforce 2000 vehicles.

Since when does it cost $5.50 to mail something that a normal 39 cents stamp could equally do? I understand its "priority" but that doesnt even equal out the $5.50.

believe it or not, I bought a copy from AMOKE TIME TOYS way back in 1994, and it was a mint copy.
