I was born in '74, and I mostly consider myself a child of the '80s, so I grew up with ARAH--but I became a BIG AT fan when the Club and TRU/FAO started reproducing them. I am one of the few guys my age who actually buys both the ARAH and AT sets at each Joe Con. Go Joe!

I received Andre, and he's fantastic. Great height and in-scale to the rest of the figures. The '87/'88 belt he comes with is really sharp as well. No complaints at all about this guy!

Thanks for posting this review! I always watch Pixel Dan's Masters of the Universe Classics reviews, so it was especially cool to see him reviewing this. I guess I got really lucky with my packaging; it was just about perfect, despite the mailer box itself being a little banged-up.
I never compared this Fett with my original, so I had no idea that the new one is NOT an exact duplicate. Very interesting. I can say that the Jumbo 12" version from Gentle Giant is an exact duplicate of the original, only 12" in scale.

Just received mine today. I was lucky that the box came in fine shape. But I see what you mean; it's very easy for this to get damaged.

Thought I'd bump to say I got my Boba Fett in the mail today... and it's completely smashed.
Yep, Hasbro's distributors slid the carded figure into the skinniest and flimsiest box possible. It arrived completely crushed at the top. Once I opened it I found a folded card and a smashed bubble that was almost entirely separated from the card back. Great job - way to save a penny! @cussing@
That sucks, Dake--very sorry to hear that. Crossing my fingers that mine shows up intact.

I sent mine in right around the first of July and haven't gotten him yet. I expect we'll see him in the next week or two tops.
There isn't anyone to call though b/c the mail-order warehouse is a separate operation from Hasbro proper.
I figure the ones showing up now were those who got the order forms when the new wave first showed up which was the last week or two of June.
I just called the main Hasbro customer service number (800-255-5516). I was informed that it will take 10-12 weeks from the date that the check is actually processed. So it indeed will be awhile!

Here's what it says:"Your exclusive Rocket Firing Fett will be mailed to you approximately 6-8 weeks from receipt of your redemption request."

According to the PDF I downloaded from Hasbro,six to eight weeks.
The question is, is that six to eight weeks from sending in the payment or from the actual cashing of the check?

Has anyone received their 2010 mail-away Vintage Boba Fett yet? These appear to be popping up all over Ebay. I sent my check in on July 6th and it was cashed on July 28th. How long do these mail-away figures usually take to arrive from when checks are cashed?

Is the throne an all-new sculpt? Or is this a repaint? If so, when was it originally released?

The best thing to do at this point--which is long overdue--is to have Cena go heel already. That would be the perfect storyline to kick off the new year and compete with TNA's new Monday night show.

Does anyone else have a Masterpiece Grimlock with a loose robot head? This seems to be a result of how he was packed in his plastic; I just wanted to know if this was normal. Thanks!

I'm guessing they will reorder the matches during this taping or it will be the most insane SD broadcast ever. I like Shelton, Chavito, and MVP but a main event they do not make.
What was the Diva tag match? I didn't see a description for it.

I have to ask...exactly how bad do you have to be in order to get demoted from ECW? That's like being knocked to the bottom of the totem pole and then falling through a surprise trap door.

Is anyone else who is officially a member of the 2013 Gentle Giant Premiere Club not able to order the free figure of their choice? My membership officially processed, but I don't have the ability to order one of the free figures. Help?
