I was just wondering if anybody knew if we were getting any other Joe stuff before christmas, or are we going to have to wait till january for wave 5, the coils cycle, or any other vehicles. Cause I've been looking in stores and the Joe stuff is getting hit hard in my area, finally wave 1 is gone!!!!!! I mean I have all 4 waves but I was just sick of seeing wave 1. Thank god for black friday weekend!!!!

Yeah thats how I feel, the Joes are the baddest mothers out there, they don't need greenshirts. That did kind of annoy me in the comic, but it was cool to see how all the regular enlisted rookies looked up to the Joes like "holy crap!!!"

Hold up a second!!!!!!! WE'RE GETTING ARMY BUILDER PACKS!!! Where was I when this news was released!!!! Are they exclusives or something, can somebody list everything and when there coming out?

In another thread someone asked the question "aren't you only supposed to army build bad guys?" I was just wondering what everybody thought about this? I know personally I don't army build Joes, but i do try to grab every viper I can find. I know in the comics and sometimes in the cartoons we would see regular enlisted greenshirts that are back-up for the Joes but I like the idea of the Joes taking on cobra with just the regular characters, without greenshirts. I only have 1 of each Joe where as with cobra I have multiple vipers and morays. what do you guys do?

Speaking of specialized troops how bout a new Barbecue, or Airtight. I saw the new drawings of them in the last battlefiles and damn did they look cool. I would love to get a new Barbecue!!!!

Yeah the CLAWS pack sucks pretty hard, I had to force myself to buy the dusty and shock viper pack. I didn't pick up the skull-buster/heavy-duty pack cause i got the Dusty one, either way I was buying rehashed figures :evil:, and they didn't even bother to give heavy duty a new paint job. oh yeah and I need another range viper like a hole in the head, espesially a purple joe eater.

I think the new duke is an improvement but he looks like a campell's soup kid mmmmm, mmmmm good.

This past weekend I went christmas shopping with my girlfriend and of couse had to make the toys stops, I went to a KB, wal-mart, and a target. At all three I am happy to report that I saw moms buying Joes for their kids for christmas and even one night attack chopper. That was just yesterday, I was even somewhat mad at the fact that I got to target 20 seconds late cause I saw a mom with a shipwreck/Bat pack in her hand :cry: , and they were all out of wave 4 :cry:. But at the same time I was a little happy cause I knew that a little boy was getting Joes. I eventually found and got all of wave 4 this afternoon so I'm all good.

I ordered a t-shirt from devilsdue.net, the other day its frickin sweet. It has destro and baroness standing in front of a cobra symbol, the art is sweet too. Check out the website, they have a snake-eyes and stormshadow tee too, and posters.

OCS is Officer Candidate School, its for college grads and enlisted people who get accepted, its like boot camp times 10. Whoever goes and makes it through will be commissined as an officer.

Wow this is somewhat ironic, I'm in a pre-commissioning program with the Coast Guard. When I graduate from college i have to go to OCS, but i'm a junior so I still have another year before I go. I'm active duty though, I went to boot this past summer. Its not ROTC though, I had to get interviewed in front of officer boards and all that good stuff. Good luck Nasburado!!! Oh yeah and this topic got me thinking about the rank of the Joes, so I looked through my filecards, and somehow sure-fire is an 0-5 in the army????? He's special forces or something like that?? Yeah I left out Hawk cause he's automatic.

Yeah anybody that goes to that link has all the info they need, however the E in the E-4 stands for enlisted, and the coast guard uses the same rank system as the navy. Oh yeah last time I checked Cutter was the highest ranking Joe on the team, he's an O-2 which is a Lieutenant junior grade, and yeah Flint is a higher rank then Duke, warrant officers can basically do what they damn well please. I was happy to see that Shipwreck finally made Chief, he was a 1st class petty officer in his RAH days.

I was wondering about that the other nite when I was adding another viper to my display. I have 4 neo- vipers that are set up around serpentor like his royal guard, and neo-viper commander in front of them. Then I wondered......is there one neo-viper commander??? Or is that what the commaderS plural look like or is he a single character that is in charge of the neo-vipers???? I don't know maybe I'm just crazy, when I was little though I thought that characters like alley viper were just bad-guys I never thought that there was armys of them, except for the vipers and troops cause there was multiples of them in the show.

I gotta get pics of my stuff up, but yeah nice setup

I'm looking for the Viper from the sonic fighters line from like 1990 I think, I've ckecked ebay and all that stuff, this is my last resort, it doesn't have to be complete, but it would be better. If you can help me out here send me a price, or if anybody still needs wave 3 I can trade, Thanks.

I just saw the new packaging with the "new" "old" Joe logo. I don't think they look all that bad. Thank Hawk they kept the red, white and blue stripes though. I think that makes it look so much more better, now i do miss the RAH logo but its not 100% terrible. I was fearing the worst.......

Yeah I guess it would be better for vehicles, I never thought about that, but I still think it wouldn't work, unless it was used as a cape.

Plus I think it wouldn't work to well with the 3 3/4 size, and look good. i think it would be a mistake and something that everybody else on the forum would just yell about. I think it would look stupid, look at the early star wars toys and how corny and odd the cloth on them looked. The new molds look 10 times better.

THe wave 5 joes come with like snap on disguises, of like cobra vipers and stuff, they look stupid and not very good.

Man, do I feel everybodys pain!!!!! I am horrified at the fact of the new logo, really. I still haven't seen any pics of the new logo stuff yet but.......I cringe when I picture it in my head. Yeah I think the costume idea is horrendous, and it looked really bad in my opinion. I just wish joes would go back to what they were you know, and I'm not hating on JvC cause I have everything thats been put out except some of the re-paints. It just makes more sense to be old school with a 2002 twist.

The 2-packs at my K-mart are only 6.99, and I just got a 3-pack the other day and it was only 8.99, yeah sales tax sucks. You guys should move to delaware, we don't have any sales tax. :lol:

I would much rather see zarana before zanya, I find zanya really annoying I love it when she gets put in her place. I like kamakura a lot and can't wait to see a fig of him, and we need a new storm shadow,like in the comics with the cobra knee pads, he looks so badass in the comic, I need one to go up against my new snake-eyes. Oh yeah I really want a classic destro too.
