Sweet pics!!! Do you have something against dart or was he just an unlucky volunteer :lol: , got one question, how the heck to I post pics. I have a digital camera and a scanner, how do i go about posting stuff.

I think that the CC is the best from wave 1 with Stormy not far behind, the CC from wave 1 is even better than the o-ring version. There are some differances, but the CC from wave1 is a great figure. Now the Destro from wave 1 is just horrendous. I hate that destro with a passion, the gung-ho is okay but he was changed too much. But that destro is like a doombot or something, thats not the honorable destro that i know and love. Thats why I took a version 3 destros head and put it on his new body, the outfit isn't that bad its his face and mask. :evil:

Allright guys!!!! I'm happy they are putting them out, I just get so jealous when I see the transformers box sets :evil: , I want to be able to just watch al the Joes episodes and not wait up to 12:30 at nite and be tired at work or school the next day :cry:

What I meant when I was saying that they were "ripping us off" is that the average price for a dvd is 15 to 20 dollars, say they put an hour of Joe on 2 dvds, thats like 30-40 dollars for 2 hours of Joe when they could give us however many episodes on one collected edition and charge like 50 bucks. Thats what I mean, i'm happy they are giving us the cartoons on dvd. But at the same time I hate buying half hour long tapes and dvd's, just like the batman animated dvd they put out, while it was nice it still wasn't what it could have been.

While I'm glad that they are finally getting Joes on DVD, I would rather have a season 1 set like the transformers, instead of only getting an hour of Joe for like 20 bucks. Whoever is responsable for the transformers has the right idea, and they're not ripping off the consumers.

To answer your question firestongue, yes i'm in a pre-commissioning program. I'm essentually getting paid to go to school, they pay me really well with my housing pay and all. I went to basic this past summer, the military has a lot of options and can do a lot for many people.

I'm in the Coast Guard, SEMPER PARATUS BABY!!!!!! I'm a junior in college though, there paying for my school. Oh yeah the Coast Guard is the Military, you would be surprised how many times I get asked that question :lol:

I just started re-building my Joe collection when JvC came out, but this past august I went nuts with buying stuff. I buy all the JvC waves when I see them except for the trash stuff, (skull buster) but all and all i've hit ebay hard since august. Buying back all the RAH stuff I had when I was little that my step-dad threw out. :evil: All and all I would say I've spent 500 dollars since august. Maybe more, I'm buying stuff every day, it will go up trust me, I just spent 20 bucks on a sonic viper MOC, that I'm going to happily open when I get it. :lol:

I personally would rather them spend the money on new figures and molds than another duke and cobra commander. Even if they were limited and different sculpts, i don't think I would be interested.

Does this thing come with 2 vipers??? I thought it was only coming with one. I mean I don't care I would love to get 2 but I was just wondering if this was just for the pics or are we getting 2 vipers. :lol: , I really should know better but...........

I thought I saw that someone said that cartoon network was going to start airing 2 episodes of GI Joe starting Dec. 11. Is this true or was someone pulling my chain? :evil:

Yeah that stuff makes me a little mad too, but if you have self-confidence anything can be cool. In fact a lot of my friends are shocked when they go into my room, cause collecting toys doesn't really come up unless you happen to go into wally world with me. A lot of my friends wouldn't be caught dead buying toys, but I think its funny when they all come over my house and gawk at my Joes. "Roadblock!!!!, awwww man I had him when I was little, Cobra Commander, DAMN MAN!!!!! Everybody acts like there too cool to collect stuff, but I don't care.

I think the main reason that wave 5 is getting rushed out is due to christmas.

The destro 2-pack was sheer terrible, when I saw that I almost cried. Its like 2 bad imposters, I didn't buy it, my friend got it for me i refused to buy it. Its horrendous, but not as bad as the heavy duty/skullbuster thing.

Yeah I always like the first mercer, the second one was pure crap. He's the only renegade that I have. I'll eventually have to pick up the other 2 though. But yeah mercer is fickin cool.

It would make sense that Mercer would change his name after defecting from Cobra, the Joes probably gave him a new identity to protect him or his family if he has any.

I can't see roadblock going for that spy gear crap as a character, but then again I keep reminding myself that they are just characters :lol: Yeah but I'm really sick of buying multiple figures just to get the different character that I don't have packaged with it. It really makes me mad, it should be illegal how hasbro is screwing us, they know exactly what they are doing. Giving us one for the price of 2, its messed up. :evil:

yeah hacker isn't really that impressive, and scapel is......well a.......doctor. I mean he probably is mean as crap but still, he's a doctor. At least they could have packed him with someone sweet. Yeah and b-4 I get myself in trouble Lifeline is cool even though he is a doctor, so's Doc. Awwwww man forget it :lol:

All they have is stock is the scapel/hacker 2 pack, whats up with that??

I think that there is more going on with this BAT then we know about, everybody even the Cobras can't believe what the things doing. Remember how it disobeyed Mindbender in issue 11, maybe its getting a mind of its own. I know you guys will probably hate on that too but who knows. I liked the HD/Roadblock meeting. I don't mind the comic I just wish the art was a little better, especially with the emotions of peoples faces.

How mad am I????? I actually cut out all the battle points on the Joes that I bought, then thinking that I would never use them, threw them out. I am going to curl up into a ball now and cry.

When I was little Lady Jaye was one of my favorite Joes. I remember being kinda disappointed when I got her because she didn't look like the Lady Jaye in the cartoon, or have her throwing spears. I would love to get a new Lady Jaye, i'm not really a huge Zarana fan but it would be cool to get all the dreadnocks. I think it would sell, and usually mom's do christmas shopping and stuff like that so I think they wouldn't have a problem selling. I wish we would've gotten a Lady Jaye before a scarlett :-?

I can see what you mean by needing to have people namely random greenshirts to get killed. i guess it does add a dose of realism. But I just can't understand how like STALKER said people army build with characters like mirage??? i'm not knocking anybody, I mean hey I liked Sgt. Slaughter, so I can't talk. But Joes are an elite bunch and I think it adds somewhat to the story too, Joes taking on a huge foe, kinda adds drama. I guess????? :lol:

Yeah I refused to buy that 2 pack, which will remain nameless because, yes it is that terrible. :-? =salt face :-?
