walked into the Auburn, NY Big Lots yesterday and saw not only the deluxe Batman Mattel figs but a few of the DCSH figs. I saw Superman, Brainiac and Darkseid. these showing up anywhere else?

wait....I SAW one of those Kal El's that said superman instead of Kal El on the little cardboard nameplate today....that's a variant????? awww great! I left it there thinking they slipped the wrong one in.....

it definitely helped! thanks!!!! now I just have to hunt all of these down...as well as Joker and Nightwing from the Batman set before DCSH wish me luck.

I think we're in for a huge swerve.....flipping through The Avengers:Initiative #1 today....I had a thought...there was a new character they introduced called MVP he's the grandson of Dr. Erskine the guy who created the Super-Soldier serum....right then and there I thought He's gonna be the new Cap!!!!! well, I was wrong, that's all I'll say in case everyone hasn't read it. Then I get to thinking....They brought back Captain Mar-vell remember? well what's been done with him since...nothing! Who better to embody the spirit of Captain Amer ica more than another time displaced hero....Coul Mar-vell be the next Cap? tell me it isn't an interesting idea!

what's up with that hawkeye? is that some new costume or just a craptastic interpetation of Hawkeye from Hasbro?

is there a comprehensive website that I can see all of the figures on? I just started this line TODAY I scooped up the repaint of Darkseid and the batman/Batgirl 2 pack. So far I like them. Now I need to try an catch up...I'd love to find all of the villains and what's this about a nightwing? I read something about one but can't seem to find a pic....any help would be appreciated...if anyone has some of these figures loose/cmplete for sale relatively cheap shoot me a PM...

My first instinct says it's Steve Rogers...the "yo, cage" line could've been to throw off the rest of the team. I'm also leaning towards Hawkeye, He did train with the Swordsman......from there.....no idea....maybe Bruce Wayne.... @lol@

found HML today at my local wal-mart (clay, ny) they had 1 full set, which I bought. Also the Target down the street had the new Hasbro Icons

I have yet to see any ML variants since series 12

Hey! I just found bobby this week too!!!!! I was on lunch break from work and stopped in to the KB across the street from our jobsite and there he was...right on the pegs.....now if I could just find variants from ML 14 and 15.....

I thought the TB packaging was a hastle since I'm an opener but it did catch your eye....I haven't formed a concrete opinon on the Hasbro package yet since all I've seen is the pics online...although...it does seem kind of ugly.....

don't believe me???? really? Well, it's the truth. all 6 figs from each set. no variants. I bought them in Clay, NY. when I left TRU there were still 1 each of Zemo, Psylocke and Longshot. Wal-Mart had a bunch of series 12s and one other beta ray bill on the shelves. If you need more proof I can get pics of the opened figues up on here soon.

I decided to wander out Friday afternoon....and within 30 minutes time I found a complete set of series 14 at TRU and then a complete set of series 15 at Wal-Mart plus a Toxin. This is the best luck I've had since the Wal-Mart wave.....*sigh* it's great being back in the game!

I've actually been collecting these movie figs. So far I got a scarecrow, movie accurate batman, Ras and Ducard and now I've started on Superman...I got supes/clark, x-ray supes and both Lexs. I'm actually digging these. I just take them for what they are...movie figures.

I thought it was a very good movie, granted it definitely strays from the source material but it made for a great story. It actually made me want to do something I haven't done in 12 years, pick up a Superman comic.
