  1. Yup!! Spotted all three im Jim Hanely's Universe over in New York City. I was kinda hoping they would be "very" articulated so I might pass on this line. Though "Toxie" kinda grew on me so I might pick him up. On a positive note, This Line really shows SOTA's skill in sculpting. The Level of detail on these babies are really off the hook!!! If Your a "statue" collector, I would reccomend these. But If your Articulation nut, spoiled by MArvel Legends and SOTA's Street Fighter Line (Like I am) You'll be mildly disappointed. 'Nuff said!! Let the hunt begin!!
  2. I think Pogoman is funny!!! And Im also "Gay"!!! I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body!! @loll@ (hopes I dont get banned from this forum) ok..I'll shut up now..
  3. Whoa!! I come back from work and I return to Part Deux?!? Keep it up!! It keeps me entertained while Im heating up dinner. On a side note, I picked up some Street fighter figures and some pirates of the carribean, theyre nice, real nice. I had the manager put some aside for me over at hot topic and the manager over at Suncoast was nice enough to hold some figures for me as well. Does this fit under "hiding toys"? Technically, they did hide some stuff for me and I didnt even pay for them until today.. not even a down payment. Life is good!!
  4. Is it over yet? man that was the best!!! I love fights on forums!!! Its like WWE on the internet!!! @smilepunch@ Too Bad sufferingSapho had to go to sleep.. Stay tuned all..will she spit or will she swallow? Til next time..have a good night America!! #US1# L'Olympe et Lesbos #GvE# Personally, I like this auction better... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW
  5. I suggest you find some other ways of proving your point other than "spitting". Have a nice day!!! #US1#
  6. I pre-ordered this bad boy too!! He's my favourite version of Jason. This Figure is supposed to have a rubberized suit under his clothes to simulate decomposing flesh!!!! Now how cool is that??!!?? @jason@
  7. If you still havent managed to pick him up try Village Comics in New York..... 214 Sullivan St. New York, NY 10012. 212.777.2770 I picked up hard to find Sideshow Figures Like the Phantom of the Opera and the creature from the black lagoon there for the price they were selling the before ($45-$50). They dont have a website yet, but I do know they take orders by phone. But your best bet is to actually go there. Its an incredible place. I guarantee you wont leave that place empty handed. Just dont mind the people with the Blue and Purple hair... they work there..but they're cool!!
  8. I have a couple of Majestic Studio's 12 inch action figures (The Return of the Fly and the creature from Jeepers Creepers ) and they arent bad. Thus far they have released all the figures they ever anounced.. but they do have a track record for being late. @grumpy@ I'd rather they'd be released late than sacrifice on the quality of the figures. I hope the vacumized chroming process they use for the Cylon is equaly good. Though the Human figures (Starbuck, Apollo and Adama) look kinda "bleh". Keep an eye out for the Tower Exclusive Gold Leader Cylon @bananna@ There's also a rumor out that they might re-release the Cylon figure with built in electronics for that pulsating eye!! My Wish List for this Line? (Classic) Baltar, Lucifer, Imperious Leader and maybe some aliens like the Ovions (Anyone remember them? Im showing my age Lolz! ) Off Topic: I really hated those figures they came out with in the 70's by mattel (they looked nothing like them, talk about re-imagined!!) The Ones Trendmasters (Let them rest in peace) came out with in the 90's were pretty decent, though a bit cartoony. I still have the Insect/reptilian Imperious leader!! @puke@
  9. I didn't think I would Like the New BSG also but I was quite surprised. Its more "realistic" (e.g. no sounds in space, the use of retro rockets to steer the vipers, the use of bullets a.k.a kenetic energy projectiles instead of Lasers etc.) Most of the stories are self contained, meaning what starts on a beginning of each episode, is usually resolved at the end of that same episode. Maybe its meaningless to you because you missed a couple of episodes. Remember this is a "Re-imagined" Universe version of Battlestar Galactica. But they managed to do a few homages to the original. The orginal toaster oven cylons for example were shown in the pilot episode of the new show. Also the orginal Cylon basestar. The Humano/Cylons have also stated that these models still exist and serve a different purpose in their regime. 2nd Season was already approved and I cant wait for it. Give the show a 2nd chance and you might see those walking "toaster ovens" yet again. And about Boomer and Starbuck being chicks? Lets just say there's more to them than just a simple sex change. Their characters are more complex than their predecessors and may I add.. more appealing to the eyes @luv@ I'm hooked on the new BSG!!!! **On a side note.. the Battlestar Galactica (Classic) 12 inch figures (That includes that shiny toaster oven and Captain Apollo Richard Hatch)by Majestic Studios have pushed their release date back to March 25th. But dont hold your breath on it..it was supposively to have had a release date of October of last year...then pushed to February of this year...now its March.. *sigh* Anyone wanna place any bets for its actual release date? lolz!!**
  10. hehehe...keyword there is "display figure". @smilepunch@ Im eagerly awaiting the release of the 12" Cylon figure myself from Majestic Studios. The release date was suppose to be February 18. Any word out there that this has been released yet?
  11. I was looking high and low for the rotocast battle troll when I found 4 of them at TRU in Jersey City at an unbelievable price of $4.98!!! I wanted this figure so bad and thought I was never get one. Did you guys see how much people are paying for this over on Ebay?!?!?! The ones I got are just for me to complete my dioramas. IM glad I got to them before the SCALPERS did. @firedevil@ Moto of this story? Good things come to those who wait hehehe!! Also found Spiderman Classics' Sandman too!!
  12. Majestic Studios are coming out with 12 inch BattleStar Galactica figures this february and they state if this line does well they will consider making figures from the NEW Battlestar Galactica series.
  13. I have an action figure of robby the robot released by medicom toy in japan a few years back. It stands about 9 inches tall..multi jointed..lights up and those internal mechanisms move as you turn his head. Cool figure!!!
