To each his own, but these are a total and easy pass for me.

Overall they look pretty good. I'll get them for sure.

BIG thanks bro! Much appreciated! :D

Hey peeps, does anyone have a photo (or could take one) of the DC Direct Last Son Superman next to the DC Collectibles New 52 Superman and post it here? Thanks.

He seems ok. The sculpt looks good and the design doesn't bother me, but I'm not wowed or anything...but I guess that's more on DC Comics than DC Collectibles.
-
Decent, at best...

The oversized hands just kills this line for me.

Overall I guess he looks good, he's sculpted really well for sure. But honestly, the wings really seems a bit silly to me and wish they could come off. The wings sort of highlight the problem with New 52. The designers just never seem to know when to stop. Why DC Collectibles didn't allow the wings to be removable is beyond me. I think the Marvel Legends Swamp Thing from a few years back looks better...I guess it isn't the same character, but still to my eye he looks cooler.

With the lack of reaction to this show I don't think anybody cares Truth be told I never saw even one episode. I think I saw a trailer or two for it. It just didn't seem all that interesting, at least not enough for me to go out of my way to catch an episode. Also I'm not a huge fan of how stylized they went with the designs...that was a bit of a turn off for me.

Taken as a whole, he looks pretty epic....but looking at it, you have to say the design is seriously flawed. I honestly can't see how a human body can fit in that armor...where does his limbs fit? Surely not in the limbs of the armor?!

Am I the only one that HATES Mattel's hips & t-crotch on their female figures? If Mattel ever does another 6" collector friend action figure series I hope they can come up with something better. Anyways, the Catwoman looks pretty decent overall, (not counting the already mentioned hips issue that all Mattel's non-skirt wearing female figures suffer from) but her not coming with the mask is a real let down.
