I too have anxiety on a regular basis and suffer the occasional panic attack. Both are debilitating at when happening quite scary. I understand your position HRB00, but what she really needs is your support and understanding. Believe me, she's hating this a helluva lot more than you. When I feel an attack coming on, I use Homeopathic calming tablets (not meds) and aa all natural flower extract liquid called "Rescue Remedy". RR is THE BEST at calming me and I can't recommend it highly enough. It is manufactured in the U.K so It should be available in The States.
